This store is actually one of the worst ever shopped at very disorganized very unprofessional and absolutely no customer service and the management here is lost without clue this store needs some serious retraining from the top down and to top it off this store central air has been down all summer making it very dangerous for shopping and alot of particular products are not consumable due to the temperature in this store this has been going on for months with nothing done about it

This Dollar General is one of the more neatly organized stores. They do a good job keeping their stock put in place, not all boxed up in the aisles. The staff is friendly and courteous. It is a bit farther from my home than the other store, so I don't visit that often. It is definitely cleaner than the other store.

Hard working people who are more human than most in this forsaken town. Wish they had better security tho, I see them clean and try to stock up their store every day just to have it filth up with stolen goods and messy shoppers. But they always have had a lot of theft in that store that needs to be addressed.All and all it’s a great store with great people working there who needs a little love.

Eh. If I compared this store to every other retailer in its category, it would get one star. As far as DG goes, though, it's not so bad. It has too much traffic and either upper management refuses to hire enough employees or doesn't feel the need to have more than half the store stocked (or the aisles clear... or more than one cash register in operation at a time.)Oh, they have self check out now...just don't bring cash...or a Chase card...

Cashier was very rude. When we asked politely if we were able to sign in the use our $5.00 coupon, she continued to ignore us. Hoping this was just a bad day for her and not her usual service.

Horrible customer service every time you walk in there all the employees are outside playing on there phones and smoking and they ask you if you using cash or card if say card they tell to you use the self checkout and if you don’t they get mad. The store is always a mess and never stuff on shelves because they too lazy to unpack it. And you can not walk around cause it’s so cluttered.

This DG is actually as close to organized and put up as it can get most of the time. The workers actually care and are helpful. Love the manager lady she has been there for ever and she is the best. Not dirty at all.

Was informed that I could only receive the sale prices if I had a digital coupon. Who can do that while at the check out? You are both losing sales (why would I purchase at full price?) And taking advantage of those who don't have access to Internet.

Always has everything you need. Associates are always there to help. They do a great job of keeping A VERY busy store super clean, organized, and everything in stock.

The guy with glasses us very rude and unprofessional. I know that dollar general won't pay their employees well enough to be staffed correctly for the amount of customers, it's either stock or customers for 1 possibly 2 cashiers at a time..

Boxes of merchandise everywhere, a mess! Shelves not stocked and always hot! Complained already aboutNO air-conditioning, didn't help. Dirty parking lot, litter everywhere and of course freezers empty because of hurricane.

It is very easy to find what you need. When I go I always try and bring in all the buggies for them, because for some reason people can't bring them back into the store. It's not like they don't have enough to do.

They don't keep it stocked. One of the managers acts like she's working while gossiping with venders. They leave Al's cluttered with stocking carts making items difficult to get to. All of this is frequent. It's like they don't take pride in their job

This dollar store is disgusting. Shelves are empty, floors are filthy, theres boxes everywhere and the ordor is horrible. Will not be back. I had to mark a star just to leave a review. This dollar store don't even deserve one star. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all.

This store has really bad customer service!!! All the employees like to do is stay playing on their phones. If Dollar store doesnt have a cellphone policy, they need one bad!!!

The inventory is often in disarray and the employees aren't the most lively bunch. Prices are quite low and they have the necessities at a fraction of the cost.

The Employees are Friendly and will do almost anything for you. Just know that your spending more for less because it is so convenient.

I gave this Dollar Store a one-star rating because every time you go in there they're always out they don't keep their inventory stock as good as all the other dollar stores I've been in there's always a line from one end to the other one register open
