The pharmacist staff really blessed me last night! Thank you! There are hundreds of customers request and needs per day. I believe everyone is doing their best. Let’s stay kind to each other. It’s hard but we have to practice patience.

This pharmacy is a joke! They are so rude and and I have had to do more leg work than I ever had with any other pharmacy because they did it for me. It takes them 30 minutes to answer the phone, so good luck with that. Every month there is an issue with my refills which should be on automatic refill but mysteriously they aren't anymore and I have to request them. The app won't let me so i have to call and sit on hold each month. This includes my birth control of all things which they wait until the last day to refill and each month they have to order it so I'm without for days because of it. My last pharmacy used to give me 3 months or a year at a time. I've never had a pharmacy wait to refill until the last day of your prescription. They always notified me a week in advance. Absolutely pathetic and sadly Walgreens is just as bad. Finding another pharmacy!!!!

Horrible experience!!! Everything single time, and today was the cherry on top. The window worker with the pink hair was the rudest. Ask to transfer a prescription for my sick 2 yr old she said she couldn't because it was in process at another location called that location; it was not in process. I asked about another prescription for my son and was told it would be an hour. She did not want to hear anything else I had to say. Three minutes after leaving, I received a call about my insurance. Duh was trying to give the updated information. The prior visit. I was told a medicine was not in stock when my mother picked up the same cough syrup. It took three hours for the prescription to get filled. Even though it was submitted the night before. I had to go to remind them of the medicine. I had to go in person because no one was answering the phone. While in the store, I watch all the employees ignore the phones. I understand that everyone is stressed because of the environment we all lived that does not mean you treat the consumer that makes it possible for them to work as an inconvenience. I will not be returning and will use the ten-person. I will tell everyone I know to use a different pharmacy. The best part about it is I know plenty of senior citizens.

I have been a customer with CVS pharmacy over 40 years, no more for me! they are the rudest people and do not care for your needs.after being on hole for over a hour, I do not thank you have to wait 5 hours for prescription to get filled didn't even apologize. I don't know how they stay in business, ridiculous. The store portion of CVS always been very nice though.

It PAINS me to give them a star. I am FINALLY done with CVS. I had a procedure earlier today on my foot and the dr called in an antibiotic cream. I was told to get the Rx and go home and prop up the foot. I get to CVS two hours later and the drive-thru is CLOSED. Really?!!! I have a numb foot with no shoe on! I go limping inside and jokingly tell the person behind the counter that it’s not a good day for the drive-thru to be closed all the while smiling at her. I got absolutely NO reaction from her. Rude! Then she tells me that my Rx is not ready yet. She asks if I want to come back IN A FEW DAYS. Sure! That’s what I’ll do! Thats exactly what the dr meant…get your Rx in a few days! These workers are slow, uncaring, unorganized and very rude. I am NOT going across the street to Walgreens either. Moving all my meds to a local pharmacy!And another note - The store (mostly the pharmacy area) always looks like it’s under construction with junk and empty boxes laying around.

They are lying to the customers about pickup times. Please be honest and let the customers know if your store is understaffed and prescriptions will be filled in48 - 72hrs. I witnessed patrons who needed blood pressure meds and out of mental meds and could not get their meds filled. I'm changing pharmacy ASAP! This is aweful...corporate needs to step up the service.

I'm not sure what the problem is with these places. Walgreens is just as bad. I took my prescription to a local small pharmacy & have not had one single issue yet with every refill here it was something. It was BS. Extremely frustrating & prices are absolutely ridiculous high on items inside the store with the exception of some sale items. staff however are very very friendly,courteous & helpful which made a difference & is appreciated

This store has always had terrible service that comes off as rude the majority of the time, but now they’re not punctual either. I wait in the drive-thru 10 minutes after the scheduled opening time, but the closed barricade is still down, covering the window, and I still had not heard anything from an employee yet. Meanwhile, I hear “one pharmacy call” continuously blaring inside. I understand running late, but running late AND acting like I’m an inconvenience to you for filling there when I talk to you is a lot to digest. This will be the last time I fill there.

Still wondering why CVS has not stepped in and fixed this location. They are extremely shorthanded which causes the current employees to be disgruntled. They actually permanently closed the drive-thru because they could not handle the amount of people coming through the location. This is the busiest location in the area and needs to be corrected. Extremely unsatisfied.

They close at 9 and not 10. Tried calling a few times to talk to pharmacy since 12 to see if they did receive my script. Each time I spent around 30 minutes on the phone. I honestly believe a District Manager should keep store hours up to date

Horrible customer service to have someone in the pharmacy tell me she needs me to hold on so she can get paper and never come back to the phone, is unreal. I am here for work and need my Rx filled and use a local pharmacy back home. I truly cannot express how inconsiderate this behavior was 2 hours and 45 mins later I'm praying Walgreens can recover my Rx so I want get off after my 12hr shift tonight and spend my morning calling the dr for new scripts. This is unreal! I will never make this mistake again!!!!

They need more staff or something. The wait in the drive thru is always crazy long. I try to go in, if I can. There seems to be a lot of errors with the processing of my prescriptions. I’d love to use anywhere else, but my insurance requires cvs. Some of the staff is kind and friendly, others seem to hate the world.

These are the slowest rudest people ive ever seen. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get them to put 10 pills in a bottle on a Tuesday morning when there wasnt even 1 car in line. If my company didnt require me to use cvs i would go to any other pharmacy.

They are terrible! I went 10 minutes before the pharmacy closed, You can’t help when you get sick and need a prescription. They had all the blinds pulled down and ignored me. So I went inside where they stared me down. They are just the worst with their horrible attitudes. No greetings, no smiles, no rush whatsoever legit the worst pharmacy to use!

Absolutely rude people. But in Gonzales there isn't much chose for pharmacist. Walgreens prices are horrible and the small pharmacies dont keep suffecient stock. I have been using CVS since it was Eckerds and quality of service constantly gets worse. There is only one nice lady in the pharmacy. It's slim white lady. I try to go when she is on duty

My first time ever coming to this CVS and I’ll never come back. This store has horrible service and very unfriendly non helpful employees working at this CVS location on Highway 44 & Airline. I normally only go to the one in Prairieville on Highway 42 and I’ve never had any issues, they have great customer service and super helpful employees both the store & pharmacy dept.

My auto refill did not get filled. I also called to fill 2 days ago, but they didn't fill it. Now I'm standing here for an hour waiting for the medication that keeps me alive because they didn't do their job.

Every time I call to fill a prescription I’m on hold for at LEAST 10 minutes, which is extremely inconvenient. Anytime I try to use the automation to refill it never works. I’m extremely frustrated with this and I don’t know what else to do. Very tempted to switch pharmacy’s.

This pharmacy is a train wreck! Employees are have the nastiest uncaring attitude and treat people horribly. They are completely incompetent on top of it and the place is unorganized and out of control. Not a place you want to do business at.

This pharmacy does not even deserve one star. I would be embarrassed to have such poor uncaring people work for me. They are always rude and never helpful. Will not be continuing to use this pharmacy.

Awful! No one answers the phone, lines wrapped around building while there is another stall it doesn’t work and they won’t get it repaired. Been with this particular one (Burnside- Gonzales, La) a month since moving and I can’t take it anymore, moving pharmacies again.

So unfriendly that I’m very reluctant to go there at all. It’s the closest to my home so I go but I’m practically angry when I walk in. I’m expecting a confrontation the second I walk in. Rudest pharmacist in the world.
