This location has poor customer service. I have called several times about my delivery order and keep getting placed on hold for long periods of time. I have worked in customer service several years and this has been yet my worst experience every with a consumer. I will not recommend purchasing any appliance from this location. I understand their might be several things going on at a time but this experience is not acceptable at all. I become impatient and usually my patience and acceptance to most things is with empathy and understanding. The importance of being attentive and polite should be evaluated again at this location. Please improve or more valuable customers such as myself will walk out or cancel orders after purchase.

The most recent visit was 5 star. However, it was still a very long wait time to get an item off the top shelf that was out of stock on the aisle. Either hire more daytime workers or have night stockers better supervised!!!!

This is not the first bad experience with this store but this weekend was the worse. I place an order online Friday morning with all items showing more than one in store. Get a call 3 hours later to tell me, everything was ready but one item wasn't available. Ok, no help in me finding other options. I decided to call the next closest store(Siegn Lane) to me, and they say they had it. I place the order. My contractor went to the other store to pick up the one item that this store did not have only to get to this store and the laminated countertop size they pulled was wrong and damaged. When the contractor go to load the items, he noticed that the other store gave him the wrong item as well. I had to go back there Saturday morning to get the right one. Contractor began the job and noticed a item missing. I called this store to inform them and the person said come back and get it. Out of an almost 800.00 purchase, the item missing was only 10 and change. They starting telling me the know they gave the item but yet I had to purchase another from my local store to finish the job. These people went to look at the camera to see if I was lying. Now, I was also trying to purchase something in place of it so it's not like I wanted the money. I could see if I said one of the higher price items was missing. Last but not least, after the manager comes from looking at the camera, not knowing I knew that's what he was doing, I said, oh so it wasn't in the bag, he proceeded to say, oh, I don't know, I was just making sure she knew how to override or not override.......POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOO MANY ERRORS

Went today to trade in a couple lifetime warranty tools and had a lot of tools out of stock including channel lock brand tools which is very annoying and inconvenient considering they're common tools. I'm very tempted to never buy tools Craftsman & Kobalt tools after this experience even with blowout sales. Home Depot is much better at having Husky tools in stock, but too bad Home Depot isn't closer to my house.

The Lowe's in Gonzales is somewhere I will never shop at again. I can never get help. I waited for 2 hours at the paint desk and not one employee came to help me. They never put prices on the clearance items so when I get to checkout they have to find a manager to come and figure out a price. The isles are always blocked for restocking which should never be done on a Saturday at 2 pm THE BUSIEST TIME OF THE DAY!

Lowe’s Delivery is garbage. The person who manages it is awful. Ordered ~$2K of materials on 11/26. Most of it was delivered on 11/30, and even though half of it was well outside the delivery window, I was home and all was ok. However there were a few key components that were not delivered. At least 3 times between 11/30 and 12/8 I received notices that the remainder of the order was on the way, but no one ever showed up. I had to rush home from work a couple of times to be there, but it was all for nothing. When I called I was told items were on the truck and they would just be late. I fiinally spoke to the Delivery Manager, who, after she made up facts, blamed me for not getting some imaginary emails that supposedly gave me updates on one of the items, and hung up on me at one point, finally told me the items were never even at the store. They delayed my project by a week by promising things were on the way that they never even had in possessionI cancelled the remaining order, drove to Millerville, and bought what I needed from there. That’s the biggest joke of all.

I am having the worst experience dealing with a warranty replacement on a washer. Calling the store to try to fix your problem is not the answer with these folks. They will continuously pick up the phone and put you on hold until their shift is over. You will be listening to elevator music for as long s you're willing to. You will also be calling over and over to try to figure out if someone is really doing this to you. No one wants to work at that store. If you have a problem, then they look at you as a burden.It's disgusting to have to deal with them.

Ordered lawn mower online. Delivery dept gave me the run around for a week. Could not get straight answer, even hung up on me when I said I wanted to cancel order.

Lowes double charged me for a refrigerator. Had to chase my own tail for 4 MONTHS to get them to issue the credit for the overcharge. The mgr at the N. Baton Rouge store told me that waiting 4 months for a credit was somehow acceptable and she was very put out that she had to solve my concern while giving me BAD attitude the whole time!I recommend you purchase your big ticket appliance items at Home Depot or ANYPLACE OTHER THAN LOWES, America! Vote for superior customer service with your dollars and your feet!

Horrible place to deal with, the so called zero interest for 6 or 12 months does not exist , finance charge and so called no penalty if you pay off your purchase ahead of time is a lie. Going to HOME DEPOT NEXT TIME

Employees are helpful when approached. Store has most common hardware and home improvement items. For specialty items you need to shop specialty stores. That being said most of the stock is of average quality.

It's your typical Lowes. You can hardly ever find someone to help you. there's almost always a line to check out. The app is difficult to find the location of what you need to find in the store.

Clean and well stocked. My chief complaint is the almost exclusive self checkout.I usually come in for 1 or 2 things, pick up those items in 5 minutes, and then spend 15 minutes waiting to checkout. Brilliant.You need to maintain more regular checkout lanes for customers with oddball products that everyone knows will be an issue for self checkout. Especially during weekends! Always seems like half of the customers checking out have some sort of “problem” or “difficulty” and slow down the checkout experience for everyone else. It’s not the customer’s fault. It’s yours.Lowe’s: you can’t just cut American jobs to sell Chinese products, make your customers do the job you just cut, and then diminish the customer experience with slow checkout.

Great selection of air filters for your home. Easy to find the right size. Only thing I didn’t like was all the check outs were self. So I went down to the contractors check out. Why are all these businesses going to self check out? Went here to get sandpaper, and there are never any one checking out they’re all self checkouts same question why self check out?

If you have a nice vechical I wouldn't dare bring it here my car and 2 other cars were bashed with carts. There were carts everywhere. The manager on duty 4/29/20 at 6:20-30 didn't seem to care what happened and didn't seem to take any action to take care of the carts. You really need to have employees manicure the parking lot better. Home depot doesn't have this problem.

Workers are helpful and easy to find. Well stocked shelves. Go for one thing and come home with 3 or 4 🤔.Better than other locations. Update: Availability of help and stocked items has significantly decreased post covid....fewer workers available too.

Went to pick up a water heater I’d ordered online and when the girl (who looked quite strong) behind the counter was instructed to help me get it outside with the pallet jack she caught an attitude, exclaimed “it isnt even that heavy” and the other employees just acted like her poor behavior was normal. I loaded it myself but it’s sad to see such poor customer service and I’d feel horrible if someone less-abled was treated like that.

I went at 11 am to get paint samples. I could not locate anyone in the paint department so customer service paged someone 2 different times about 15 minutes apart. No one ever showed up. I left.

Placed order on June 20th and the website said it would be delivered the next day. Checked on it the next day and it was changed to tomorrow the 28th, I even confirmed the date last night. And I check today and it's now July 2nd. Some of the worst delivery services I have seen, haven't even Ben able to get ahold of anyone to see why.

I came in to look at rugs, as I am struggling to pull it out, two employees are laughing talking to each other without offering help, I get it out finally and no price tag, I take it to a female employee who has a price scanner in her hand to see, she tells me I have to go sit at the sales table and wait for someone she's busy with marking down other rugs,then refused to give me her name to report her. Never again. Also guy on bike bumming off of people in the parking lot if you say no he curses you out... employees doing nothing about it.Also why is there 0 sanitary liners in your restrooms???? You have the holders...I mean not even the empty box? Shame and disgusting.

4 times I have made online order and ALL 4 times I am called to state they are sold out of all or part(s) of my order. The website CLEARLY states they have items in stock.C'mon Gonzales Lowes, this is 2023. Your website should IMMEDIATELY delete or update items that are sold from in store and shown current stock on website. If you need assistance setting this up, my 14 yo son will happily show you how to interface your store stock with your website.TERRIBLE service. Never again will I order online with Lowes, and it will be a LONG time before they earn my business again.Update... Used the Lowes at Cortana AGAIN, and was completely satisfied.

I love Lowe's.I know it sounds ridiculous but I genuinely turn to this store for all my standard house, maintenance, and landscaping projects.I use Kobalt tools just because I enjoy the darker blue versus Makita's teal esque color.They don't always have prefabs I like or need to make more elaborate furniture but the basics are always around.I definitely recommend their DIY section to young renters or home owners.Thanks for good prices and an awesome selection!

Very professional people working there. The cashier was more than friendly. Everyone in upbeat mood. Very positive atmosphere. My motto is if Lowe's don't have it I don't need it ,!!! Had a key made with a chip in it toook 15 minutes. Works perfect. Went to Walmart with the same price in the key don't work. The dollar mower is well worth it for quality. I love my Gonzales Lowe's.

Awesome customer service! Needed a fan after they had all been put away for the "winter" and Aaron and Daniel took the time to get a pallet off of the very top shelf to get me what I needed. I really appreciate how much effort they put into getting me what I needed with a great attitude. Customer service isn't usually this good lately and I appreciate it.

Rude, rude, rude. Looking for a grill and was helped by a snotty, disrespectful, rude employee, finally just walked away and the management was very unhelpful also. Typical liberal run company. I won't be back.
