This is the best Big Lots I have been to. Great shopping experience. I was welcomed when entering the store. Everything was organized and displayed perfectly. I have never seen any other Bog Lots locations that are close to as nice as this store. The store is stocked very well

This store was utterly disgusting. The floors look like they’ve never been swept or mopped since the stores opening day!! It appears there was a store reset with fixtures that were moved out of certain places but the floor was left dirty with some places even missing tiles! I’m sick to my stomach with the amount of black dirt on the floors alone. Pure Yuck

The store could definitely use some upkeep and the employees seem to be severely short staffed as I waited a significant amount of time to get an order picked up. I got the runaround though I suspect that it was no fault of the employees. Ask for the furniture that I purchased it is to my satisfaction and I was very happy with the holiday pricing that I got. The recliner is a very nice piece and I'm considering going back and buying the sofa and loveseat matching set.

Before going into the store I spoke to a male manager on the phone about an exchange/return, and he was super nice. By the time I arrived he was gone but the lady in the furniture dept. and the female manager on duty were amazing. This was my best Big Lot's visit experience to date. Great job!

I bought a couch from them a sectional too be exact got it delivered and the legs was messed up on one of the half’s I called the day I received it an never got a answer called week later and manager of the furniture was on sick leave to call back in a week or I will receive a call back with either an exchange the side messed up or return money for the half broken no call back went back month after that was told no one left any note with my name told me I have to bring the broken side back up there or pay their third party delivery company pay them again too have all this done when they sold me half a broken couch an that it’ll take months too get one back after I brought it in so I do not recommend them will never shop there again

We bought a sofa. Then had to go pick up next day. The cashier was so nice but the manager guy rolled my sofa out helped put on truck. He said not one word, I looked to tell him thank you and he was gone. Manager's should be nice to people. Not act stuck up

Cashier was very nice and polite. The store had some merchandise on the floor. They have been out of my sauce for the last couple of month. I sooo miss that sauce. I had a enjoyable visit

Bought this sofa set from Big Lots! Very nice set at a low price! Also the delivery was hassle free thanks to Pick Up & Delivery LLC.

Having never shopped at Big Lots before, I always assumed that this store as a junk store. After having shopped here many times now, I find that they carry many brand name items that I purchase at a lower cost than Walmart or other stores. This is not a high-end store, but you can find some good deals on everyday products. They will often run a 20% off sale once a quarter and you can save a lot.

Went looking for a heater. They didn't have any out but some was in the back that hadn't been unloaded yet. Stock girl said she will unload and call me when done do i could pick one up... She called and I was able to come back. Customer service at it's finest

Supposed to be open at 9 but computer problem asking us to wait in car for maybe 20 min. Yea rite. Will end up longer than to wait til 20 min. Computer takes forever!!! Geez!

One of my favorite places to shop! Try their daylight bright light bulbs they are the best as bf have much better pricing then Home Depot.

Always find something. There is a Bluetooth wireless headphone set for $10.00. Have a friend who has the iPhone that does not have a headphone jack. Super easy setup and pairing with her phone and iPad. Good sound for the price, USB port to charge the lithium battery. Need to pick up a few more for other friends now.

MASSIVE redesign since I last was there. That was four years ago, admittedly, but the store is now very clean and well maintained. You have my recommendation my peeps, you have the Cottun go-ahead! 👍

Store is always messy.. Looking from the Front of Store it looks like going out of business.. Selving empty.. Maybe headquarters needs to come and give some kind of makeover or training on doing displays... Not a pleasant experience , I can go to the thriftstore and it's much more organized.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Some prices are not clearly marked, which is frustrating. But I do understand that this is merchandise that rotates. And I have found that this has improved over time.
