I was very pleased with the grooming service(January 2023) performed on my furry pup 🐕However, I was extremely disappointed with my most recent experience with their boarding service for a full week(April 2023) . Upon picking up my pup he smelled like urine and his bedding reeked of urine as well.

After taking our puppy to the same place we've always taken our other dog and having them cut her leg, leave her unfinished, and charge us full price, someone recommended we try Cinderella's Pet Palace because Brandon was awesome. We were not disappointed. Our pup managed to stay calm, probably because Brandon knows how to handle animals. He's awesome and we will bring all of our pets there from now on.

The place was organized and very clean. Employees were friendly and cut my shih-poo just like I asked. Some places his hair was a little uneven, but I will return as I felt very comfortable with the guy who worked there. I think his grooming will improve.

Normally my mini schnauzer gets a really good haircut, but this last time his hair was not cut short enough. Not the best haircut he has ever gotten there. Disappointed

All I can say is AMAZING! We acquired a Maltipoo from a family and she was severely matted. The final result was beautiful. And she came home a happy puppy! We will be back.♥️♥️
