My husband and I were craving snowballs so we tried this place for the first time. When I arrived there, they had a drive thru only sign up because they were short staffed which I understand in this economy. Although the line was 8 cars long, we were willing to wait and obviously it was a clear indication that they are pretty popular in town.The young lady that took our order was sweet and the price for our snowballs was very reasonable. Once we got home to try them, I really liked the flavors and so did my husband. Our only issue was the ice was VERY HARD. At one point I was using my spoon like an ice pick, chipping away ice while I ate it then I soon realized it was a huge chunk of unshaven ice. That was a bit annoying and definitely negatively impacted our overall experience. I don’t know if they need to update their ice machine or the workers were moving too fast in their preparation of them but it was difficult to eat despite the great flavor.

The absolute best sno-ball I’ve ever eaten. Plush they gave my dog a child’s cup so that he had a treat too.Very friendly, and that custard is delicious!If you’re hungry , or have the munchies this is the place.Cade whipped up a stuffed wedding cake Smi-ball and poured condensed milk on top.Delicious, friendly, and all around positive experience.

Wowww!! This frozen custard is amazing! You have to try this place. We ordered 6 different flavors to try and they are all excellent! If you like custards, you will love this place. It’s drive-thru only. You may have to wait a little for your turn but it’s so worth it!

I came to leave a review on behalf of my 8 year old son. He went in with his dad for an after school treat while I went in the mail shop next door. Once they finished, dad came out and stated that our son was ready to go, but to ask him why. My son then explained that the girls who worked there did not greet the black customers coming in but did the white. Nor did they speak to him and his dad. This is something he told to his dad, but my husband said he didn’t notice it. My son told him okay watch…the next customers that came in were not acknowledged once walking in. They were black. My son told his dad that he was ready to leave out of there at that moment. It’s very sad that an eight year old would notice such blatant behavior by individuals who work in a public setting. It’s absolutely fine to have your preference of who to like/respect or not, but if your doors are open to the public who are willing to spend their money with you, a simple hello wouldn’t hurt.

Oh my Lord, I love their malts, however this visit was horrible. The girl had a very big attitude when I complained about the malt being runny. Her reply, “it’s got milk in it” very rudely. Attitude got worse throughout the exchange. Happens that she is the daughter of the owner. She called him and he apologized for her behavior, however she did not seem to care at all.That’s a damn shame that a local business has rude workers. Makes me want to take the trip to Baton Rouge for a chain custard place. I wound up getting a refund, which she tried to short me on! Horrible!

Their frozen custard selection is amazing and taste just as good. The owner and a young lady who tends to be on her own at times always provide great customer service and quality. However, the other younger workers are too inconvenienced by customers pulling up, especially the last hour their open. No love given to snowballs, ice chunks or on the frozen custard cups. I recommend their Frozen Custard anyday.

Every time i come here i wait in line for 30-45 minutes just for them to say the card machine is down, ice machine is down, no custard, etc. It is always something and the workers are too young to know how to properly run the drive through line smoothly and quickly.

Ice cream was really good, poor Girl was on her own she seemed kinda quiet, kinda wish she coulda greeted us when we can in, might have made us feel more welcome. Place needs a bit of clean up if I lived closer I would be back though treat were good

Love Cade's!We swing by anytime we're remotely in the area.On the latest trip I took the worker's suggestion on a blueberry pie concrete and it was better than the other one I custom picked.

Oh my goodness the Frozen Custard from this place is just divine. My family loves this place so much that if we're in the area and I don't stop for us to get any, I'm sleeping on the sofa. Not that I need an extra reason to visit that is. I mean the product that they provide and the service that they offer is just beyond comparison. I have yet to have any Frozen Custard from anywhere else that is as good as this place and after searching for so long I seriously doubt that I will ever find one.

Best frozen custard I've ever had. I've been a loyal customer for years! They always know what I want no matter who is working! I moved away for over a year and I craved Cade's when I was gone. It was the FIRST place I went when I got back to town!

I love Cades frozen custard and so does my wife. today I was in town from Georgia visiting home we decided to get Cades. We showed up 25 minutes before closing and the girls inside explained to me they were closed early because of the weather (minimal rain) and the boss was out of town.....we drove 20 minutes from where we were staying. Had sonic instead.

Like the place having a drive thru. People there are polite and prompt. Quantity and quality of the snowball's and ice cream is very good. I visit Cade's at least once a week !Haven't been to Cade's since before pandemic. Went there today and got what l normally got a pineapple snowball with a scoop of vanilla icecream. I don't know what thar flavor was but it tasted like it was bad,even ruined the little bit of icecream. I threw it away. I also tried to get an egg custard flavor snowball. They didn't know how to make one. One of the four girls mentioned something about egg and vanilla so l told them to just give me a strawberry snow ball. Don't know what that was supposed to be either. It was cold but not much taste. Threw it out also. Wasted $6 with tip. Don't know if they have changed the syrup they used or the girls didn't know how to make them. Maybe if they paid more attention to what they were doing instead of dancing and cutting up? Very disappointed ! Won't be back. And will be sure to tell others.

I’m writing this to bring attention to Alexis! At least that’s what it said her name was on the receipt. She was amazing and doing a fantastic job, she was all by her self with easily 10 cars in the drive through and with a line of people in the store. She got through people as fast as she could with still having a great attitude towards customers!

I really enjoyed a few of the frozen custard treats from here on previous times but have to say that after yesterday I will never return. I ordered a Blue Hawaiian and immediately saw pure white piercing through the top. I thought it was possibly coconut flavor so I continued to keep tasting but after a couple more bites at the top realized that it was just plain old shaved ice. I immediately went back to the drive thru without taking another bite. After another 5 minute or so wait I told the young lady about this. By this time more of the color had bled through the white but she did take my cup and bring it to the back for a couple more moments. When she returned with the cup and also the bottle of syrup the young lady proceeded to pour more syrup on top while explaining to my about how sometimes you won't get color all the way through and how it didn't seem that bad to her. I have had many snowballs in my lifetime and will always expect to have flavor all the way through to ensure that I will return. The problem really lies here, why did she take my snowball out of my view for 60 plus seconds only to return with bottle in hand and to say that " it doesn't look that bad to me". Warning to all that may not know, when a person takes an open food item out of your sight that you are complaining about never expect anything good to come back unless they remake it again in front of you. I threw it away down the road because I refuse to be an inside joke. " How about that time that guy complained about not enough juice?, lol I hope he liked mine"......

From NJ here on vacation and this is hands down the best custard I have ever had 🙌🏾 came looking for snowballs (had Tiger’s Blood—nice flavor) but the custard stole the show. My daughter will be harassing me to come here e v e r y d a y until we depart.

Cade. You need to listen to me. You have a super great product. I want to give you 5 stars, but I can't. The reason is because I get a super huge helping of attitude every time I come here. The attitude seems to increase when I inconvenience your employees when they are holding a conversations with their friends that are hanging out in your shop. I'm sorry I want some delicious frozen custard.Also, when I order chocolate cake mix I end up with brownies mixed in half the time. It's hard to ask for cake mix apparently.Other than that, you have a great thing going.

Very good malts and shakes, but the chocolate snowballs taste like nothing and was a light color instead of a normal brown... plus, the service is extremely slow and why do they close at 8pm?

i don’t write reviews but I just had to, I went before and it was good . But today I went and omg we had to wait inside in a line with only me and my family in it for about 10 min and they didn’t even acknowledge us when my mama said something the girl she literally just looked and said okay no we’re sorry or anything she had a attitude so bad and then my snowball had chunks of ice in it and no juice at the bottom the snowball was disgusting and the girls were disgusting as well

The best frozen custard ever!!! I love to get the vanilla custard with caramel sauce, whipped cream, and a cherry. Perfection!!! Always have gotten good service here. The highest recommendation possible!!! Yum, yum, yummy!!!

I love Cades and always come back, but the employees are so slow and always have a bad attitude for no reason. Also when they are actually busy it takes longer than it should because they stop to play on their phones and/or just talk to each other.
