I use to love to get the ft. long hot dog the chili would be running over. It’s been a few years since I’ve been but I went today in a hurry to get to work and got a ft. long hot dog and it had about 2 tbs of chili on the entire thing I guess this is the level that fast food has fallen to.On the bright side there shakes were still good I just wish companies would stop cutting corners with quality.

The food and service was greatThe food was hot and was quickly brought out to us. Staff was friendly. The orders were right. We got extra napkins and various dipping sauces.The only complaint I have is the fact that they had some customer being loud/annoying while I was trying to enjoy my meal. They didn't even try to tell her to tone it down a tad. It was so obnoxious and uncalled for but that is not their fault. They cannot control the actions of customers. However they did deliver delicious food quickly that was hot.

The meat was burnt on the end and the middle was uncooked. It also had a funny smell to it. I can’t believe I waited 30 minutes for this. I don’t like to complain but it’s my money. How hard is it to make a burger correctly?

Being from Oklahoma, we are obviously huge Sonic fans -- I mean our family stops multiple times per week for drinks and snacks. We stopped at this location while visiting family in town. We waited for nearly 20 minutes for five drinks and two pretzel twists. I was just about to simply leave after 20 minutes but they came walking out with the order. My family who lives there says it's so slow historically they don't even go there.This experience was around 3PM on a Wednesday and we were one of only three vehicles at the establishment. Most certainly not the Sonic standard.

Tierra is amazing! She was the only carhop during lunch today and it was super busy but she handled it like a champ. There was a very irate customer because of the wait but she handled it so well. I just wanted to shout her out because she was working so hard through everything!

I'm holding back on the 5 stars until I get a few more visits in. My most recent experience was exceptional. Possibly because they weren't too busy, but it was 0900 and I requested a burger and tots and they told me it'd be a minute to cook. I said it was no problem. Everything came out surprisingly fast. The order taker and delivery girl were both very polite. I use to go to Burger King regularly for my burger fix, but that place has gone seriously downhill over the past year or two, so Sonic it is!

I ordered food using the mobile App. When i arrived to get my order, they were out of the product i ordered. I was told initially that it would be refunded. When that didn't happen i contacted cusomer service and they told me that they could not give me a refund, that all they could offer was a coupon or a free hamburger reward with purchase of another item. I have contacted them through email and phone, and was told the same thing multiple times. This is unacceptable to not refund me for product i did not receive. All i want is a simple refund for the product i did not receive. I will not eat at this place again because of the way i have been treated so a coupons are of no use for me.The only resolution to this is a refund for product i did not receive.

Decided to go to our local Sonic today. Ordered chili cheese tots and a Reese’s Sonic Blast, unfortunately once I received the small $4.00 Sonic Blast, there was a tiny bit of Reese’s sprinkled on the top, when I started mixing it around I noticed barely anything, all ice cream. I decided to walk up to their little lobby area, since the girl on the speaker was acting like she couldn’t hear my request. I walked in, and explained to one of the employees my concern and asked if she could add more candy to the Blasts, as we ordered two, she replied “Well, there looks like the right amount of candy in each one”, “ I can add more but it will cost extra.” WOW seriously? I said no thanks and walked out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve been in management and you could clearly see there was barely anything in there. The correct response should’ve been, “ Our apologies, let me go ahead and add more and have a great day”. At the end of the day I spent four dollars on basically a cup of vanilla ice cream when there is literally a Dairy Queen less than a half a mile from them. Won’t be going there again. Not cool.

Consistent with all the Sonic drive-ins I’ve been to recently. I tend to like their fries better than other fast-food joints. Their fries don’t leave me with a weird aftertaste that most others, especially McDonald’s, does. Just wish they had more choices of beverages 🤷🏻♂️😂

I love sonic ice cream.. but this particular sonic RARELY gets my order correct.I'm so tired of having to have items remade..Follow the damn recipe and pay attention to what has been ordered..I don't ask for special orders or any thing weird.. I just want it the way ever other sonic makes it!Consistency people! It's not hard!Update: last couple of time the food and service is fantastic! Maybe new management?Guy who brought food to me was very upbeat and friendly as well as the person who took my order! Surprisingly pleasant!

The time between when I ordered and received my food was a little long but it was pretty busy. The food was great except my burger was a little on the dry side maybe just needed more bbq sauce. Super friendly staff.

Visited here today and it took them six minutes to finally take my order. I was the only customer and it was 7:30 in the morning. The food took forever to come out. Before this experience, about a month ago we visited this same location to get gator tots in the morning and they said they were cleaning the fryers so no tator tots. For the cost of their food, the customer service and quickness needs to be improved dramatically.

The Service and food at this location just to be great but now I’ll drive by it to go to another. Today my daughter stopped there because we were in a hurry. The food was awful. The onion rings tasted as if they were cooked hours ago then heated up when ordered in a microwave. The burger was cold and the tomato was sour. AWFUL but on the upside. My dog enjoyed it. In my opinion they can close this location permanently

Sonic is a favorite of mine when I want carnival food instead of a real meal. How anyone can mess up thier food is beyond me. Prarieville by the interstate is the only location to impress me. Unfortunately, I normally visit the Burbank location and they have sucked for years. In fairness I have had good carhops there but they usally quit soon after being hired. Wish Sonic would pay them more instead of relying on customer tips.

I stop here regularly before or after work.. never had a problem with food after ordering. Drinks are good and food is usually hot and fresh.. may have a little wait depending on the time of day but the slushies are worth the wait especially on a hot day. Servers are friendly and helpful....

I had a great experience here the other day. Their credit card machines were down but our car hop would not stop until it went through. It took 10 minutes to finally get the purchases to go through but she did it. I know she had a lot of pressure with so many people behind us. She did a great job.

Went the for two shakes. Took them over 10 minutes to answer the call then another ten to bring out the shakes. When the sharks were delivered the waiter made the remark " guess you've been waiting a minute". They lost my business for good!

This sonic is by far the worst one I have ever been too. This is the second time I have drove off with no food after waiting for over 20 minutes. The first time I waited as the red light blinked for 15 minutes while no one bothered to answer it. The second time my order was taken almost immediately at the drive through but yet after 25 minutes and the car behind me getting served I once again left with nothing. Im not sure how it can be so hard to make a small cheese burger. 🤬

Dutchtown/Geismar has the friendliest employees compared to other Sonic's. Food is always fresh and good. The management at this store is doing a great job training the crew and it shows to customers like me.

Great service, the order was accurate, but the tater tots oil needs changing. The sprite tasted a little like the plastic fountain machine hoses, almost refreshing. The burger was okay, fresh bread and veggies, but the meat,...edible. I'll be back

Arrived at this location around 8:35. All the outside lights and the sign was on, music still playing so we pressed the button to Order the sign message said will be with you shortly. We waited approx 10 minutes no one came on the speaker. There were probably 5-6 other cars there waiting also. It looked a little dark inside so I pulled up their listing and it said they closed at 8:00. Guess they just left and forgot to turn everything off! 🤷🏻♀️

Everything that I ordered was received with no error. However, my carhop came to deliver my food with a huge hair bonnet on her head. I'm sure that this location along with all locations of Sonic has a dress code that doesn't allow this type of item to be worn at work. Please employees, appearance matters when you're at the workplace!

The lady that took our order was telling, she couldn't hear. I had to keep repeating. She put the order the way she wanted. They were short staff and too young. And there was no customers at the time. They messed up order. It was horrible. She cut you off in the middle of the order. She had absolutely no customer service whatever.

Horrible experience! Waited over 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich, buffalo chicken bites, 2 fries and 2 drinks. When the order finally came, it was cold. You'd think if you waited that long, the wait would be for HOT FRESH food. Not here! I will never go back and I plan to tell everyone I know about this. I've already started telling people and they've all had very similar experiences, but haven't posted a comment. Consider this comment to represent at least another 10 people.
