Being a past employee, with over 10 years of experience, it's unbelievable to see such a low amount of work ethic and so little customer interaction, nowadays.I do understand that each store is different and that the performance of the employees in each store, has a lot to do with the management in their store.However.. With the increased amount of employees on the floor at any given time (from the ones doing pickup orders, to the ones stocking the shelves), there is absolutely ZERO employees in this store that will even acknowledge the fact that you are spending money in their place of employment.If they were deaf or mute, I'd understand, but they aren't. They conversate with each other just fine. Hell, a lot of them are on their phones, while working on the floor.It's hard to believe that this is the same company that I once worked for. They have lowered their standards, or expectations, tremendously.

I bought some spoons and forks. The girl didn’t put them in my bag. That doesn’t happen when I do self check out. Every time. You can’t get no help there. Just terrible service!!! I’m just out that money. Cause what proof do I have that she didn’t put them in the bag.

The store is always super clean and easy to find things. Some workers are more helpful than others, as to be expected. Don't expect to get a price match at this Walmart. I do appreciate the hunting and fishing depth, it's pretty good for Farmerville.

2 amazing lady’s work at this Walmart one in electronics and other self check out lady 2 amazing lady’s I sit back watch how they try to do or be helpful? Those 2 went beyond respectful and very helpful to person that had stroke answer her questions asked her if she understand it and ask lady to repeat it back and even wrote it down for her. Even there was other customers was over acting when wheel chair hit shelve? The worker said it’s ok y’all go back to shopping or we got this help the lady to get unstuck made her not so I Bares about hitting shelves get her unstuck. Front lady very nice respectful helpful and honest told lady gave to much and gave some the money back to her and helpful get her wheel chair going again when it stop for minute wasn’t going for her so the lady came around help her and helping other customers to which machine to go to same time help this lady scooter going again when it acted like wasn’t going to move or broke down…. Get there name report it to corp. tell them how amazing those 2 workers are get them small bonus and let them all Walmart what how they got it?

Clean store stocked shelves great deli but only have or a3 start as there is no one to help you inn this store, bit tons of employees standing around either talking together or on their cell phone. Also 20 register 2 were open and the small 4 register self checkout had a line the was ridiculous. Don't come here if you're driving through or in a rush

If I had a favorite Walmart, this would be it. The store is usually well kept and all the workers are friendly. The store was crowded on this visit but usually, you don't have to walk around or between someone on every aisle. It's worth the drive for me!

I have recently started using pay and go. If anyone is interested I really love it. You scan barcodes with your phone... bring some bags are grab some at a register on your way in. Bag your items as you scan your stuff in. I love it that if you don't know what something costs, just scan for a price. I find that really helpful and you can keep an eye on how much your spending as you go. When you are done shopping, go to a self serve register. On the screen you'll see a square barcode. Scan with your phone and you are done. You'll have to link a credit card or bank to the app on your phone. Try adding that before you begin shopping. Sometimes someone will check a few items in your cart and check their handheld to make sure its paid for but most the time, nobody checks it.Good luck and happy shopping 🛒🛍️

I have heard so many bad things about this store. Compare it to Monroe , this store is perfect. The workers walk me to whatever I'm looking for. At Monroe I hear "it's on isle!!!, in other words don't bother me. You're going to find ugly people everywhere, but I think I've met 2 in the 2 years I've lived in Farmerville at this Wal-Mart. The only complaint I have is they let their plants die from lack of water. Someone said they were threatened with the police if they took the plants that had been thrown in the garbage. Managers, you will get a better rating if you would put a free table for dying plants, if you are going to throw plants away anyway. It literally hurts plant lovers hearts to see neglected, sad looking plants. The only reason you didn't get 5 stars is because of the plants.

Check out is normally pretty good. But for some reason our cashier kept taking his time and stopping to engage the people in front of us in an ongoing conversation. Took forever to check out.

Food not terrible but I have had better for lower cost. Steak was raw i order medium. Salsa was not spicy at all and had too much cilantro. Wait staff was excellent though.

This is a good small Wal-Mart. Wish they kept a larger inventory of start wars action figures, never have hardly any and not the good ones. I've not had a bad experience with Wal-Marts staff or management at this store everyone has been 100% friendly with me always and I've lived here since it opened.

Recently had neck surgery and could not lift items out of buggy. The wonderful cashier placed everything in our buggy and offered to get someone to help us to the car. Wonderful attitude and compassion shown in a young person. I wish had asked her name. Thank you Walmart in Farmervile, Louisiana
