I would like to acknowledge an employee that made my experience worth more than 5 stars!! Cortney, not sure on the last name but she handled my online order and was my point of contact and was so patient after my arrival. I had issues with my card not scanning and the numbers were worn off. She was so nice and professional all the way until the end when we finally got the card number correct. I wish I could have given her something in return for her amazing customer service!! Thank you Cortney. You are an angel.

I have shopped at the Farmerville store since it opened. NO MORE!! Instead of putting items on sale like most stores, they make us old folks try to navigate cyber sales. Why do you make it so hard to do? Another thing, why limit the number of each item one can purchase? What do you care who buys something? Aren't they all for sale? Thanks for letting me share my frustration.

For what you pay for extra is made up for in quality. There may not be roll back prices but shelves are stocked, neat, and orderly. I shop here more or less daily and u have yet to have a negative experience here.

My favorite bakery in town. Our go to for cakes and more. The people are super friendly & professional. The store is clean and was renovated not long ago to make room for more specialty items. Love it.

Customer service is definitely starting to suffer. Multiple employees just standing around and chatting with each other, a few were on there cell phone, only one register was open with a long line and many were at the self checkouts. I would not have expected this from Brookshires grocery store. Please don't lower yourself to a Walmart standard

Only store I get groceries at now using curbside pickup and they are great! Always fast, accurate & friendly! They always communicate via text if they are out of something & need to substitute items.

Had to get a few groceries for Christmas day. I haven't been in Brooks hires in years. Found everything I needed and more. I really like the alcohol selections too

I went after a few items and some sale items. It only took a few minutes to get what I needed, a few more minutes to pay for it, and a few more minutes for the young man to load it in my Jeep. Everyone was friendly and pleasant.

Great store. Love the curbside pickup. Pharmacy is great. People are very nice always. I have noticed expired items on the shelf from time to time and I understand how difficult that would be but it seems to happen here more than at any other store... thats why only 4 stars

Very friendly staff. Always a good experience. They have excellent produce and I can find my fave Bubly and La Croix drinks in many flavors. They have a great cereal selection as well. Very good experience recently. Very helpful.

Twice we were over charged by deli and bakery with this store.This time a Christmas cake got rung at the higher price for a Reese's cake. The bakery lady even told us $14.99 and we still got a rage priced for a Reese's cake at $15.99.Last time it was roast beef.Price your stuff correctly. Customers are getting tired of it.

Always a great experience when I visit Brookshires!! Great customer service and the freshest produce, vegetables, and fruits in town!! Always a friendly worker stationed and waiting at the checkout to assist me in locating, choosing, and completing my purchases!! Love the convenience of having a deli, bakery, pharmacy, and grocery store all in one stop!! Dream come true for mothers, like myself, shopping with children because it reduces both time, effort, and stress!!! Love it!!

Went in with my 4 year old daughter. We always make a stop when passing true she absolutely loves kids shopping cart! And they always have fresh produce. Highly recommend!

Usually go to Pharmacy and Judy is so sweet and then if I go in they all are nice, friendly and helpful. Don't care for the 10% at register. 🤔 Big Star has a lot better meat department. 😀😀😀

This place is awesome!! After hurricane Laura, it was the only store open for two days. They also provided residents with free ice during this time! Amazing people that love their community!!!

It's a fairly good store, not always the quickest about restocking certain items but friendly service, I've never stood in line for more than 3 mins without them opening another register which is nice
