I’ll tell you this store had me fooled. I was looking everywhere calling around from store to store for a Coleman mini bike. It’s Christmas time so of course supplies are limited which is understandable. I finally call Donaldsonville location and the guy on the phone says they have 2 in stock. One available and ready and one that needed the tires to be put on the wheels which was something I could easily do. So I tell the man I am coming from the Westbank of New Orleans. Which is over an hour of a drive. I go pick up my work van, take the drive to this location and as I pull up I see someone rolling out the exact bike I was just told to come and pick up.I understand how a store works. And first come first serve manner. But this is a situation where the gentleman working the cashier answered the phone and communicated with the other worker as well. They both know that they just told someone they had two in stock and to come pick them up.I think it’s terrible that I just wasted time, gas, and resources to travel all the way over here and the word of the employees were not held to be true. I wish I could give this location zero stars.

For the most part they usually have what I need in stock, unlike the Houma/Gray Location which is always out of stuff. However the staff at the Donaldsonville location is some of the rudest people I've ever met. I show up to get my curbside order after getting a notification that it's ready. Well when I get there it was not even started. I had to wait & watch while they shopped my order. & When the lady finally brings my order to my car I politely tell her Hello & ask her how she's doing. Well not only did she not respond to me but she literally didn't speak mot one word to me the whole time she was loading my car. She didn't even so much as look at me whatsoever. It was like I was invisible. And when she was done she just slammed my back end (I have an SUV). Not even so much as a goodbye or have a nice day or nothing. She literally treated me like I was invisible & didn't exist. I get better treatment from my ex-husband & we don't get along at all so that should give you an idea of how bad I was treated.

Went in to get some bolt cutters I seen they had online in the store. Walked around trying to find them, and couldn't. Asked one of the works and they pointed me in the "right" direction. Looked back at me 3 other times trying to find them and never came to help me after 20 minutes. Didn't have anyone to check out either.

Great place, cashiers are always helpful, Amber was a great help to me when making a purchase on my kayak . Always buy my dog supplies here, nice clean store and organize.

Store in Donaldsonville Louisiana was horrible at check out. Cashier was terribly distracted by another employee causing her to make mistakes on register while ringing up my purchase. Than after purchase was made she just left my purchase on counter and turn her back to me leaving me to gather up my items and place in bags to exit store. No manager in site.

Great place .. Dog food selection is huge and cost less than others stores .Dog loves the food got from them. Also have every other thing i need for them . Got hay for them to lay in.

Very helpful & friendly but, unlike a lot of other places, they're not constantly bugging you asking if you need help finding something, Which I really do appreciate.

Good people, clean floors, the place is awesome. They have a lot of supply for most basic goods, so you'll definitely have something in stock.
