Longest lines ever seen. Had to wait forever for something out a case, then had to go wait again in these long lines to pay for it... Over 45 minutes for one item...

The disabled bathroom was out of order, so had to wait on the Walmart employee to finish his personal business, then had to jam my wheelchair into a small, but very clean, handicap stall.

I am a remote independent contractor for ivueit. I was assigned to do a survey on their scrubbers for their floors, no big deal I produced to them the authorization papers as well as Corporates number if they had any questions. Not only was I refused to do to my job , mind u I get paid for this and I pay for my own gas fare. But I was humiliated and had the Franklin PD called on me to have me removed!! I'm a productive citizen of society and was doing my job legally! Talk about extremely embarrassing!! I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS WALMART AGAIN!

As always great ,with the one exception. They don't carry fresh fruit and vegetables. You have to go next door to super1 foods.wierd but small town.

Not a super store. But I was able to find everything I needed. Lots of handicap and regular parking .was well stocked , very clean and the employees were courteous.

They had shoes on sale for boys for 10 bucks I got to self checkout and saw that the size I got won't fit my toddler and he was already upset and didn't want to walk back the nice lady at self checkout went get a bigger size for me which I appreciate so much bc walking around with a toddler is not fun. One of the better walmarts I've been too

Old town Walmart like in NC, when I was younger. Not enough registers open per usually, very small & not upgraded/updated. Yet the staff were nice. Although not able to use coupon for purchase 2 American Greeting cards, get 1 free; there was an issue and ir would not accept.

Self checkout has improved this place immensely. Not a fan of their terrible political affiliations nor their customer service agents, so having the self checkout is saving them from being a complete failure. Only go here if.I.absolutely.have.to.

After Ida ravaged Houma 2 weeks ago, we needed more supplies... everything nearby was closed, so we drove to the Walmart in FranklinFor a Walmart, it's a kinda small and convoluted compared to the Walmart in HoumaHowever, the staff was super friendly and very helpful, assisting us with finding almost everything we needed

It reminds me of the Walmart from when I was a kid. Small and everything is easy to find. The greeter was enthusiastic and super friendly and all the staff was talkative and friendly which means a lot since we are from Texas and a little homesick. It has that small town hospitality.

It was clean and I got in and out of there in decent time. I walked through there with my empty holster on my side and no one seemed to care. I hope that one day they'll post a sign saying that they allow holstered guns 🔫. That'll be awesome. I'm no 'gun nut' by a long shot but since the Constitution says we all the right then.. I don't see why not. Anyway, Customer Service here (any employees - not just the Customer Service counter) is horrible. No one seems to know anything about anything. They know next to nothing about products that they themselves stock into the shelves (I didn't mean for that to rhyme. It just came out that way). 😏

I don't think the manager is a good fit for our store. He is not from our area and doesn't trust his customers. He relies on the opinion of his cashiers to judge how to handle his decisions on disagreements in his Walmart store. He is not able to take responsibility for his own actions, again he is solely dependent on his employees to make him feel like he is the boss. He is an embarrassment for our local store. He should be replaced by a better Manager, we deserve a better choice !!!

This Walmart is very clean and the price are amazing but one area I feel they could use some improvement is customer service. . I brought my children school shopping recently and spent close to $240.00 and would have spent more if the employees following us as if we were doing something wrong. Yes, I understand people do steal and crime rate in this area is very high but to make not only me but my kids feel completely uncomfortable is taking it a bit to far . A few times I considered pushing the basket to customer service and walking out but instead we paid for out merchandise and just left. I have worked retail and caught a few shop lifters also I have even seen people who I would be unsure about that I would keep a eye on but in a more professional manner. I went back a few days ago with my fiance and my youngest daughter and it was not as horrible as our school supply trip but it was Runner up so I think I will be switching store locations. I spend too much of my hard earned money to feel like that way...

I enjoyed my shopping at Walmart, because I've been locked up in my house most of the year. I received my virus shots at your store, now i am not as worried, but still careful. The only 2 outings I had most of the year were Church, and Walmart . Thank You

Really enjoy shopping here now. Associates are friendly and helpful. Miss the previous manager though. I always find something new each time I go. Love it!!
