The Absolute WORSE customer service. Whitney Did Not want to answer my questions, and therefore DIsconnected the Call. When I ask for a number to reach Matt, I was told they were not allowed to give hat information out. The Same Day Delivery is a JOKE. I orderd at 11:00, 3 hours before the shut off for Same Day Delivery, and Never Recieved a courtesy call to let me know it would not be delivered as promised. Tractor Supply as a company is Great. The people running the DeRidder Store is truly a joke. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Leesville, or Moss Bluff. Avoid the DeRidder Location if at all possible

The store, the people that work there. They r like a small family. Very professional and devoted. They run a tight ship. Very impressive. They offer great deals, like items of the month, the neighbors club, a Tractor Supply card with outstanding savings u just can't beat, the Power Plus which extends the warranty even further for long insurance on the item purchased. And much more!!! This is seriously the place to shop.

I am a bigger man, and the first thing I look for is a mobility cart, there was none, absolutely no form of mobility assistance besides an old, tattered wheelchair and another customers forgotten cane. While the immediate customer service was nice, I instantly heard the young male employee that assisted me, making fun of me and my weight as he walked away with another female employee. I was intensely disgusted and placed my objects back on the shelf and left. I will not shop somewhere intolerable of those with differences.

Tractor supply is always a great place to shop. They have a terrific choice of items. The cashier is always very kind and has a smile for everyone. I had to buy a new tire and tube for my children's go-cart that they are receiving for Christmas. I had no clue what I was looking for but thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff I ended up with exactly the parts that fit.

Great Friendly Service, Should Assistance be Needed the Staff are Always Courteous and Do Whatever they can to Assist Anyone. Everyone is Greeted Cordially whenever arriving in the store in the Neighborly Fashion with a Smile. Easy to personally find whatever you came for Or just ask one of the friendly Store Associates. I think you will be pleased with your visit.

Large selection of farm supplies including equipment repair parts and tractor accessories. Good selection of generators and power tools. Yard and garden supplies and equipment. All at reasonable prices.

Annoyed by the men's clothing area. The jeans portion is terrible! It took way too long to find the correct sizes. Literally felt like a chore. What annoyed me even more is the fact the employees know it is messed up, but ignore it as if they can't be over there fixing it. Oh did I forget to mention that the dressing room has cobwebs all over the top. Also, make sure you price check what your buying because you might pick up a pair of jeans that cost $40s in a $15s area. the only positive is the types of jeans they have are exactly what I wanted.

My cashier was very helpful but your little stock girlie Bach there was kind of RUDE, it would had been better of her to had walk back to the item I was looking for than to just say back on the back wall, then to have the tall guy in the green tee shirt to follow me around and make me feel like I was up to something no good was a terrible feeling too, I even asked him did he work there and he replied NO, will I be back probably not, but I did go ahead and purchase something for my dog, but did not get what I came in there for, so thanks again for asking

Young employee was vomiting in the restroom and crying. Upon her coming out, I asked if she was okay and she said she would be okay. I suggested she go home, and was informed that her supervisor would not allow it. I find this inhumane and will not be bringing my business back to any tractor supply if this is how they treat employees.

I would have gave 5 stars until today! Item was stocked under the wrong price for 16.99 and it rang up 21.99. Poor business practices. They need to put their stock in the right place!!!!

I needed a tire and rim for my camper. TS was the only place to find one. Employee was very helpful. I don't go there often too pricey.

I think COVID really hurt them but half of their stock is missing, or not reordered, It appeared nobody has gone through the hardware section in quite a while. Their actually looked higher than other TSC stores I've been in

We went to this location in DeRidder La to buy the supplies to fence in our front yard. we asked if they do military discount and they were quick to say they do not support the military. Being this is the only place close to where we live to buy the supplies we needed we continue to buy what we needed. When we went to pick up our material the painted Gates they had every one of them was rusted with paint peeling off them and all the wooden post were splitting and had chunks missing. On top of all this when we pulled around to get loaded outside the two women that worked outside loading just sat there talking with there friend. When they finally got done visiting we backed into get loaded and they just watched us as we loaded everything.

Ladies room is disgusting. Had to take my granddaughter in there today....Throw up in the toilet & toilet seat with gouges all over it & seat practically falling off of the toilet base.. Employee was notified of this issue. 7-1-2020. Tractor Supply corporation stocks rising daily, bathroom upkeep is not too big of an expense I’m thinking....smh very disappointed

We enjoyed shopping for farm related baby clothes and toys here. The staff were polite and helpful. So many interesting farm related items that were for sale
