I have been in that store twice in my life. And this will be the last. I had been very patient and very respectful. I had gone in to return a purchase form earlier and it went smoothly. I check out other purchases, checked out by Johnathon. The first time I went to pay via card it froze and he got visibly frustrated. He then went to what I assume was the other checkout area which was closed prior. I proceeded to hear Come here from him. I was very shocked and asked the people behind me if he was talking to me and someone told me yes. So I went over and he asked very rudely to open my bag and give him my items which he proceeded to give me attitude . I had grabbed my receipt and left. I am disgusted and won’t be going back.

The female manager there is extremely rude and unprofessional. One day she is fussing about the unreliability of the self check out register’s software, the next she is rudely & obnoxiously blaming customers for the register freezing up/software crashing. This is not the first time that she has talked down to customers (including myself). The man who works at this location is great, but Dollar general will be loosing my business (as well as many others’ I’m sure), if this problem is not rectified!

It seems there is always 3 workers. But one at the register. the line can get it long as 15 minute wait at the register. I go often since I love close. Many times I see another worker walk past and just look at the line and never open the next register. If you want a quick trip to the dollar general. This is the wrong one to go to.

Long lines with 1 cashier while the 2nd worker ignores the crowd. Nothing but a small Wal-Mart here with the type of ppl you see at Walmart too.

Never enough workers at the register. There is no possible way to social distance in that place. And there are typically 3 employees in the store but one checking out customers with the line backed up to the freezer area.. Ridiculous. I go to the Family Dollar now.
