This is the best grocery store on the bayou in my opinion. I don't feel terrible when I shop here compared to most other stores in the area.Great meat selection which is priced very fairly for the quality of the product. Good selection of food products and produce. Favorite grocery store!

This store used to have groceries for a decent price. Now, they just want people to pay an arm and leg for maybe a grocery bag or two with items in the bags. $15, $16 and $19 for a gallon of canola oil?! Thanks but no thanks. I'll buy my oil from Walmart.

Galliano Fresh Market, still known as the IGA locally, is an awesome store with a great selection and fabulous employees. This is the type of grocery store where it's a joy to shop and they have attentive and friendly cashiers. If you can't enjoy shopping at this store, you just can't enjoy life. First rate all around!

Galliano Food Store has been of great service to me when I had visited. The cashier's were quick and friendly about their job. You are able to get WIC there and even stuff that isn't food, like art supplies or medicine.

I loved shopping here, it's one of those old town grocery stores. Then I realized that when it's time to get wic they only carry and approve their brand for wic items. Wic is restricted enough as it is and I like to get things my kids will actually eat. At this store you CANNOT get the most out of your wic benefit, meaning the only items they allow are the least desired foods and brands. Yuk!

I love IGA foodstore in Galliano, Louisiana. I went back home for a visit and bought a few groceries. If you like cajun foods, this store has specialty items you cant get anywhere else at the deli counter. I found the most delicious green onion fresh sausage there.
