Ex employee. I quit even though I received a paper stating today I stopped working 12/02/2022. My last day was October 1 2022 and that was after I was falsely accused of coupon fraud which I know nothing about. I was accused of knowing ladies I didn’t who abused the system when I work two jobs and went straight home. I did 6:30-2 and would come here for 4. This was my night job. I also let them know my daughter was diagnosed with autism in October. No prayers or nothing given as much as I busted by behind working for them. Place always cluttered and you can’t walk around. My dad has came there many times and walked out. The manager raises her voice at you which is the reason I put my two weeks in when I left to get lunch from Glynn’s drive in and I’ve migraines alot and I stated that from day one. Don’t assume people know stuff because they worked at dollar general before when I made it clear I wasn’t trained properly. I work hard and always get to help the customers. I was talked to like a dog and no apology given. I had alot on my plate and am still learning things about my autistic daughter and how to cope. This store is a fire hazard. Talk to people with respect and you’ll keep employees. It was many days I came in with no voice and all to help this store out. No appreciation given. The assistant manager Kim is the best thing that’s ever happened here. Also teach your sales associates to not talk bad about me and other associates after I leave. Ima. Mom of 3 going through a rough time and everything gets back to me. I wouldn’t refer anybody to shop here. It’s not a single job I had that don’t want me back. Put the truth on my separation papers you had mailed out. 10/01/22 was my last day. I was never given the apology I deserved but, every dog has it’s day. Run away from here. I do all I can to help but, it was never enough.

The store is so cluttered there is no room to walk through any aisles. You cannot get to anything because every aisle is full of stacked rolling carts full of stuff. It’s so sad they let it get this bad!! Every customers was complaining and I saw some people just walk out! Please clean this up and stop being trashy in our community. I’ve honestly never seen a store this bad!!

I have shopped this store since its grand opening many years ago and I have nothing but respect for the cashiers. They are always helpful and friendlyHowever, in the past couple of years it has gone from being one of the best stocked cleanest Dollar General locations in the area to one of the worst stocked, most cluttered stores in the chain. The shelves seldom have more than the bare minimum of merchandise. Instead, the majority of the stock is still stacked in the carts used to deliver merchandise to the store that are “parked” in the isles blocking access to any areas of the store.Common items are consistently out of stock or inaccessible because of stock that has not been put on the shelves. Other stores nearby are better stocked and much less cluttered.

It's convenient, of course; because of where it's at! that is UNEEDUS!!!! Maybe because it's a new store. Not really sure. They don't keep their shelves stocked the way they should be, but their cashiers that they have working there are friendly. Can't say anything bad about any of them. They've all been kind and helpful, not to mention patient. I wish they has more clothing items. Like baby/kid clothing....we have a 2yr old in potty training and i went to get him some lil boy underware but they had nothing like that on there shelf.

The store was super busy because there was a storm coming. There was only one register working because one was broken so the line was really long. The employees really kept their cool and apologized many times for the long line and the people were very understanding. The piece for the broken register actually came while I was waiting in line. I believe there was an angel working in the store today.

They always seem to be understaffed! The staff is working so hard trying to juggle everything but they do an amazing job with what they have! The 4 stars is because of the lack of help, besides that 5 stars. The new remodel bumped it up from 3! They now have produce and some more food items.

I have frequently been a customer that this dollar general location. My experience in the store last night with workers anita and lisa made clear to me that my hard earned dollars will be spent elsewhere. My brother and I go into the store for some items. We are standing by the hair care products when I notice a worker walking by watching us. I didnt think anything of it initially. A family friend came in and we began to talk to her in the middle of the store and I notice that the worker keeps walking by watching us despite us standing in plain view. My brother walks off as I continue to talk to the family friend and was also followed. After I was done talking, I went to go find my brother. When I located him he held his finger up and mouth to me wait. I stopped in my tracks and here come the worker again walking by watching us and at this point it was completely obvious. So I walk into the isle and say are they following us around..and my brother said yes. She had been following him around the store prior to me coming over. While I am not shocked, it stings that the color of your skin makes people assume the worst about you. Neither one of us have ever taken anything out of that store without paying. We were raised with integrity. Never again!

They have all their jump on the floor and they're never fully stop because they will not hire enough help to stuffed shells and they always have one register running if you're lucky they'll have to sometimes

Worst dollar general I've been in carts full of freight all over hardly nothing on the shelf. I will not stop at that one again but I will stop in at another one . Slowest chasier no back up terrible store .

Convenient store with friendly, helpful staff. Some prices are cheaper than Wal-Mart, but not everything is $1. I love it!

Love the new dollar general on hwy 25...its closer for us who live outside city limits...workers are always friendly and helpful...the restocking of the store with new items Is terrific

They have generally low quality stuff for decent prices, though higher than big box stores. Got a mailing envelope and they were out of the other things I needed.

It's the one I always go to, but was very warm inside today. Because ac temp is controlled in TN by corporate. That's just asinine. In the 90s here today, and cld be in the 70s in TN. 🙁👎

The manager never opens on time. I've been here at least 6 times and had to wait for her to show up. I usually just get frustrated and leave, but today I'm staying to see what time she finally shows up. it's 8:15 now, they are supposed to open at 8.
