Mr. Randall (I hope that I am spelling his name correctly) is always so pleasant. I live in a nearby subdivision so I am always visiting this store. Anytime I do Randall is there with a smile on his face and an extra positive attitude. The store can be as busy as ever with a line wrapped outside of the store, he will somehow still manage to keep his customers satisfied and happy. He is such a nice young man, he deserves a promotion. It’s clear that he goes out of his way to keep the store going. Anytime I’m there he’s working alone but still gets the job done! He’s amazing, dollar general is lucky to have him.

Please be patient and kind to the employees when going to dollar general! The employees that care about the store are doing the best they can to keep the shelves full while taking care of you at the register. It is not an easy job.

Probably the best, as far as customer care/service, Dollar General I have ever been too. The guy and the several girls that work there have always been nice to me, acknowledged my presence and answered any questions I may have. Normally it's like pulling teeth to get help but not here...and I have been there multiple times....all good...thanks..Trey

Nice staff. But over whelmed with all the stock on the floor . very hard to find what you need if boxes are in the way. I did over hear employees are upset due to not enough help and managers cutting more hours

I'm not sure if they're short staffed or what, you could not get down many isles due to carts filled with merchandise needing to be stocked. So, many items that you needed were attainable. Very frustrating experience. I hope that can be sorted out in the future.

That was the newest Dollar General but the filthiest I've been in. There is a serious management problem. Very busy store, but only one young girl on the register while the other two shammed around like they were busy stocking. Highly disappointed. Mr Dollar Tree would be disappointed to. I highly recommend hiring a manager with high standards for cleanliness.

The service here sucks normally BC they don't have enough people working on shift at one time and sometimes the items won't be stocked there will be whole shelves empty for no reason other than employees not restocking shelves like they are supposed to do. Go here at ur own risk u get what you pay for

Not enough help😔😳🤔. The shelves were empty the product was sitting on carts still boxed from shipping waiting to be worked up. Now I was pleased to see that they now have fresh produce for sale 😊

This store is in need of a complete overhaul from management to the team. There’s always ONLY one register open with at least 12-15 people in it every time I go in this store. Today was no exception and to add to waiting in line for 10 minutes , check out with the rudest cashier and then be overcharged. I walked back in the store, basket of items in tow and inform Ella that she charged me twice for a set of baskets. Her response was I’m going to have to see as I stood there for an additional 17 minutes, while she told customers she could only take cash her pin pad was down and the other associate was at break. Yet there was an associate on the floor. After the on break associate returns, she looks at my receipt and says it’s only on here once. I tell her look again , point out where and then she stated oh I see well I can’t refund you because you paid with a card and my register is down. You’re going to have to go to the other line. I inform her I’ve been in the store an hour at this point and the $5.48 couldn’t be returned to me in cash. She said no it’s policy. Turned her light off and walked away. Please know I stop in this store 4-5 times a week and because of Ella I will no longer shop Dollar General. This was utterly ridiculous.

Not the cleanest of of all stores, but they have made a lot of positive changes since I visited last. I'm sure they will continue to improve and hopefully staff the registers with more employees during peak hours.

I can't comment on their customer service since it's like a jungle in the store and you can't see anyone. You cannot find anything. This store constantly looked like it was raided. They don't have much in stock, and if they do, it's probably on the floor or in the wrong place.

Well I asked one worker to help find an item, and she did, very polite, but asked another if they had a product in the back since none was out on the shelf, she said " what you see is what you get!" too lazy to check the back for her customer.

Very disappointed that a new store has gone downhill so fast. This store needs a manager so badly. I will not be frequenting. Couldn't get basket down most of the aisles because of merchandise all over the place. What a shame. Great location in a good part of town but looks like the store should be in the projects. People that work that do not take pride in the store or the job.

It's a mini /Walmart.. Sells cold and frozen foods anything from cold cuts all kinds ham ,turkey, roast beef, Bologna etc. cheese different kinds sliced, dressed, cubes. Eggs, milk, hot dogs, lots of dtuff.. Frozen foods from chicken breast,tenders to ice cream, waffles, meat balls, etc.. Great place to run in get your BBQ stuff and get home and enjoy the rest of the day.. Very friendly employees...

Couldnt get down any of the aisles because of boxes and junk everywhere. Busted glass on the floor. I did see 3 people trying to attempt to put up the truck

It is great to have a location such as this close to my house. I find this location to be very dirty and unorganized. Many times it takes long to check out with only one cashier on duty.

Rarely do I go to Dollar General and it is because the store is always in disrepair and I can never find anything I am looking for. I absolutely hate digging through shelves to find something.
