>25 mins in the pharmacy drive thru, my 3rd day here. Day 1 the tech told me she couldn't find my daughter's script, day 2 it wasn't ready after they told me it would be ready by 5pm. Day 3 I'm going over 25 mins in the line and only 2 cars are ahead of me.

Waited in the drive-thru line just for them to close the metal roll-down window as it was my turn to pull up to the window at 1:25. Their sign says they close between 1:30 and 2:00 every day, not 1:25. They could’ve easily gave me my script within that 5 minute span. It seems like I have a bad experience at this location more often than not.

I asked my Dr to send my Rx to Walgreens and he accidentally sent it to CVS. It's really sad how much worse they are with filling it, texting you, updating the status in the app, etc. Then when you speak with them you can tell they are so overworked and stressed. God bless those workers. But, I have to choose Walgreens. It's just that much better.

My husband dropped off a time sensitive package here because it was listed as one of the drop points for UPS, being he gets out of work late this was the only option he had. My husband's customer called him a week later telling him he never received the package and the location still showed at the store.. My husband concerned called the store only to find out they never actually shipped it apparently they don't care that they have packages just sitting there.... Horrible service do not drop off your packages here they could care less.

The hold time to speak to someone in the pharmacy here is RIDICULOUS. I have called twice today at not busy times. The first time I hung up after waiting 30 mins with no one picking up. Now I have been on hold for 35 mins, after calling back 2 hours later, and still no one will pick up. It's incredibly frustrating and rude considering people are trying to reach them to get important medicines that they need.UPDATE: A year later and still having the same issues. Been on hold for an hour now with no answer. I'm sick of large chain pharmacies in general but CVS has become especially frustrating. Ever since Covid, pharmacy workers just seem so jaded.

Place is a joke. Was told I needed a prescription. For insulin syringes. That’s crazy. Refused to sell to me because they don’t “do that” at their store.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Never fill your prescriptions at this place. The 7 girls behind the counter sit there gossiping, eating and talking about how they “never do their job right and don’t even try” (yes one of them literally said this so loud that I could hear her lol) while there’s 20+ people waiting in line. They are always out of my script and it takes literally FOREVER to get anyone on the phone (I was on hold for well over an hour when I called and then they actually hung up on me right after answering so I had to call back and get placed on hold AGAIN). I waited in line in store for 30+ min. (Their drive-thru was closed, for no apparent reason). When I expressed frustration at the wait times on the phone and in-store just to find out they don’t have my script in stock, the girl told me they were “short staffed”! I laughed and said girl, you got 7 people back there! Someone I was in line with said they were there the other day, and the line was to the door so they had to come back. If corporate knew how this CVS was run, the manager would be fired immediately. RUN. There are plenty of small, family-owned pharmacies in ascension where the people working have half a brain. I went down the street to Lagniappe pharmacy and they had my script, and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I’ve had an injection prescription for over 5 months with this pharmacy, not a single time have they given me the syringes for it. My doctor has even put in an emphasis on the request to give my syringes with it, nothing. I always have to go to Walgreens to get them.Edit: after asking they gave me syringes last pickup, but they were a completely different size. Way too big. I don’t understand what’s so difficult about this

For the past couple of months the presubscription for my wife's pain medication has been short a few pills on her 90 supply. Of course they say that the count was correct, yet she starts running out of her meds before the end of 90 days and has to try and stretch it out. Not sure if this is only happening to her or others with 90 day scripts. Makes me wonder. Just wanted to warn others. As for me I think I will be changing my pharmacy.

My first ever review outside Amazon: this is the best pharmacy and pharmacy staff i have ever encountered! I have handled 11+ monthly meds for family in 6 pharmacies and two states x a decade. They know what to do with different insurances and it takes less time than anywhere because the CVS shared technology system and this branch's data entry is efficient and accurate!!! Just sorry others posting have had less positive experiences, and wonder if there are problems involved that a pharmacy cannot solve for them.

Passport camera has been broken for over a year, yet they advertise to get it done at CVS. Wasted trip. Also they are low on staff. Store feels neglected.

Customer service over the phone here is terrible . It is absolutely unexceptable that I have been on hold for 10-15minutes! Aside from calling several times without an answer . This pharmacist needs to do better ! Servicing customers who are in need of medication for whatever reason should be a priority. You never know what patients are going through .Sincerely, an angry customer!

This is about the worst I have ever experienced in a pharmacy. I had medications transferred from cvs in new Orleans to gonzales on Friday at 6 or 7 PM. Here I am 236pm on Saturday and they are not ready yet,even though i called this morning at 1030 and was told they had been run. The pharmacist is not very friendly at as ll.

First of all if I could have given no stars I would. I am new to the area and have gone to this CVS twice. Both times I was given ridiculous attitude from the same cashier! If you want repeat HAPPY satisfied customers you might want to tell your employees to adjust their attitudes or go find a job where it is acceptable to be such a brat.

The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone in a timely manner EVER. Good luck trying to get a prescription status...18 minutes is a seriously long hold time.

Worst pharmacy hands down. Every time I bring them my transcript for my medication, they tell me that they have to order it but Walgreens across airline from them fills it with no problem.

Horrible Pharmacy; they have messed up my childrens medicine many times! The sad part is the Pharmacist are very wonderful, but the techs are what has made it a horrible place. I have transferred my scripts from this pharmacy to another.

Very nice staff, even though they seem to follow you an watch what your doing as if to make sure your not stealing anything... its just alot announoying... but there is never a lot of ppl and they are always nice and help you save money by offering deals on things your already buying so definitely recommend this place..

There is a cashier who is working literally every time I've been in....she's a beautiful African American lady with wavy long hair.......she always greets everyone with a smile and positive attitude....A couple of months ago, I accidentally handed her a $20 bill in excess....and even though she had at least seven other people in line behind me....she ran out after me in the parking lot to give me that $20 bill....I've never experienced customer service like that before, and I pray that this lady gets a raise as soon as possible.

This cvs is probably the most respectable cvs out of any one I’ve been too. The staff is very friendly and the store and always clean and if I need help with anything they always help.

I don't understand all the bad reviews they've gotten because they have been awesome for my family for 2 years now and the sales and online refills make it even better, wouldn't trade for the world, I get emails and text when my refills are due and BAM! THEY'RE DONE, plus I have the extra care card and get emails about sales they also deliver right to my doorstep, can't ask for better service!!
