The room is rough, carpet is faded and very stained, the bathroom wallpaper is peeling, and the desk was sticky. Overall the bed is clean and sheets were fresh. Weirdest issue is that there is a 1” gap under the door to the hall? Likely would avoid staying here again. The front desk staff was very good and the breakfast buffet was clean and well stocked.

Great rooms but terrible service. This is strange for Hilton. When I got there I had a reservation for a suite but the people who had to sleep before me decided to stay extra time so they did not have it for me when I got there. They put me in a smaller room but we're still trying to charge me the full suite price. I called Hilton rewards and they said that they were going to Mark the price down for me and they did but I was charged full price for the first room and the price of the second room still fighting them to take off one of the charges. But I will say they were a very clean hotel with nice rooms. This is just because of the service I got. They were very rude about me asking to change the prices.

Service is terrible... the night desk lady Michelle was very rude when I call about no hot water. I attempted to warm my room so I could take a cold shower and realized the heat doesn't work either... I called about the heat and again got more attitude and no effort to accommodate... after working in a refinery for 12hrs and not able to take a shower then to be met with attitude... unacceptable

Front desk and other staff is wonderful, rooms however are a nightmare. I usually stay Hilton, well I definitely won’t stay here again. My room is nasty, floor is disgusting I don’t even want to walk around without shoes, bathroom is and was disgusting. The smell of my room is terrible and the wall or ceiling has a constant dripping sound, also my bed is completely ruined on one side (like it’s sloped so bad you’ll roll in the floor almost). Barely any hot water and no water pressure. I’m shocked this is even a Hilton hotel I’m disgusted and so happy this is my last night here. I used lysol on everything and even the smell of the room won’t go away, I will be returning to this area for work Monday and I will never stay at this hotel again. Staff was great, property run down, not clean, makes me feel disgusting like a cheap motel.

The bedding was clean, we checked under mattress and cloth headboard for any bug sign….none. The bathroom was clean. Safe area. Helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast was a good variety and such a comfy eating area. I asked breakfast hostess if they had gravy. She said not today, but I have some in the fridge I can get for you. I said no no it’s not a big deal. She did it anyway. That is above and beyond service!

September 26th checked in 4 pm. We chose this because we have always had great experiences with Hilton. We had been driving for 10 hours, decided to stop for the day and stay with a hotel chain we have always found to be enjoyable.This hotel was the rudest, dirtiest, if I had the choice to give it minus 10 stars I would.The desk clerk was not friendly, not helpful.Wish I had never come here to stay. We had 2 issues with the television, the first wifi wasn't working the second the batteries in the remote were dead. None of these issues were the end of the world, what put me over the edge was the woman at the desk attitude. She was not helpful. My husband asked if she could come up and assist, she told him he had to come down to see her. He finally discovered the issue the instructions for wifi sign on were incomplete. The second issue our remote control batteries were dead. Called the desk again to ask if they had batteries to replace, she responded we have another remote control at the desk you'll have to come get it.I know all this sounds trivial but it's not. Customer service is what makes a business a success. This rude clerk with a personality of a rock is not what you want at your front desk.I have never written a review for a hotel stay. Travel all over, whenever we have encountered an issue it's been politely corrected.Her attitude has left a bad taste with us. We're going back to Marriott.Disgusted and fed up with this hotel.If we weren't so exhausted we would have left.

Very friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast and good parking. The room was ready, check in was smooth, and the only issue I ran into (dead battery on the card reader) was quickly resolved for me. The front desk at my check in was awesome and I hate that I missed her name.Great experience!

We checked in to the hotel but the bed was not made. Went back to the front desk and the woman who checked us in made everything right. She upgraded us to a very nice suite instead. She was awesome.Situated in a nice location right off I10. The breakfast was very nice. Lady taking care of breakfast was very nice. She had everything spotless with large selections of yummy breakfast stuff.

Check out staff was short and to the point didn't ask how the stay was just what room we were checking out of on our way out didn't try to conversate or ask us if we had had any issues. The night we checked in one of the beds had dirty duvets and blankets walked down stairs and was offered clean ones that I had to change out myself we had a 2 night stay. The pool had plastic cups I'm assuming we're left by other guests on the sides and no clean towels for when getting out. The next morning cleaning staff did not even knock on door even tho there was sound clearly coming from the room, everyone was decent, but they entered and walked out. My brother went out to the hall to let them know we did need some more clean towels as there were 4 of us and not enough they promised to come back and never did. Will not be staying here again. Weird to see the difference in attitudes when shifts changed. To the night staff and to the lady working breakfast thank you for your attention. Morning staff if you weren't so rushed to get people out and listen to them you would of been made aware of these inconveniences in a mannerly fashion.

A gentleman by the name of Mason stated that he was the general manager. Initially, the customer service questionable, but it’s not how you start, it’s how you finish. The manager was open and receptive to me as a customer and I really appreciate that. We all have our challenging days, so we must be respectful that someone else might be facing a challenge.

Didn't give enough towels initially. There was some random bolt in the tub. Soap was already opened and shampoo/conditioner was obviouslyused. They ran out of waffles. They did let us check in early and the 2 women working were very nice and helpful. We had a wall blocking any view... that's on though, we were there for 4h and not pleasure. It helped to block the sun.

Not the best Hilton property. You can tell a lot from a hotel by the cleanliness of the elevator. Elevator doors had poor handyman job of covering up a sign. It seemed dank and dirty. Room was basic , with stained couches , dirty carpet, and bed comforters were as rough as can be. Final straw was the mold in the bathroom above the shower. I checked immediately to nearby Towneplace Suites. A much better choice !!!

It is pleasant enough. Everyone that worked there seemed friendly and helpful. The only minor annoyances are being able to hear people in the hallway and the "indoor pool" is not heated. It is convenient to restaurants and Tanger Outlets. It has free breakfast and it is ok. I'm not able to say it is great but it is more than just a danish also. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: friendly staff, nice lobby area, comfortable bed.Cons: Dirty bathroom floor with items from prior guest, moldy grout, large gnats flying around bathroom floor drain, very low water pressure in shower, handle on toilet stuck/appears to need repair, toilet bowl stained. (Room 402). The sound of water pipes ran all night (like a high continuous tone). Won't be selecting this hotel for my next business travel experience.

To date this is my first negative review. Made a reservation. Through app August 4. When I arrived I was informed there were no rooms due to biker rally. So I was turned away, but still charged full price for the room. Many attempts to get refund have not resulted in any progress. Hotel says go to Corp. And Corp says only hotel manager can refund. So buyer beware!

First off, they say they have an indoor pool, but come to find out it's not heated and freezing. The room was filthy, our dog sniffed out chicken bones behind the bed. The ac looked like the filter hadn't been cleaned since the hotel was open. All of our eyes ended up swollen and my son felt ill after only a 2 night stay. Online it says $50 nonrefundable pet deposit but didn't mention anywhere it's $50 per pet. This was a weekend getaway for my son's birthday and I feel like it was a bust. We didn't want to complain because we are the non complaining type of family but I wish now I had. We should have gone somewhere else. For anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and do more research and if you're not happy initially, leave.

General manager was very rude! I was charged for rooms that I didn’t even get to stay in. I needed to cancel due to a family emergency and she told me, “It doesn’t matter, I still need my money!” As if the money is going to her. Horrible horrible experience if I could give 0 stars I would. Hampton Inn has definitely gone down.

The only reason we picked this hotel was for the indoor pool and because they're pet friendly. The reviews I read said they had a heated saltwater indoor pool.....nope, not heated. And online it said $50 nonrefundable pet deposit, 2 pets max. They leave out that they charge $50 PER PET....On day one my dog sniffed out chicken bones behind the bed. We also noticed our eyes were getting puffy and looked at the ac vent and it was scary dirty.... but still, we didn't complain because this was supposed to be a fun getaway for our sons birthdayIt's just so disappointing, my wife tried to hard to make this a fun experience. I guess what we learned is to do more research and if you have that many red flags on day one, leave.

I have stayed in many Hampton Inn hotels, but have never experienced this before.So, I stayed here for business trip four weeks ago. I submitted a state tax exempt form during the check-in. However, they charged me a full price when check-out. I already asked the front desk and she said to process it later. However, after several days, it hadn't been processed.I needed to call them multiple times to get it straight, but two weeks ago she refunded the full price including my stay instead. All I wanted is the tax refund only. And then last week I called them to bill my stay, but until now I haven't seen it charged into my credit card account.Seems like they are untrained with the tax exempt. I will never stay in this hotel again on my business trip.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was out in the entire hotel, although it was working comfortably in the room itself thank goodness. Very disappointed that the website lists an indoor pool and a hot breakfast as amenities, but the pool has been closed for over a year and the breakfast was nothing more than prepackaged carbs that I could have gotten out of a vending machine.

The front desk was friendly and professional. The one bed was comfortable. However, I located a bug in the other one upon my departure. Restaurants and stores surrounded this place.
