I had called at least eight different insurance companies comparing prices to see which one could offer me the liability coverage that I needed for a price I could afford. I was ecstatic when I spoke to Ms. Sally Songy with State Farm. She was able to quote me the best price for liability coverage AND underinsured motorists!! Including the additional coverage, I got an awesome price that was half of what the other insurance companies quoted me. Ms Songy is very polite and professional. She did not try to pressure me like some of the other agents did. She was honest and explained things clearly. I highly recommend using Ms. Songy for all your insurance needs. What can I say that essentially EVERY SINGLE CLIENT of the Long-Wilcox family hasn't said already...these guys and gals are quite honestly some of the best people around, let alone the superb skill sets they all possess as agents...they care, are honest, and genuinely "live" to keep people safe and have peace of mind ..often imitated, rarely duplicated! (And there are some other really really great state farm agents out there, but you guys keep getting it right over and over and over ...take notes competitors, u may just learn a thing or ten!! :)

I've known Kimberly for a long time, and my husband and I knew that we could trust her and her agency. This relationship was illustrated when Hurricane Katrina hit us in New Orleans. After evacuating, and then finding out the status of our neighborhood a few days later, I called Kimberly on the phone and immediately started crying. She said we are going to help you right away and we will take care of what you need. Within two to three days, we received a check so that we were able to take care of our temporary living expenses as well as handle what happened with our vehicle. From the adjuster to the claims following that phone call and storm, State Farm and Kimberly took great care of us during this very emotional time. We have also handled other insurance through Kimberly's agency, and her staff has always been prompt, efficient, fast, and friendly. They provide excellent, trustworthy and knowledgeable service, and we were very happy!

Spoke with Dina about an accident that I was involved in over the weekend.
