My Fur Baby Lena had a massive cyst within her mouth into the majority of her jawbone ,discovered by Dr. Sancho. She is only 10 pounds. Dr. Sancho & the Entire Staff are more as family members, then a clinic. Everyone knows how nervous animals get at the vet they can sense it. She still gives sugars 💋. I highly recommend !! Very kind,knowledgeable, & full of compassion. My Lena is home & doing Fantastic after his recommendation. Our lives have changed because of the severity of the location of her cyst one fall, playing with the wrong toy or accidentally bumping her jaw could completely shatter the remainder of jawbone. But I will tell you this, they ALL have become a part of our family and will be the first I call in the event an injury happens. * HIGHLYRECOMMEND !!

My doc is Down to earth with a sense of humor, i wouldnt take my kids anywhere else. Every question asked clearly answered, staff is great. Hes the best on call all the time by phone is a plus, not waiting on any of my babies being sick after office hours . i love em!! Almost 10 yrs together.

Dr Soncho & his team are the most caring & compassionate on your fur baby health. Had to have emergency surgery on my maltese abscess tooth. Mind you older dog & made had 7 teeth left made decision to extract all. They called everyday to check up on him. Very though when it comes to your fur baby health. Highly recommend!

As a fellow healthcare professional, I have the utmost respect for Dr. Sancho. We have been dealing with a terminally ill chihuahua, a really terrible situation. Despite the difficulty inherent in this, Dr. Sancho has been compassionate and reliable. He has provided comprehensive assessment, arranged prompt consultations (even having a remote cardiologist provide clinic in his office), and has guided us through this process. Dr. Sancho even spontaneously called me one evening to check on my pet. He is very knowledgeable, but is secure enough to state when he needs a consult. His prices are reasonable and he has always informed me of the cost before performing a procedure. His staff is competent and they work as a team. I recommend him without reservation.

I've used East Bank in the past for my dogs because they had the best prices within a 50-mile range. My dogs got old and passed away. Fast forward 6 years, and I finally decided to get a new puppy. To my surprise, East Bank is under new ownership. Justin took us during his lunch break even though he's only by appointment now. He knew I had traveled some distance and was a past customer. Justin gave our puppy the most detailed examination I've ever seen! He even let my son and I look under the microscope at the sample he took. He checked and bouble checked the medications my puppy needed along with the dosing. I'm so grateful to East Bank Vet for giving my puppy the best care ever and still at the best price ever!

We have had Dr Lipscomb as our vet for over 25 years. Dr. Lipscomb is so very caring, kind and compassionate. He truly cares for the pets and their owners. He was especially kind to us when we had to put Emmie down 😢. I am so very thankful to have him as our veterinarian.His receptionist is also very sweet and helpful, as well. I am so very sad, Dr Liiscomb is no longer working there.

So seven years ago I was gifted a beautiful, sweet white Chihuahua by a coworker. I gave it to my mom who was grieving over the loss of her Terrier/Mix.Today my dad and I brought my mom’s Chihuahua in for annual shots! They took her w/in 24 hours of calling. Kiki, “the pup” and I have a great sense of humans. She loved the vet tech and the vet!She nor growled nor barked as he gave her the necessary shots.What blew me away, aside from his pleasant demeanor, was his interest in listening to my knowledge about dogs! We spoke about my concerns and discovered she had a anal gland issue and doggy acne! He drained it and their pup is on cloud 9. I highly recommend this vet! The price was also affordable.

It’s a shame I have to do this , but I want future fur baby parents to know the truth and be aware because I don’t want the same thing that happened to my amazing and loving fur baby to happen to anyone else’s . Here’s the story…the previous vet, Dr. Lipscomb (which was an amazing vet) I have been bringing my dogs to him for years and he has finally retired, which is very heartbreaking because he was an amazing, loving, and caring vet who was very good at his job. And the events that happened to my dogs passing WAS NOT HIS FAULT… but the new vet that is established at his clinic , who actually wants to call himself a vet, Dr. Justin Sancho, did a poor job with my dogs sickness. He did not care about the well being of my beloved pet. My fur baby was an emergency situation where he started throwing up pools of blood, so of course I call the vet right away so he could be seen. First of all, I had to bribe my way into an appointment, when they agreed to take me , I rush there, when the “so called vet” finally comes in to see my dog, he’s basically telling me he doesn’t have time to run test and examine my dog, which I mentioned above was throwing up pools of blood prior to, because he was too busy with other appointments that were booked and surgeries he had scheduled.. all and all, he basically made it as though my fur baby was an inconvenience to him and his life did not matter.. all he did was take blood to run test and it was a week ago he did this and has not got back with me about results , even though my situation was an emergency and we needed a plan immediately… and it is with a heavy heart that I have to say, from his negligence, that my dog passed away a few days later at only 8 years old and was healthy, otherwise. Now I’m here mourning the death of my beloved fur baby all because I trusted this “so called vet” to care for my baby, and failed.

The old vet retired. The new vet is is brutally bad and money hungry. He tried charging us over $200 to put down a 4 lb chihuahua. Then, we bring our other dog for his shots in back to back months, and he forces us to do heart worm blood tests back to back months. He even lied to my wife that I wanted to pay extra for a heart worm test when I specifically asked to not do one and he forced me to do it in order to get my dog's shots. That's our last visit to this place.

We have used Dr. Lipscomb since the 1980's (36 years) to care for our cats and dogs. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable. I trust him completely with our beloved pets. The receptionist is wonderful too. Our little Morkie, Jax, loves them both.

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews in general, neither good or bad, but this is my exception. My dog is a Pit bull(of course some concern is acceptable because of her breed) and it amazed me how unprofessional the staff is. She is pregnant and I brought her for a check up to see if everything was okay, since the beginning my dog was kind of uncomfortable and so was I. There’s a new vet, and a new receptionist. In the room, the vet got in and of course my dog didn’t know the vet so she barked at him ONCE and he jumped and moved to the back like if she was gonna attack him even though I had her in a leash the whole time and of course because of the jump my dog got more uncomfortable and started barking at him a lot more, mind you she is now pregnant and she acts different than when she wasn’t. My dog knows the vet that used to be here before, and she was really comfortable with him, he used to care about them, but this new Vet? Just a no for me. It is a “cheap” place but you get less than what you pay for. They’re supposed to know how to deal with dogs, but they don’t. Never coming back.

I never take my dog anywhere else. He hates the vet, but Dr. Lipscomb is so patient and friendly, always. He is honest and doesn’t try to up charge for things we don’t need, and treats all his patients with love and respect. We love East Bank!

I've taken two cats here for about 4 years now, and never had any problems. One cat has been fixed here, and the other cat has to come often for allergy shots. Very reasonably priced, very friendly doctor!

The old female (doesn't deserve the title lady) at the front desk is so rude!! I don't understand why Dr. Lipscomb keeps her around!!! She is bad for business! I'll never go back there because of her!! She does not need to be working with the public... She needs to work in a dark corner where communication skills are not needed! I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like being talked down to and degraded.Dr. Lipscomb was nice and pleasant though.

The receptionist and vet are always friendly and considerate. They are wonderful with our animals, both patient and thorough and you don't even need to have an appointment to be seen. Prices are also the best around that I have found.

I am sure the high reviews were for dr lipscomb.I went here because they use to be more concerned about your pet then the cost.My cat was anemic and he didn’t even check.Not saying was his fault but I might have been able to help him if I was told that a week ago.I had to let him go today because he was to far gone.

Just called this office to inquire about an appointment, the receptionist talked over me the entire time and was answering way more than what I even asked. Asked about cost of office visit and she went into how, they don't know how much it is if the doctor gives the dog medicine and so on and so forth, I didn't ask that. I asked the cost of an office visit. Not a pleasant phone experience, I am calling to ask questions, answer the question and that is all. Talk less, listen more.
