Customer service is horrendous 3 big women surrounded me while I was trying to return a gas item I was perfectly in policy of my return and even had a receipt for purchase and the item was less than 3 days old and no gas in the tank. I was being talked to any kind of way by the front end coach and the customer service workers and was threatened by them. All three of these workers need to be fired immediately I already spoke to corporate and filed a report I will not be shopping at Walmart anymore unless those workers are fired because they don’t need jobs in customer service the way they talk to people and not to mention they are racist the white lady kept saying it could be returned and even scanned my receipt before they made a crazy excuse saying it smelled of fumes why did she have to scan my receipt first? But like I said they just dint want to even talk to me like a normal human being because I’m black and majority of the store is white!

I waited for over 55 minutes for my pickup. 9 other vehicles were loaded while I waited with no communication from associates or management. After waiting almost an hour, someone finally brings out my items. Multiple items were not bagged. After loading, I was Blocked in by a second associate by the blue carts they use to load the vehicles. Depsite my reverse lights etc, he refused to move until directly addressed at which point he did not respond but moved about 1 foot.. I had to maneuver around them and he stares at me as I drove off. Unprofessional is putting it lightly. Don't expect much if your picking up from this Walmart- this was my first experience and I definitely would not recommend.

Watson Louisiana location is the best! Order is always right and complete with details such as expiration dates taken into consideration. I bypass three other locations to shop here.

The employees are always friendly and eager to help you find items at any time. The store is clean and doesn’t have boxes left in the aisles like some other stores do. It’s a pleasant atmosphere and I enjoy shopping there.

Went to this location because it is actually a little closer to my house, it is very nice. Everything where it should be, except for the poor employees, who are trying to cover multiple departments at the same time & sweep these areas.⏳💥😰Found an associate, and she 💃, was very helpful and I left with exactly what I came for - And a New Respect for the people who work there. 🤗

They should’ve put a Costco out here instead of this Walmart. Y’all never have anything I need and the selection of things you do have is the most bland boring selection possible. You’re always out of stuff too. I hate that you’re the only big choice we have out here. Whomever runs this place is running it into the ground.

The lady in the Murphy Gas station was very rude and she asked me what pump I was at and I told her I'm sorry I never paid attention to the number. I said it the only vehicle out here and the one next to us is 7 she oh well I don't know what pump it is. I said you work here and you don't know what pump it is then you shouldn't be working.

Everything was stocked, no employees standing around chit-chatting . I enjoy doing my shopping at the Watson store because it is in order, stocked and clean. Good parking and ♿ access. Helpful and friendly people.

I had given this Wal-Mart a good review up until yesterday... Only 3 Cashiers working, they were running out of food, & their meat was bad... It's not being thrown out or replaced with good meat. I won't be shopping at this location anymore... It's not only a health hazard but, they want to take decades to check you out even though they are killing you with their out dated food!

The Watson Walmart is good some days and others not so much. Today it was clean and the employees were great. The food is known to spoil very quickly though. So make sure you pay attention to dates.

They're remodeling the store so keep that in mind when going. There weren't many employees around if I needed help, but I prefer that over watching employees on their phones ignoring me. The self checkout is new and improved. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

This is a smaller Walmart, but it's currently under renovation with a grand re-opening set for September. It doesn't have everything that some of the bigger Walmart stores in the area stock, but I find this one is much cleaner and nicer than the others. The only thing I don't like is that this Walmart no longer sells firearms. Not sure why, but it is inconvenient. Other than that, I like this Walmart a lot!!

Jaye was my cashier today and he was sich a gentleman. Also there was a gentleman in the candy isle today that kept moving his stuff so my kids could look around it. And they both had great altitudes. I was annoyed with kids and they made it pleasant Thanks

Had several items in my shopping cart. There were only self-service checkouts open. I left my cart and went to a store that had people to check me out. I do not get a pay check from the Wal-Mart Co.

I do grocery pu. It's really good. But the last several pick ups I've had tons of cracked eggs. They r cracked on the bottom. Out of 18 eggs 12 were cracked. That's just ridiculous

Employees are nice but not overwhelming. They don't bother you or get in your way. They are very helpful when needed. I appreciate them very much. One nice person helped me pick up a bunch of stuff I dropped without being disrespectful. They were very careful not to touch me. I appreciated the respect to my personal space and felt very safe and taken care of. That person deserves a raise definitely.

I like this Walmart. It's clean. It's well stocked. There is a lack of sketchy people. However, if you want us to use the self-checkout because it makes business sense then you should get rid of all the unmanned checkout lanes. These are just a waste of space. Right now there is only one self checkout space with 6 terminals. There is always a line. Also, put your more friendly and outgoing associates here. The ones there rarely speak to customers and talk amongst themselves and are on their phones. Aisles are more cramped than the Covington store. I still shop here.

Worst Walmart I've ever been to. They literally caught me in the parking lot as I was leaving. Made me go with him to security office while being embarrassed in front of everyone. I was held for 45 minutes interrogated and talk to like I was a criminal. Just for them to run the cameras back and realize they were wrong and I wasn't stealing

If you need something that is locked up in ANY department, please go to another store! You can go ask an employee to please call someone to your section but no one will come or (as I was told today) “she is in the bathroom” Think “she” got lost on her way back or died in the stall!

No one knows how to help you find things. And when you do they are out or not restocked. But you can see the employees down aisles on their phone oe just talking. For me it's time for a change and that isn't to another walmart
