My orange baby boy was having some issues that made me worried he had a urinary blockage. Union Vet was open on a Saturday, saving us a lot of worry in having to wait. After meeting Dr. Mary Beth, I can say with 100% certainty that we will be swapping all of our animals over for their annual visits and ongoing care. I've never met a vet who took such time to explain things. I cannot recommend Union Vet enough. 100000% worth driving in from out of town for all of our vet care needs. Best prices, too!

The only place I will ever take my babies!! Dr Bat keeps my horses ready work and all their shots to keep them healthy. Believe me I have called this man on Christmas Eve over a calf and he had meds waiting at the office for me. Dr Mary Beth and her team always makes sure my dogs have what they need and are up to date on their shots. Seriously this is the most loving and understanding team of people.

FINALLY someone to tell what I didn't want to hear and give me options! Prices were the BEST I've ever seen. We will be back every month for treatments!Went back this month. Took longer to pack the cat in the carrier than the while visit with the vet. Kitty is feeling better. We will be back!!!

Had a bit of a scare this morning with another dog biting my dog’s ear.This establishment was absolutely wonderful and took my dog in immediately to take care of him. The staff was very helpful and polite. The service was incredible.Thank you for taking care of Finnley on such short notice, especially since it is the weekend.

Started making a 30 minute drive to use this vet clinic after a friend recommended them. I saw the female doctor and I’ll never go back. She was rough with my cat, barely examined her, and spoke to me in a very loud and disrespectful way. She spoke to me like that not only in front of her staff, but in front of the customers in the lobby as well.

Took our Cash, a pit bull mix stray, to the vet where he got excellent care. He had an enormous amount of heartworms. Doc gave us meds which helped and gave Cash a little longer to live.But the heartworms won out and Cash got to where he was gasping for breath.It hurt our hearts but we decided to have him put to sleep.Doc and staff came outside the clinic to my van and picked up what use to be an almost hundred pound dog then took him inside. They did it very lovingly and treated him kindly.I was sobbing so badly that I could barely speak.Even now, a few months later, I’m still crying thinking about that sweet boy who impacted our lives and how sadly it had to end.The doctor very sympathetically told me he would take care of Cash and I know he meant it.I was too broken to tell him thank you. So now I would like to take this time to say thank you for being so kind and thoughtful. I took my 10.5 week old german shepherd puppy to them with the fear that she had parvo. Unfortunately she did, and we were not able to leave her there due there not being a kennel open for her. Even though they could not hospitalize her, the staff made sure to give her everything possible before we left and even sent me home with everything I needed to help her pull through. They not only made sure my sweet girl was taken care of, they educated me on everything i needed to know and do for her. The staff was so nice and friendly and was more than willing to answer any questions I called them with after our visit. I really and truthfully believe if it wasn't for them and God my sweet girl wouldn't be here today.

If I could give them no stars I would. Mary Beth was extremely rude. She got irritated because I had questions and was rushing me. 2 days later I go to pick my baby up and there was a lady that came in and was hitting her dog in the head with the handle of a retractable leash! None of the staff did anything to stop her! Her excuse was she had to treat the dog that way because she was hyper and out of control! This went on for 30 minutes off and on. When I finally got the papers and paid so we could leave the receptionist told me my dog tested positive for heartworms. When I asked her was there a treatment for that she said she couldn't answer any of my questions. I would have to call Monday or wait the 10 days when I'm supposed to come back! I'm appalled at this place! Dr. Bat was really nice and answered all my questions on the second day I went, but today was horrible! I won't be back!

I took our small rescue dog in about some problems she was having. The staff and Dr Brantley were very nice and knowledgeable about our dog. We have a follow up appt in a couple of weeks to take care of the problem she is having. Very professional and caring people.

We live in West Monroe and our boy got sick. He stopped eating for two days was throwing up and just laying around. We couldn't find a vet close to us that was open 10.8.22. My son's cousin suggested we try Union Vet in Farmerville. SO GLAD WE DID!! They were the nicest people. He was checked for PARVO. They kept him over the weekend to see if he was going to make it. They were very encouraging we caught it in time. When we picked him up on 10.11.22 the lady said "once he started feeling better, I could see his personality." He is a big ole gentle lap baby. When they brought him around outside for us to get him, we were all so excited! He was so vocal (not barking) and showing us he had missed us! And did I mention they are affordable!! I HIGHLY recommend Union Vet!!! ❤🐕❤🐈

GREAT staff, easy to work with--and it's obvious they enjoy their work. From a friendly greeting when you come in the door to knowledgeable aides and Doctors, it's hard to imagine you'd find a better place to care for your animals. They explore all options for treatment with you, and there are no surprises in the animal's care or even the bill.All in all, a SUPERB place to get some of the best pet/animal care you'll find.--Rex Patton

Union Vet saved my baby's life!! She went into kidney failure and her outcome looked very grim. They went above and beyond for her. They understood how stress she was at beingaway from home, so they let me take her home every night and bring her back the next morning for treatment. She had become incontinent and would soil herself on the way to vet every morning, it didn't matter to the staff - they would scoop her up and love her on even though she was wet and smelly. They even opened their doors on Sunday so she could get fluids ran through.Very grateful for Union Vet!

After 15 years of having very professional health care service for Sassy, Daisy, Neco and Bentley last Saturday was a bummer. I check in at 9:30 am with 4 pets ahead of me. I was ask to set in my car and they would call ( normal now days). After 1 1/2 hours of waiting and seeing people arrive and go in , I went and ask where we were their list. The receptionist check and said oop’s I jump over you to help someone else. Mine you 1 1/2 hours later she’s no longer looking at the sign in list. So she says you can be next for the front room. So I go out to my car and get my two pets for their shots. Upset but thinking mistakes are made. Walking back in to the front room where the door was open, I’m told no, you’ll have to wait, because a big dog or someone’s friend just walk in the door. No excuse for the office manager handing this in this manner. The vets their are great, but their office manager needs to learn to read the sign in list and follow!! May or may not ever return.
