Went today and found exactly what I needed plus the bonus things they give you..One downside is no Veteran discounts or Senior Citizens..I think it's sad that they don't do this for the ppl who have served this nation and made it possible to be able to have these businesses or for elderly who already lived on fixed incomes

Whoops I reviewed it on other picture and it got two thumbs up from me. This new store is very nice . James the manager is knowledgeable and customer friendly. I don't remember the cashier's name but she was very courteous and all smiles. I'll go here often cause I used t drive to the one in Alexanderia.

People think cheap craftsmanship goes with cheap pricing but I'll tell you I'm a born again Harbor Freigh fan A store opened near me recently and I have to say that s lot of selection as well as anything as good as Craftsmam or Dewalt. Plus a membership program that is out of this world. My wife hates as bad as she did Sears...except I had a $10000 Craftsman card BWAHAHAHAHA

I’ll have to get the cashier’s name, but I called for a pole chain saw and this lady went ALL OUT to find one and finally did and I was in a pretty bad need and those two lady’s found it and held it for me and let me tell you how I been in customer service all my life She Was Perfect… I mean I would ask for a better way to start my New Year…. I’m going to get her name and post, She was FantasticI’d hire her at my company

They always have what I need & The Inside Track Club pays for it self so I didn't pay anything for it, it saved me that much. Great place to shop and the inside track club is good for a year so I say it's worth a 30 bucks even if it doesn't save you that much the first time I bought a lot of stuff so it did it save me that much or more, join the club people.

Was just a short period and someone asked if I needed assistance. I did and I was directed to the right section and was helped to get the right tool. Excellent service. Excellent price. The same tool was at walmart for $3 more and didnt have a cool case with it like it did at harbor freight.

It has tools galore, some are good deals, some are just as pricey as name brands are. The chord less tools aren't great to be do expensive but they're under a lifetime warranty. You still arent walking away with one for less than a hundred dollar bill. They have everything from lathes to water pumps. Ammo boxes to tool boxes...

Just bought a tool (hand held corded drain clog auger) from here in deridder la. It was marked 99.99 on sale. I went to checkout and was told it's not on sale anymore. The manager came and scanned it and confirmed it was 114.99. I went ahead and bought it and was told it had a no return policy. Got home and plugged it in 20 minutes after purchasing it and it immediately started smoking and had a burned plastic smell. I unplugged it and called customer service. I received a recorded instruction to do the return online. Tried that and had no luck. I have been on hold for 25 minutes waiting on the manager to tell me what to do next! I hung up and immediately called back and was told that the managers were gone for the day and to call back tomorrow. I guess they put me on hold and left!! I guess you get what you pay for!

Small store with very limited selection. Won’t sell display models even if it is a fully assembled item and would be as simple as switching out the tags when they get a new one.

This is the place to go for a good deal and a wide selection of whatever it is you may need tool wise!! I go here 3-5 times a week sometimes just to look see lol...but yea check them out you won't regret it folks!!!

Not a bad place. You will find some cheap unquality junk here, but you will also find som good quality items. Most stuff here is you get what you paid for kinda thing.

we needed them here. trips out of town in hopes for time before returning home we could visit locations an find replacment tools or up-grade with better.now i can go kill time while others are clothes,grocery,or being dropped off or picked up.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady who answered the phone said they were too busy with little people to get someone to look for an item. Yeah I don't care it's BS. We won't be shopping your store again.

The store is located in the Deridder area and it's really nice to have a store and it's very nice and clean and appears to be bigger than the store ever was in Lake Charles no store in Lake Charles at present time

The same great prices and customer service I've grown to expect from Harbor Freight, but right here in our hometown. If you've never been, I definitely recommend going.
