Was pretty good today. I went through the drive thru to order and the girl at the window was pleasant. However, I'd like to express that the previous two times I've ordered through the mobile app and parked for curbside service. The first time I had to go inside, and the second time my husband went in, because they had lost my order and it took nearly an hour to get our food. It's a shame I can't use the app for the rewards at this location, even though I'm sure my body is thankful for not eating at McDonald's as much. 😁My favorite isn't listed for me to suggest. I love their sausage, egg and cheese biscuits if they are fresh.

We had a online mobile order there and it said online to pick the food up at the building, so we went up to that McDonald's and when we pulled up to the window and gave the lady our code and all, she said the order didn't come through and they didn't have it ready. So we literally had to sit there, at the window, with at least 5 cars behind us, and reorder everything, and we had a really big order. Like, it was bigger than that math test my teacher made me 'make up" after missing one day of school , But they got everything lined out and we got our food.

Gave him $5 dollar tip and told him keep being how you are today with customer service be true positive state of mind nice to the customers and talked to his co workers nice respectful towards them amazing blessing to know people amazes others

My grandson and I went inside to eat. I ordered him the 2 cheeseburgers with meat, cheese, and mayo only. I ordered a burger, cut onions and catsup, with lettuce, tomato and mayo. When our food came, the cheeseburgers had onions and catsup on them, even though the ticket said otherwise. I sent them back and they came back with no mayo. Rather than send them back again, I asked for mayo packets. I then opened my burger to find it had catsup and onions on it and no tomato or mayo. By then I just ate it and left. These are the people who want $15.00 per hour wages.

You're going to get what you're going to get from a McDonald's. That is name: cheap(ish) food and general frozen quality. I say cheapish because the dollar menu is no longer anywhere to be seen. Two bucks use to get me a meal. Now I'm looking in the floor boards for extra change. The service is fine but they always seem to be behind for what I assume is due to a lack of employees. While the wait is longer than what I'd hope, it's never a bad experience and for that: 4 stars!

They were great! I called ahead at 6 am on a Sunday morning and they were finishing up my VERY large order when i arrived. All smiles and very polite even with the stress of having a small staff on hand. Will definitely come back!

Clean women's restroom, quite honestly, this was our reason for stopping. Purchasing a latte' and small snack quickly to go was the next goal, and that did not happen. There was one other patron inside the store and 20 minutes later we had our order. The other patron and I had an exchange because they asked for salt and pepper and were reluctantly handed ONE PACKET OF EACH. She had to ask for more, pretty sure I got on their bad side by asking as well, but got a more generous helping.

Never had a pleasant experience here. Always rude. Throws the food out the window. God forbid something is missing because then the attitudes become far worse over asking for stuff as simple as a straw or dipping sauce that was order but they failed to put in the bag. Managers and employees attitudes are absolutely disgusting. Avoid this place at all cost!

Poor customer service. Almost dumped my coffee on me, didn’t add cream and sugar as asked, didn’t give me total after ordering, no napkins. Just couldn’t get basic things right. At least my food tasted ok.

Ok, bad review coming. Probably one of the worst McDonald's I have been to. Had my family (5 of us) with and had to drive through.Service over the speaker was rough. After every single item she said "is that it". Now we have had people total us out too early so I appreciate the follow up IF it was a nice "anything else" not a "you're wasting my time .... anything else". I speak fast so it wasn't like I was holding up a long line or speaking slowly by any means.Money exchange was just fine.Pick up window...no straws.We ordered several large meals but they gave us all medium drinks. I think common understanding is large meal then large drink and large fries unless something recently changed.My daughter ordered a cinnamon roll which was not in bag but the girl said she was sure it was because she put it in bottom of bag. My wife sat with all food and fries on her lap to show it wasn't.Our diet coke was a coke and when I told the pick up window person she said the machine makes the drinks and it would be hard to fix. Then just stood there. No E for effort there. Sorry.Finally, I used to, way back when, love working for McDonald's. Loved the challenge of making it right and making it fast. If I messed up, which I did, cause we all do, I would apologize and make it right. None of that here.Probably going to save myself the hassle and just skip this towns McDonald's from here on out. Good luck with your trip there!

Never opens up at the right time and they quit serving breakfast before 10:30 way to often. Today I was 10 mins early an they said they was on lunch now and I rushed over here just for breakfast. Makes you sit at the speaker waiting to order for way to long when they aren't even busy . Worst one I've ever been to for sure. Oh and the ice cream machine doesn't work haha.. Update 4 months later. Sept. 26. 3rd time between now an then they quit serving breakfast around 1020.Owners need to do a better job with their business.

It was a horrible experience! We was trying to get food after our away game. They gave us a large sweet tea with ZERO ice! Made us pull up & wait on 6 mcdoubles. 7 cars went by us & we still had to go inside to get our food. It was a horrible experience!!!! I do NOT recommend EVER!!!
