Wonderful company. They donated fruit that was damaged during delivery to wildlife rehab centers so animals could eat it rather than go to waste. I’m sure they had to go out of their way to clean it up and deliver it for the purpose of donating it versus more simply throwing it out. Good on them. You should feel good supporting this business.

In season, they have the best local grown produce. Fabulous peaches, peas and beans, okra, cukes, squash, tomatoes, peppers, plums, watermelon and cantaloupe. Oh, and homemade PEACH icecream! Prices are reasonable and folks are friendly. Highly recommend!

I've personally never been here but I just heard about this farm donating damaged produce to a wildlife facility after the truck carrying the fruit was in an accident and wanted to show them some love however I could! I'd say give them a shot, they seem like good people!

Extremely disappointed in the 2 cases of peaches I bought from Yak's at the Ruston Peach Festival this past weekend. They lack flavor and are not the least bit juicy. The texture is very off too, almost grainy.

Sent someone to Yak's to get fresh peaches, after seeing their sign on the road. Came back with a bag of rock-hard peaches that had been refrigerated. Such fruit won't ever fully ripen, and will be mushy. Disappointed that a local grower/fruit stand operator would not know this.

I've been going there many years. All the produce is very good. Tomatoes are huge! Much better and fresh veggies last much longer than produce at the grocery store 😁😁😁 Fresh peas I love ❤️

This place deserves ALL the local support it can get because they work hard to produce and harvest good food for you AND they donated a ton of watermelon to the local wildlife and made many many animals VERY happy on a hot day! You guys rock!!!!!
