Staff was nice and the food was ok but as always!!! Sonic over charges!!! A mystery 30 to 70 cents always pops up on the ticket! Today it was 40 cents! Combo $7.19. Make it a large add 60 cents.... somehow it rings up $8.19 before tax.... somebody should do a class action lawsuit! 50 cents per customer for the last 10 yrs!!

The car hop and the lady taking the order were very nice, but sonic is expensive and if I'm gonna eat here (which I do often) shorting the portions is just ridiculous!

Used to be one of the best sonics in the country. Not anymore, constantly get orders wrong, don’t mix drinks correctly. Recently we got a strawberry shake with 100% rotten strawberries in it and not just kind of rotten. They were rotten to the point they stunk up the entire SUV. I called their phone number about 20 times with no answer.

So many stalls are not working. They need to put a cone there or do something to mark the spots that don’t work. Let people know so they won’t have to pull in & out of 5 spots.

My daughter drove into Farmerville to pick up an order for me. She had her cup from earlier when she got a drink. She asked for a refill, thinking refills were free. The lady told her no they were not and when she went to explain that she thought they were, the employee threatened her, saying if you ask about that refill one more time, I am come out there and give you a refill. What kind of person threatens their customers?I was shocked! She called me immediately and said I am never going back there again.Kid-friendliness: Not nice at all to my daughter, threatened her.

Service was faster than I thought it would be exspecially being that the place was packed. Ordered shakes and they were awesome and no complaints with the chilli cheese coney but the tater tots were slightly undercooked which made them a little soggy, tasted alright though. Ordered sweet tea with meal and received come instead. Car hop customer service was up to par

Sonic has pulled a fast one on me tonight lol!!! We ordered 2 single burgers with cheese and as we were eating them I noticed that the taste and the onions were different like wayyy different lol...It was a Macdonald's quarter pounder!!! The onions were diced up really tiny n Sonic has those chunky onions lol....Anyways I wasn't upset but I thought about and the person taking the order did referrer to what we ordered as she repeated it back as a ((Quarter Pounder w/cheese))🤣🤣Parking: Adequate parking and all the ports work perfectly which is awesome! ALSO THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS VERY NICE AND WELL MANNERED

Stopped in to the Sonic in Farmerville Louisiana today at 2:20 in the afternoon. Pushed the order button....and waited...and waited...I look at the screen and it no longer said "we will be with you shortly". It says, once again, push button to order. So ONCE AGAIN, I pushed the button. When someone finally asks for my order, it has been 10 to 15 minutes. I told the person that asked for my order that I have been waiting and push the button twice. I get no sorry or their busy ( that they were not) response. All I get is, "What do you want to order"? I said, no thanks and I get a loud smart A@@ BYE! Now, I work for a living and I don't have much time for lunch. To have your staff treat, what was going to be a paying customer and to be rude on top of it is unacceptable!

Love Sonic - but the I ordered a chocolate shake no whip cream. Came out with whip cream. Car hop then noticed the ticket said no whip cream. She took it back in to fix. Took less than 30 seconds but when she brought it back to me and handed it to me it had product on the cup which got on my hand. Then I had to stop her on her way out to ask for a napkin. Service needs to be a higher priority.

Drive up to 3 different stalls that dont work, manager refuses to repair/reboot/flag the broken ones. At this point I’d be surprised if half even work.
