Having to update my last review all this time I had been using Sarah’s I thought my poodle was going deaf and it was because my vet took over an hour just to clean the powder caked in her ears from overtime I would not go back here for anything!!! And they were very rude the last time I took her and I ask why the powder was there I know it’s a common practice to pull the hair but then you should clean it apparently they have not been cleaning it out then he had to clip her nails and I had just got her from the groomer the week before~cost me a lot of money~😳PansyAnita

Found my new salon......my sweet boy normally comes home stressed out after a day at the spa, but wow he came home totally calm and smelling great. Megan you did an awesome job.....I WILL BE BACK! Highly recommend this salon!!!!!! FIVE stars!!!!!

We love Sarahs Pooch Parlour! She takes great care of all of our pups. Her and her staff are very professional and caring. Haven't had any complaints!

I had an appointment for Shelby, the shih tzu, at 9:00am. At 8:55am, I dropped Shelby off and requested that her ears & the end of her tail be left long but that the rest of her be as short as they can make it. 4 hours later I start to worry about the fact that no one has called me to say Shelby is done and ready to be picked up. I call and get no answer. I call again every 5 minutes until finally after 30 minutes someone answers. I ask them about Shelby, and they say she will be ready in about 30 more minutes. I pick her up 30 minutes later, 5 HOURS from when her appointment was made for, and she looks like they rushed to groom her within the last 30 minutes. Her tail and ears are still long, but the rest of her while trimmed is far from being as short as they could make it. Also, the hair on her face is still very long and uneven. I'm very disappointed with the service and will not be back.

I had some confusion on my appointment date but they worked us in . My pup looked like a new boy. He was not near as nervous as I was afraid he be. Thanks Lady's!
