This is definitely the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. They not only tell me everyday that the medication I need will “be in tomorrow”. But when I went to check on it before I went out of the country for a week, they told me it still wasn’t in. I understand that there is manufacturing issues but why tell me it will be in if it won’t? And after checking on the medication status they canceled the entire prescription!!!!

Dropped off prescriptions at 10:30am and it is now 1:14pm and still no prescriptions. Was told 30 minutes ago it would be 15 more minutes. This place is a joke! Go elsewhere if you don’t have a full day to wait!It’s always nice to have fun at work but not when you have a waiting area full of people waiting on you to get done playing around.

I buy alot of my paper goods from here very reasonable compared to the Dollar General or Walmart! Just get the sales pamphlet and compare prices there prices here are usually lower depending on the week? But yeah I love shopping local! Thanks 🙂

Every single time I try to see if this location has improved, it just proves to get worse. It’s impossible to get anyone to get your order at the photo counter. When you do finally get someone over there, they have a pissy attitude are incredibly rude the entire time. The order is never printed when it’s supposed to be, so then they complain that you want it printed right then. This is the only location I ever have any issues with when it comes to photo printing and I don’t understand why management refuses to do anything about it. Having the woman with the crunchy peroxide “blonde” hair berate me for waiting at the counter instead of going and finding her (like I know her??) and then continue to holler at me while I was walking out after telling her to just cancel the order was the absolute final straw for me.

This place is a joke. I gave them my script yesterday and came back this afternoon and they now tell me they wont fill it bc the dumb pharmacist says shes not ok with it. And thats fine but yall cant contact me instead of making me come all the way up there. Definitely the worst pharmacy ive ever dealt with bu far. Rediculous. Oh and everyother pharmacist had no problem filling it. Only reason i came here is bc my pharmacy was out

1-7-24 I guess you can’t shop while being BLACK here without management constantly coming down the aisle thinking that you’re stealing, while you’re trying to figure out what kinda of tampons to buy!!!!! Yall really disgust me sometimes out here, I Should’ve just went to Walmart like I started to do!!!!

If I could give the pharmacist, Trent a rating it would be no stars! Not one out of five….. ZERO!! He is normally at the Flordia location as he repeated that to me twice! I explained my situation and after he was lacking empathy and had the audacity to laugh at me at the end of the phone call! Steer clear of Trent!

Every single time I come in to a Walgreens, no matter the location down here in Louisiana, the pharmacists and techs are all so very rude. They tell you a 10-15 minute wait when no one is even there and I wait 20 minutes and it’s still not ready saying it wouldn’t be for another hour. Walgreens have gone down in their customer service so horribly. They used to be the best and now they’re by far the worst. I will never come here again.

Again, here I am writing another review for this horrible pharmacy.You wait in line forever. Every time I’m there the cars in front of me are sitting for 5-10 minutes. Like are they filling prescriptions while people wait at the window!?!?!??I thought the drive up was for QUICK service!! And don’t let me even start with the staff in the pharmacy. It’s hard to tell if these folks even have any education at all. I definitely thought you need at least a high school diploma to be a cashier but dang!They are just that a cashier!!

It's not perfect, but better than most. I like that they are open later than almost all other businesses in the post-plannedemic 'new normal' society. Man, I miss being able to shop or eat in the middle of the night!

Went to get a passport photo, and only to be treated like im wasting her time! She took my photo blurred and I asked nicely to redo it and I told her that they wouldnt gonna accept my photo for passport as it is blurred only to be treated poorly, I tried to remain calm as I have my kids with me. But there's a couple that will get a passport photo too but she treats them so nice. I think she is a manager, the front people/cashier are so nice, but she isn't. Guess have to get my passport somewhere else next time.

The personnel from the pharmacy arevery professional, but at the same time very sweet. They get to know you, and you are always welcome with a big smile.The employees from the floor are are very nice and helpful

This place is a joke. Rude and incompetent employees in the pharmacy. I get that they are busy, but this is their job. Most of these folks don’t need to be dealing with the public. Apparently the hiring standards at Walgreens compared to other pharmacies is very low.The front store folks however are nice as pie!The only reason they have business is because there is no CVS in Watson.The only reason I gave one star is because it wouldn’t let me give zero stars.

Almost every time I come, they tell me it will only be a few so I wait and instead it's over 20 minutes. Here I am here again. So last night I dropped off script and they told me they would get it ready in morning for me and it's 1:50 in the afternoon and I called as well, drive 20 minutes here and another 20 back to work, now I'm late still waiting for script. Need to find a better pharmacy that communicates with each other.

My regular pharmacy did not have my prescription in stock and told me I couldn’t get it until Tuesday. I couldn’t wait until Tuesday.I called Walgreens in Watson and was told that they had a supply of my prescription. However, the pharmacist said that she would not fill my script until Monday when she could call and speak with my doctor and confirm that my prescription she had in her hand was legitimate.I had my insurance company call Walgreens and speak directly to the pharmacist and tell her that I filled the script every month from the same doctor and that it was legitimate. The pharmacist told my insurance company that I would have to wait until Monday after she spoke to the doctor because I was a new customer to her store.I will NEVER EVER use or shop at Walgreens again! 3-2-18

Great for last minute gifts, moving in new place - get everything you need in one stop with way better prices than Wal-Mart or target. For fast service and a great discount I recommend everyone take advantage of paying less for the exact same products -

This pharmacy is terrible! They had 2 accounts set up for me for the longest time... was a hassle every time I had to pick something up. Then my birthdate was wrong in their system, had to give the wrong birthday to pick up prescription medications that are “controlled”. And I swear, the pharmacist named Ray who works there, makes every effort to complicate the refilling of prescriptions. The pharmacy techs needs to understand that they are just that, a tech. Get off your pompous high horse and stop acting like your a medical dr. Switching my medications to a new pharmacy. Ridiculous.

They forgot about me waiting for my prescription and i waited with my 3 kids for an hour! Never called my name over the intercom!! And one of the associates named shelia was stocking next to the toy isle where my kids and i were looking at toys, and my kids were just being kids and she said loudly OH MY GOD!!! and it was directed at my children like they were bothering her!! That is not a way to treat a customer!!! I was shocked she must not like kids!

The staff are always friendly. I was getting a membership it says it only takes seconds from the sign It took 2 minutes unfortunately the young lady got it wrong, and gave up and told me to go online.Boo not the way to help a customer!

I wish I could give 0 stars this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used . One lady in there has a nasty attitude and don’t need to work with the public . After waiting for days for my son who is in kidney failure prescriptions to be filled they tell me the phone line was messed up and they never got it and then when they do get it they don’t have it in stock have to wait even longer this is my child’s life your playing with . They act like you are bothering them remember lady it’s customers like me that pay your salary . Needless to say will never use them again so they just lost 6 customers from my family that gets meds monthly . If you want great service and meds when you need them don’t go to the Walgreens in Watson .

I hate using this pharmacy! They make up new rules every time i go! (Can't drop off rx 1 day early, wouldn't take my id said it has to be drivers license WHAT!😂) They always make it difficult! every where I've lived I've used walgreens! But not no more this one sucks!! Now I use walmart pharmacy.

Like most chain pharmacies, the wait time for prescriptions are usually long. However, the employees are very friendly and helpful, both in the pharmacy as well as the rest of the store.

Pharmacy takes forever every single time I come to pickup a prescription. Still sitting here at the drive thru (2nd in line) for 15 minutes now. Don’t understand what takes so long every time.

You can place a store order then pick it up. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. They have the best pharmacy around. They go out of their way to help you. Store location hwy 1019 and hwy 16 Watson, Louisiana.
