Had everything I needed plus more. Quiet store, but durring checkout I decided I no longer needed an item and wanted to just place it near where I got the item so I wouldn’t have to leave the line while checking out. ( Which I understand the item didn’t belong there) but the CSR didn’t say anything til I placed the item down to loudly $ very rudely say “that doesn’t belong there, i’ll take it thats clearance” This is frustrating because she could have mentioned that when I decided that I didnt want it and was ready to get rid of it. Instead of embarrassing me in front of other customers. As soon as the line was finished she just turned back around and get back on her phone laid across the counter & have the ugliest look on her face. CSR was Briana around 1:20pm on 3/24.

So today 4/7/24 Brayden helped us. We bought a fish on Friday and it died yesterday. Brayden was extremely knowledgeable vs the young girl who helped us Friday 4/5. She was not helpful and forth coming with any information. I didn’t know we needed to get our water ready and let cycle for a few days before putting a fish in it. Brayden told us exactly what we needed to know. We will definitely come back by the end of the week and buy our new addition and safely put it in the tank. Hopefully he’ll be working. Thanks for all your help!!

Awful customer service, from young long browned hair female employee to so call manager. They refused to sell me 1 blood red cichlid even though I informed them we've raised 2 cichlids in 10 gallon tank for 2 yrs and moved them into bigger tank which they've been in for last 3 years. Yet they have multiple fish in each tank! This store has declined over the years and have lost my business!

Worst customer service EVER!!! I had an issue with how they charged my receipt and went to speak with the “manager”. I explained how they over charged me and how their “buy 2 get 1 free” had actually ripped me off. She said “that is just how we do things here”. I said “because of that you are losing me as a customer, petsmart certainly does not do it that way!” Her reply was “then go shop at petsmart”. I looked at her and said “great customer service” and walked out forever. This store is way over priced and rips their customers off and apparently does not care

Bought 500 mealworms. I found that 80% of the worms were dead when I got home. Won’t be going back for mealworms. Waste of $20.

I refuse to pay for a BAG to bring my purchases home! I actually quit shopping at Petco for this reason, but forgot and went in to check reduced items. But when I saw BAG FEE, I dumped my stuff out, handed the bag back and asked for a refund!

I do not regret the purchase at all BUUUT…. the customer service is a 0. The whole time being in the store I was not greeted, given assistance, nor asked if I needed help. It was only until I had to find someone and ask for help assistance was given.

After speaking to two different members and setting up the puppy appointments I was Not told that they had to have their rabies shots before they could be groomed. I set the appointment, had two check ins with the groomer over the phone and they waited until I showed up to say this will be the only time they can take my pups until rabies shots are given! I took off for this! Very unprofessional!

I got to the store a 9am when it opens and there was another guy waiting outside with his dogs. A lady (who claims she's the manager)opened the door, greeted him and his dogs and allowed them to enter the store and started closing them back. I asked if the store was open and she barked at me " there's no one at the front I can't let u in!" I have never experienced anything like that in my life. She needs to be retrained in human curiosity at the least..

This place was great once upon a time....it has really disappointed me several times now. The young brunette girl that works there is extremely unfriendly and seems as if I am nothing but a bother....I placed an online order several times and when I went to pick it up, they act like they have no idea I even ordered anything....I was informed I had to wait 5 days for a refund and would not be able to switch out the flavor of dog food unless I was willing to purchase a whole new bag. I walked out holding my tongue to say the least. I will not go back under any circumstances. They lost my business

Staff always greet me in a welcoming way. They are very knowledgeable in regard to any questions I have. I drive 40+ minutes to this Petco because I don't get the enjoyment of shopping anywhere else.

Can't always get something that shows on line. Can't give 5 stars because of stock problems. Staff is helpful and friendly. Have parakeets now and mice and hamsters and a good variety of fish. Plenty of choices of dog food and cat food. So many choices! Lots of good things for your pets. Covid has messed with delivery of some more exotic foods. It's pretty much a five star place

The staff here is very knowledgeable! They are always happy to help! Great selection for my fish, rabbits and dog. The manager of this store is great! She allowed me bring in brochures/ cards for the rabbit rescue that I volunteer at( MHRR).

For all pet supplies this is the perfect place to go. Clean store friendly staff and if you like to waste a few minutes Walk around and check out the snakes, lizards, and spiders for sale. They also have pet adoption. One stop shop.
