Went to Wal-Greens on 1/15/24 and Mrs. Brandy helped me out and she was so nice. Could not find product and she was determined to help me. That level of customer service is very hard to find. She went above and beyond and I am so thankful!!

I posted a couple months ago. Since then I've seen improvement there. There a little more courteous now & I been getting my prescription in less than 10 minutes. So much improvement. I don't call em out for just the bad. If they do good in my eyes I'll give a thumbs up. So keep up the good work. Y'all got better for sure.

Extraordinarily helpful! As a consumer protection attorney, I no doubt expect a lot. This pharmacy and pharmacist Jeffrey did NOT disappoint! It’s difficult to convey in words how helpful he was, and how much I could tell he cared about his customers (patients?). He went WAY out of his way and spent a LOT of time and effort to assist me with a very complicated situation. It is unfortunate that Walgreens has faced meritless claims recently related to filling certain prescriptions. Which has put a great burden on customers and pharmacists - who of course must use their own reasonable judgment when deciding whether to fill prescriptions. And yet Jeffrey and Walgreens have still managed to demonstrate their commitment to patient care and treatment in the face of heightened scrutiny. In any event, and notwithstanding the foregoing, Jeffrey and this particular location (as well as the Moss Bluff location) have gone to great lengths to assist me, and I want to make certain this is recognized by both me as a customer and hopefully the corporate office. The pharmacists at both locations should be commended! Thanks again Jeffrey and Leon (Moss Bluff)!

Only had half an order for a medicine my daughter needs. Instead of either ordering some when they got the prescription or calling to tell me they didn't have enough, I had to call 5 days after they recieved the prescription to ask if they ever got it only to be told they didn't have enough and still needed to order more. She is now about to run out of medicine because they didn't want to lose money and I have to get another prescription written and find another pharmacy to get it filled at.

Yall.. BEST customer service. I had a few different needs as far as products go, and the manager flat-out stopped unpacking a box and helped me find every single medical product I needed. I absolutely love my Walgreens. I love the points system to get money off future purchases, too. Amazing crew. 🙌🙌🙌🎊🎊🎊

Photo department has progressively gotten worse and loses orders quite often. Lost half my order today that was going to be a gift for Fathers Day. The attendant was not helpful and had an attitude when I asked to speak to a manager and of course told me she was the manager. Go figure. They don’t even deserve one star and won’t be getting any more of my business. Don’t waste your time.

Normal service is good. The pharmacy is ALWAYS busy and seems the whole town goes there. But other than that it is a clean and good place to pick up a few extra items with your medicine.

I didn't even want to give it 1 star that is how horrible their service is. The pharmacist is very unfriendly and rude. They are understaffed. They treat you like you are dirt. You have to wait for over an hour if you walk in because they are busy doing refills. I will NEVER return to this store. If you are searching for a pharmacy, do not go here. Do NOT stop. I was a pharmacy tech for over 2 years at another pharmacy. If I would have treated our patients like these people treated us, I would have been fired from my job. My son was wanting to puke and they filled the WRONG medicine for him, then told me they didn't have the right one. I told them to give my script back, but they had written all over it. Honestly, it was the WORST experience!

On day 2 and 3 trips to this store for my little girls antibiotic. Said it would be at the store at 3pm yesterday, showed up at 4:30 and was told they’ve not been able to find it on the truck stock. Showed up the next day and was told that they are out of stock. I said that I was told it was ordered yesterday. Got a shrug 🤷‍♀️. I’m done with this pharmacy.

The service has been really bad. What happened to good customer service. I went to ask a worker a question and they act like your the inconvenience. The service here use to be great at one point, not anymore.

Clean environment. Shelves are well stocked, can find a few sales every now and then. I do NOT recommend the pharmacy. Always have issues so we went back to Walmart.

It was terrible! The store manager was helping out at the pharmacy, and he refused to let me speak to the supervisor! He refused to let me speak to the head pharmacist because he didnt want to bother them while they were at home. Bad customer service! He has no buisness being a manager! If i ask to speak to the supervisor then he cant refuse me that

Was very helpful with my medication getting me a discount from another company on price of my medication due to I had recently switched insurances & new insurance different. I'm grateful for the extra mile they went for me

First, I was told it would be 30 minutes, came back 30 minutes later, told it would be ANOTHER 30, then came back told it would be another 15. Still. Not. Done. Literally lying to my face. Will NEVER fill here again. I have a small child who loves to scream and we live 30 minutes away so it's not really convenient to go home and come back 🙄🙄🙄 very annoyed 😡

Horrible Pharmacy. Had meds set up through triwest and the VA less than a month ago. Go back in to pick up some more and they say they couldn't find my info. Simply put deridder Walgreen's doesn't care about their vets!
