Went and got a burner for my boiling pot. One fella helped me out and recommended me a double jet burner by Bayou Classic. The fella was nice and gave me good info about the product. Took it home and boiled some shrimp and it worked great.

My wife has lung disease and requires continuous oxygen. Halfway home on a return trip from doctors in New Orleans, the portable oxygen concentrator ran out of battery. I pulled into the nearest store which was Allen's Ace Hardware. I told the owners of our dilemma and they quickly set us up with a chair and receptacle to power the concentrator. They brought us drinks and made sure we were comfortable. They loaned me tools to diagnose the car charger. They wouldn't let us compensate them for anything. Truly, Ace is the place with helpful hardware folks and Alan's is at the top of my list. Thank you Allen's Ace!

I recommend Allens Hardware above Hartmans any day of the week. Allens employees are much more knowledgeable and helpful. Avoid Hartmans and go to Allens.
