I ordered 2 kids meals w/2 ice creams, a number 6 and a bbq chicken strip with ranch and a rootbeer float!I received a plain chicken strip basket with maybe 7 fries kids meals with no ice creams and number 7 had wrong drink, root beer that was supposed to come with the meal is a medium I asked 4 times if my small was a medium (it clearly wasn’t) so another lady came and verified that it was a small.

We eat here all the time. The employees are friendly and work hard to get your order out to you. They're always busy and still manage to get your food out to you in a timely manner. I love their taco salad and the dud e sandwich. Will return.

My husband and I just went through the drive thru. He got a large blizzard and I got a medium vanilla cone. My vanilla cone was the consistency of whipped topping, and wasn’t even cold. I promptly threw it away for fear that something was wrong with their ice cream machine. I am done going to Dairy Queen after this as this is the second time in as many months that I have had an awful experience with the company.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, food always hot and fresh. This location is always fairly busy and a little wait time is expected but well worth it for the quality and service you get here. I've been going here for 2 years and visit about twice a week and have never had a bad or dissatisfied experience yet. Highly recommend

Did not seem organized. They forgot/lost the lady ahead of us order and she just sat patiently. When searching for it, they asked her how much it cost. She was elderly and very confused. Poor lady had only ordered a 2.99 chocolate sundae. Our order came out in weird order. We got the ice cream before the food.

My Wife and I were travelling back home to Stonewall from watching a foosball game in Lake Charles and seen this establishment on our route home and decided to stop by for a quick bite. We each had 1 of their cheeseburgers with fries and a drink. We are glad we tried this establishment. The food was excellent, and delicious and delivered to us in a timely manner. Definitely will give them a 5 star rating, "GLADLY"...

The last 3 times I’ve been here they have forgotten parts of my order. It took them 30 mins to give me my food and they forgot a whole meal. Do better

Ordered a Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard with Reese peanut butter cup added to it and I was told after I placed the order in the drive through that it couldn’t be done because they could not add the Reese peanut butter cup to it. Out of all the DQs I’ve been to in the state of Louisiana and out of state (because I travel for work as a nurse) I’ve never heard that bs before. You would think you could customize a blizzard to your liking

We always go to this particular Dairy Queen in DeQuincy because they still have the tacos and the nachos the ones here in Lake Charles do not we enjoy it the service is always great and it has become one of our favorite places even if we have to drive 30 minutes to get tacos and nachos

I love their BBQ chicken tenders and blizzards but I gave it a three star because they need to open their dining room. Sometimes people like to dine in to enjoy their delicious food.

I live local and there is always a line that lately due to all the pandemic safety guidelines in place the restaurant does not offer indoor dining . But the service is fast and the food is always fresh and who doesn't love blizzards and dipped icecream cones . They are worth considering and the long line in the drive threw moves surprisingly fast .

We were traveling to escape the hurricane. We stopped here for lunch and fuel next door. An extremely nice older woman gave some bacon to our dogs. Since the dining room is closed we ate in the parking lot. That same lady later came out to check on us and take all the garbage from us. Service above and beyond you never see. Our DQ in Houma needs to hurry up and open.

We've went to this dairy queen twice this week. Both times I've ordered a chocolate ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. The first time going i received a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate(don't like vanilla). Huge line behind so I just ate the chocolate off the cone and gave the rest to my dog🤷‍♀️ Went back yesterday ordered the same thing, received the same thing. I brought it to the girls attention. She tells me, "we don't have chocolate ice cream!" My reply, "wouldn't it be nice to let your customers know this as they're ordering and not just assume vanilla is fine?"Girl- "we don't have chocolate ice cream🙄SO, when will ya'll be getting in chocolate ice cream?🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗

This is by far the best DQ around. I have eaten at many when I was on the road. Everyone one else must love it too, because on many occasions you can see cars lined up on the side of the highway. I still see some of the same employees from 10 years ago.

The owners of this establishment have been serving the community for decades. Great food. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Great for a good lunch, a tasty treat, or a nice dinner after church. Great burgers !

Will try to overcharge you, then say that you need to specify , I thought that 2 small sundaes were apart of the special price for $4, I normally come every day but I think I’ll start making our own sundaes at home, this isn’t the first time some have been rude

They heated my burgers in the microwave and when asked why they said it was to melt the cheese 🙄. If its fresh the cheese will melt. Then the manager looked at me crazy. I was in a hurry to leave so I did not request fresh ones but it makes sense why the burgers are chewy.

I enjoy coming to DQ Grill & Chill in Dequincy, La. The staff are friendly and fast.the food always hot. But today I tried the Pulled pork sandwich which I didn't care for. There was no taste too the pork, no seasoning. The pork was tough and the bun even tougher. But I will keep coming back. Because I like it here.

My favorite banana splits!! No other fast food restaurant (except maybe a mom and pop burger joint) has such a great splits, with fresh tasting toppings, fresh bananas, even their whipped cream is better!!
