I can’t rave enough about this place. They pamper my pet every time we go out of town. I get daily updates and photos while I’m gone, which I love!! I know he loves it because when I drop him off he runs in the office and greets every worker before jetting outside to play. Happy pup, happy mom!

I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had with Petite Paws. I had to board nine dogs for over three weeks, and I was nervous. Every single employee was absolutely amazing throughout the entire experience. They were kind and patient with me when I called almost every day to check on the dogs, and they took amazing care of everyone. They worked with them, spent time with them, took pictures of them, and generally made everyone feel happy and loved. The logistics of dropping off and picking up nine dogs were complicated and chaotic, and yet they helped make everything run as smoothly and calmly as possible. I cannot recommend these kind and loving people enough.

This is an amazing doggie daycare, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walk in, the staff exude warmth and professionalism, instantly putting both me and my doggos at ease.The level of care and attention provided by the staff is truly remarkable. We found the place pleasant and clean. We had no problem with boarding our dog with Petite Paws. All the staff we met were polite and friendly. We visited more than one place in the Ruston area before we decided where we would board our dog. Petite Paws won that contest hands down.

This was our first time leaving Abby for an extended period. I’m sure she did better than I did but I have no doubt that she was well taken care of. I will not hesitate to leave her again with Petite Paws!

My pups can't wait for their daycare days. The attention and love they get while "at school" is awesome. The staff is friendly and seem to have an honest interest in the pups. Have also boarded with Petite Paws and receive good care and service.

They were able to squeeze my dog in super last minute for boarding, and were extremely accommodating. Loved that when I picked him up, I received the craft he did while here as well as a report card for him. 10/10 recommend this place!!!

Our first time to board our rescue Charlie. We enjoyed seeing the pictures of him while we were gone. He walked right in without a problem. Staff we encountered was wonderful. We requested a bath the day we picked him up. My husband commented he had never got his hair that soft. Whoever bathed him did a great job. Now, we will feel comfortable taking trips knowing Charlie is in good hands!

Dixie had an amazing time at Petite Paws. The staff writes notes about your pet and post pictures for you to see. Dixie was extremely nervous because this is the first time she has ever been away from us. The staff held and played with her. I was very impressed! She came home in a green bandanna for St. Patrick’s Day.We are planning on sending her to doggie daycare a few times a month at Petite Paws; so maybe her stay will be more enjoyable next time. ❤️

Petite Paws Pet Hotel is absolutely the BEST! Our fur babies are so excited when they arrive there! They love their nature walk every morning and all of their outside playtime! We call it “puppy staycation”! The staff is wonderful and very loving! The boarding facility is kept immaculate! Our family vacations are always worry free knowing that our girls are well cared for and loved on each day!

Sheppie had a blast and came home smelling so good after his exit bath and spruce up. It’s wonderful to be able to leave him to be cared for in a place where he is happy and not shaking in fear. It’s obvious that all the staff love animals and understand the needs of their furry clients. Petite Paws is truly a pet resort—not just a cage with food and water. It’s also reasonably priced and a great value for the money.

Just picked my two Jack Russell’s and they are worn out from wt seems to have been a busy and exciting week for them. The pics I received in a daily basis let me know they were being well taken care of. I will be using them again! Thanks for all you do for our fur babies 🐶🐶

Our pup goes to daycare once a week at Petite Paws, and she loves it!! Every staff member I've encountered has been extremely friendly and helpful. Buttercup is a (very overly) lovey dog, but also very unsure about most other dogs. They have always taken great care to make sure she doesn't have any problems. We also board there while we're on vacation. The daily updates are such a great highlight, and I feel extremely comfortable leaving her there. Thank you, all at Petite Paws!

Petite Paws is amazing! They always take great care of my dog Bentley! I always feel confident in leaving him with the awesome team at Petite Paws, whether it’s for a weekend stay or while we are away for a week or more on vacation. They create these cool little report cards that report Bentley’s behavior and each day’s activities, like K9 Enrichment (which I highly recommend… Bentley LOVES it) or notes about his bath, and they put cute pictures of Bentley in action in the report cards. From time to time they will make little pieces of artwork, like a paw print picture or a valentine card. Their rates are reasonable and their facilities are clean. Our family loves Petite Paws!

We were so happy that we were able to take our fur babies on the trip to Louisiana with us. The location was very convenient to where we stayed. The staff was very friendly and patient. The facility was clean and well kept. My babies was relaxed and happy when we picked them up on Sunday. I love the fact that we got a report card on how they behaved.We definitely will be back again.

The staff and owners are always wonderful! They treat your fur-babies like their own. They provide plenty of outside time, frozen treats, seasonal photos, nature walks, and mental/physical stimulation for each baby. They adjust to fit each fur-baby's special needs. The pet taxi is a huge plus for me. They are always reliable, easy to get in touch with, and answer any questions or concerns you may have.Highly recommend this boarding facility! :)

Petite Paws is a wonderful place to leave your pets. My dogs range in age from 13 years to 1 year. I use the Presidential Suite so they can all be together. The outdoor play area is large enough for them to run & play. Everything is so clean. All my dogs are rescues so they don't normally trust people they haven't been around but the ladies at Petite Paws seem to know the way to their hearts right off the bat. I highly recommend Petite Paws!!

My dog is always the happiest at home but she loves everyone at Petite Paws and even has some dog friends there. She goes on their nature trail walks & seems to have a great time playing with their toys. It gives me peace of mind when I have to go out of town knowing she is in loving care at this facility. When I pick her up she seems happy & not stressed out at all. She’s tired when she gets home so I know she has had a busy, fun experience.

Excellent place for my dog! I love the attention he gets and the pics with the daily report card is cute and informative. The staff are very helpful and super friendly… you can tell they love animals. The cleanliness is superb-and I love that it is not “overflowing” with dogs, they have a limit and don’t just leave them outside all day.

All 3 of our dogs love to stay at Petite Paws. The always get enrichments, baths and nail trims and come home with a cute seasonal bandana😀. I also love to get their crafts they make on some of their stays. I know the staff at Petite Paws love our fur babies!

This place is amazing!! Mrs. Kiley and staff at the front desk was so nice and accommodating of my schedule and of my senior Rottie and health. My pup really liked them and treated her like family. I will definitely always use this location to take care of my furkids in the future because of Mrs. Kiley at the from desk, the great atmosphere, and the clean facility :-) #PupParadiseInNorthLA :-)

I trust Petite paws with my babies every time we go out of town. I know my babies are well taken care of and treated as they were their own family. I love the pet taxi especially when I know we are going to be late coming in from a trip. Knowing they will deliver them safely home is a great help so i can see my babies as soon as I get home and not have to wait until the next day. Petite paws you ROCK!

We boarded our 1 year old, pretty high-strung dog at Petite Paws when we had to evacuate the NOLA area due to Hurricane Ida. She ended up being there for 3 weeks. The staff was so friendly and accommodating for our needs while our plans were uncertain. Cori seemed to enjoy her time there. She came home and adjusted right back to life at home. We were so relieved to know that she was well taken care of and happy.

I had never boarded my dog anywhere in all her 13 years. I just picked my Missy up from her second stay at Petite Paws. Once again, I am awed by this place! They take the best care of your pets. Wonderful staff. I can't say enough good things about Petite Paws 🐾. We will definitely be back! ❤️

My Luna loves going to Daycare at Petite Paws. I’m not ok with her being stuck at home while I’m at work. So she spends time with her friends Monday-Friday every week. I absolutely love the daily report cards & pictures! 🤣 The staff is exceptional and very well informed. 💯 recommend
