Friendly staff, showers were hot & had gd pressure, subway was gd. Ridiculous 1 washer out of 2 working, 1 dryer out of 4 working. Card readers not working.Parking lot is absolutely atrocious! It is way overdue of a paving job & a fresh coat of yellow lines, more lighting is also needed. Shouldn't have to walk in darkness to use the facilities at night ! ridiculous!!! How many years of complaining does it take to get stuff done?? Nice place, but it would be a 5 star stop if lot was in better shape.

There was a very unpleasant smell(like dead rat) as soon as you walk in the store. Showers were decently clean, but it is to cold in the room (who turns the a/c in winter?!).

Although prices are a little too high, I'd definitely recommend Petro Travel Center to any person in commute, family and/or friends in the area of this business. Restroom was clean/well stocked with toiletries. Customer service was excellent (friendly/knowledgeable). The location of this business establishment, too me, is absolute paramount...easy off/on Interstate-10 (East/West).

The condition of its parkung has been an issue for YEARS!Its like the israelis came down here to practice artillery barrages on tbe parking lot... Look at the photos... 😳🤣

I found ample parking after 830pm CST. Some drivers don't back fully into their spaces making it a bit more difficult to get into others. The staff was very friendly and the store was clean during my visit. Lot does reek strongly of urine.

Go into this casino and the security will chase you down for identification, leave out and re-enter and they chase you again. If I wanted to have to show ID every time I entered a facility, I would have gone to Coushatta, or paragon. This is harassment at its finest, and I guarantee it will kill the casino soon.

Great place for dog owners to stop at since it has a little off leash fenced area! Now this will be a place we stop every time on our way East! Thanks for making it so accommodating!

Maybe it was a off night but the food was without a doubt the wost I have had on the road in many years. On a plus side they have cleaned the bathrooms up alot since my last visit.

Bathroom was filthy, employees at subway couldn’t be bothered to take our order after waiting at the counter for 10 minutes without them even so much as acknowledging us. Bad service, not clean, don’t bother stopping here.

I'm getting real sick of driving all day to get parked only to find out there's nothing to eat when I get there. Cafe/Subway locks the doors 15 minutes before they are supposed to close and they offer very little else to eat. Plenty of parking any day..only because there's little else to offer.

Early today breakfast here not so great considering they have a kitchen. Ordered breakfast plate was asked if I wanted bacon or sausage. I told lady you have no bacon on the tray, do you have some on the way out? Without even looking or checking the answer was no. She could have at least faked it to go check but even that was too much to ask for I guess. Maybe my expectations are too high for a truck stop. Front counter had no coffee brewed either. Mind you this is all taken place at 8am. It's still freaking morning for crying out loud. Hospitality here does not exist here. Don't care to find out what other things might be wrong in this place. Save you're money buy what you might need. Not worth it.

Nice Petro. Have stopped in here many of times. Restrooms always clean. Music in restrooms at comfortable level. Store is always clean and well stocked. Friendly employees. Never have ate inside restaurant but maybe one day. Truck parking lot a bit rough but nothing major.

Queen, the cashier was very rude. The minute I walked up to the register she had an ugly expression on her face. As many times as I've been there I've never been carded for cigarettes. She made me go out in the 30 degree windy weather to get my ID. When I came back in she had a smirk on her face. She said it's store policy to ID. If it was store policy I would be carded every single time!!! When I asked her name she asked why and proceeded to tell me that she tried to stop me before walking out. That was a lie. Then she called the owner over and told him I was being rude to her. I will NEVER stop there again!!!!!

Truck parking has holes all over, lines mostly gone , inside is clean people are fair, basic stuff food subway and basic petro food looked dry sitting out all day, rice was cold overcooked and no flavor.

The gas price was 20 cents a gallon higher than on the signs out by the road. The bathroom has the nice thick smell of urine that makes you wonder if you are not in 100 degree port a potty. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The picture in the map photo is not this gas station.

I have never seen the restrooms this clean at TA Petro across America . Cody positive mind and attitude guy keeps this place nice and clean. We need more people like Cody that care for the people and work ethics

Huge parking lot, laundry facilities, food from the so called Petro cafe wasn't very good. They have a Subway, but we are subwayed out. The casino side all of the slot machines were set up to play cards only. I would have rather played the slots. But had a good time. We didn't use the shower's. Seen one as we walked by as an attendant was cleaning. Looked like nice, big shower rooms. Good coffee in the morning once they finally made some.

I did not use any facilities here, needed a place to park our RV for the night! We cooked our own food, used our own shower, but it felt safe, plenty of room, we were happy! If you need to eat here, I can’t tell you if it’s good, they do have laundry and showers, don’t know how good they are!

It’s 5pm and only 20 trucks wanna know why?This place is a flop with poor food. This place needs an iron skillet not a casino. Also add a blue beacon business will then pickup.I asked for shampoo oh I’m sorry we don’t have that here. If your a rabbit then Subway is here for you. Real Truckers need fresh coffee, hot food and hot showers it’s that simple not casinos. People were very nice here. Petro cafe food dried up been sitting all day hard as a rock. Drove 700 miles to get here wow no hot or fresh food. Last time here for me.

FILTHY. Bathrooms were disgusting with trash everywhere and a nasty slimy buildup on the floors. The rest of the store had filthy floors with gummed-up, caked-on bits of trash that had obviously been there for at least weeks.Reading previous reviews, it's obvious that attention to detail and cleanliness has taken a nosedive over the past several months. The owners and managers really need to step up and come up with a plan to get this Petro back into shape. Otherwise, corporate should step in.

Restroom floors always flooded from toilet and no paper in restroom. No driver TV room or washers. No one used the showers due to unclean condition of place. Employees are nice.

Used to be a great place to stop for a meal. NOT ANYMORE! The cafeteria deal inside leaves one with little choice of what to eat.Then they added the Subway. Travel centers are drowning on subways.I only gave this place one star, because it takes at least one to wright a review.

Super smelly inside, smelled like dirty pet shop. Food at the cafe dis not look appealing. Purchased from the subway instead. The place is not equipped for crowds from bus trips. The line was too long for snacks on the gas station portion so I opted out. Rest rooms were a bit messy as well.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Horrible customer service and filthy, nasty bathrooms!!!! Cashiers were having a personal conversation amongst themselves and didn’t ring up my gas and water correctly. Demanded I pay separately, then scowled when I told her I was paying with cash. She THREW my change at me, not once but twice. I will never stop here again and I advise you to drive a little farther. Passing through and had to stop unfortunately.
