Very displeased with service after the sale and installation crew/process. Marchand’s demoed and installed flooring throughout my home in September of 2019. I was assured that they used a professional in-house installation crew that they were very proud of. Our house was unoccupied at the time of work. The “professional” crew hired helped themselves to food and drink left in our pantry and fridge and left red drink spills on the white cabinets and floor of our kitchen. Regarding the work, the crew damaged the walls and baseboards in a few areas. Thankfully, Mark did visit the job site periodically and noticed that damage and had it repaired. There were several areas of questionable craftsmanship that we unfortunately overlooked before making the final payment. I made the mistake of issuing the final payment so I decided to live with the poor installation. Fast forward a couple of years, the threshold transitions between the tile and LVP in our home are cracking and the printed layer is now gone because the transition pieces were not properly installed and daily traffic has finally caused the material to fail. I alerted Marchands to the issue and Mark came out to view the problem in person. The next day I was informed that install took place over a year ago the only resolution available was for ME to pay for material, freight, and install even though the problem only occurred because of a poor installation. To say I’m disappointed with service after the fact or lack thereof is an understatement.

Cabinets came out great, they sub that out to local shop. Painting came out absolutely horrible. Sad part is the guy over the job never came out to see the finished product. $3300 for them to paint cabinets that my 2 year old could’ve done better.

GREAT PEOPLE!!!! Marchands did it all for me while building my house. They are a complete full service, start to finish, top notch operation! It is a family run company that can offer everything any big company can but with an extremely personal touch! They helped talk me through ideas in the beginning stages, sat down with our plans to work through some details, helped pick out floors, hardware, lighting, plumbing, granite, they created a game plan of how to get it done from start to finish, coordinated the work, and saw every part of the project through to the end until everyone was satisfied. They did an amazing job on my custom tub and shower surround, custom floor inlay and everything else. They also were great at keeping up with all of the different details of each job which helps the end product be accurate. Things change several times an they stayed on track every time. In my opinion, I don't think you can get a first class job with this level of personal interaction and such amazing prices at any other place!! Im one happy customer and would recommend them to anyone!

Just left Marchand in Gonzales on Alexander street and the manager assume a person who walked in with me lived with me and didn’t want to sell the guy a Lysol can. I was in disbelief. I told him I don’t know this guy and his response was “he walked in with you” and then I said just because someone walked in with me doesn’t mean we lived together that person is driving another vehicle you are totally out of place and wrong! I asked the lady who was working the floor who’s the manager and she said he was. She was appalled at how he was acting and she knew I was telling the truth and she was embarrassed that he just assume that. He never asked any questions because we didn’t have his skin tone. He was speechless when I questioned his actions. He then realized that I was right. He never once apologize or admit he was wrong.I will definitely let everyone know about this experience we received doing this crisis. He definitely shouldn’t be managing that store. I hope they look into this and take action against this dummy! I will not shop there again... pay attention to this business don’t sleep on it.. the manager there should not be serving the public...I’m sure there are many more complaints that will follow this one....

I was totally surprised by the service I received. Mr. Mark sold the service and Mr. Dennis did the installation. What I had done was replacing my kitchen counter tops. I had two other bids, and Marchand's beat them all. The 1st bid they said they needed to replace all the wood, and the 2nd bid I was told to put the new over the old. Marchand's beat them both by $1000 & $2000. Mr. Dennis was professional and courteous. Knowing what I know now there will be no need to ever go anywhere else in the future. Mr. Denise removed the old counter top, sink, stove hood, window sill, oven, refrigerator, cleaned up, and put everything back in its place. I will even say they all went the extra mile. I could write a six page essay on this great experience, but I'm sure you get the picture. Thank you Mr. Mark and Mr. Dennis.
