This is the most disorganized Dollar Tree in area. It always has boxes in the way. They never seem to be unpacked either. The shelves look like a storm came through or at least a group of preschoolers ran through the store.

Cashier was so sweet! Still a decent stock there, although too much Christmas stuff. Wish they had a better drink selection, and I was short on time, or I would've bought more things. I'd go back for sure. I've been to other locations with a better selection, but some are bigger than others. It was fast at the checkout and a friendly place.

I have liked all the employees. They are always working diligently at our 3 local stores.I want to speak to customers that come through on weekends (particularly Friday through Sunday)…“Have more respect for people that work so hard to stock your favorite store!!!”I came into my closest store and was shocked to see the condition of it on the Wednesday after Halloween (Monday).I went back for a few things on Friday morning and it was much better. The employees were pulling old stock and Halloween out to start putting up Christmas.The shambles the stores are in is the same after the weekends no matter if there was a holiday.

This store looks so much better!!! Came in about a year ago (give or take) and it was a mess. I came in with my daughter, and I heard they had a whole new management crew and some more help. These new managers are amazing! The turnaround is indescribable. They are so polite and helpful. My daughter needed something, and one of the managers went to the stockroom and found the item for her. Thank you managers and workers. I will be back more often 🤩

Store was filthy and a wreck. 1st and last time going to this one. I have been to so many dollar trees in different cities and states and I have never seen one of their stores so dirty and messy! Even for the busy holidays....Also the workers that were in the store didn't say a word. Not hello not bye nothing even checking out. Weird.

Shelves are stocked at about 50% and the overall appearance of this location is quite poor. Today was the 2nd time I've had a nice, friendly cashier in the 4 years I've come here. The new location off of Hwy 30 is brand new and we'll stocked. Will start going there.

I'm giving 2 stars only bcuz there are a few employees in the store that are really nice. I go into many Dollar Tree stores and this store is by far the worse maintained location in Louisiana. Today I visited this location once again and it didn't let me down!😪😏😤😪But exceeded my expectations of being worse than ever. U couldn't go down a single isle without having to turn around and go back the way u entered. It's clear that the management staff is in over their heads!!!!

Never open during regular business hours and AC is often broken. Gas is too expensive for it to always be closed when I get there. The one in Prairieville is cleaner, organized, and has a lot more in stock. It's worth the few extra miles.

Went today to get some goodies for my "happy mail" penpals for Halloween. I was short 1 box of goodies. I could see all the shipment boxes out but not yet unpacked. It was clear they were busy and trying to keep up with stock as fast as it was flying off the shelf. I didn't want to bother anyone, but tried anyway. I asked the gentleman working closest to me, Tae, if he would be able to see if what I needed was in those boxes. He stopped what he was doing and found me what I needed. Super happy! Then the woman checking me out was very fast, and polite. Above and behind service from Tae and excellent customer service from cashier. Great experience. Thank you.

Not very good this time. One person on the register with 8 people standing in line. The cashier was letting everyone know about her birthday and that she went to the beach. Finally got to 3 people in line then someone else came out to check out another employee then had to wait on other customers. The store is never fully stocked. There is always boxes on floor and empty shelves.

For being understaffed at the moment, they are doing a good job. They have a new management staff that is working themselves to the bone to get the store in order. This store has come so far in just a few short months. Awesome job Gonzales Dollar Tree!!!!!!

Usually not a problem shopping here. Good for wrapping paper and such. But today was not good. Walked in an there was one customer checking out. I needed balloons for my child's birthday and that usually takes a couple of minutes to do, so I decide to let the cashier finish up with the customer while I went to grab a couple of extra items. Get back up front and there are seven people in line...one cashier. And she was definitely not in any rush to move the line along.Ended up having to put stuff back and go elsewhere.I'd suggest that the lady stocking shelves might consider opening a register when the customers pile up.

This store is looking much better than it was 6 months ago. The cashier was very nice.It still needs some improvement which is why I’ve only given 4 stars but it’s getting there!

I have been in retail many many years...I just want to congratulate the newest leadership team in the Gonzales, LA location for cleaning the store, presentation of merchandise, and professionalism. They understand that you can't sell merchandise if it sits in the back room.Great job!!

Yes I had a very good experience the store was very clean the only thing I can complain about the freezers are never working right of at store they need to get that fixed a shout out there at least once a week it's been to spend quite a bit of money there I was wearing my mask I did see a couple who was it but keep up the good work I tend to keep shopping there and always recognition recommending people to shop there as well keep up the good work

This place had 12 customers in line and one register open. I politely asked if they had any additional help...was told the other register was broken.FUNNY, they have 5 registers!Myself and 4 other customers walked out and left our items in the shopping carts.

The deals are still good. Everything is in boxes. No one is stocking anything. It's a mess. There should be people putting stuff up not standing around doing nothing..

Gross...this is the most disgusting dollar tree I have every been in. Dollar tree franchise you should be ashamed that one of your stores looks like this. The store is dirty the employees are dirty. The items I purchased were placed in a garbage bag instead of a dollar tree bag.

This store is filthy and smells. I came in here in Dec. 2021 and they were out of helium and today Feb. 26th they are still out of helium. MANAGEMENT PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!

Stock littering aisles, never enough staff, limited selection because the stock is boxes in aisles waiting for someone to put up. No one will because there aren't enough employees. Very long checkout lines.
