Always a great time going into Home Depot. The employees are always friendly and extremely helpful. It took a bit, but we finally found the heater I wanted.Back to home depot!😎 Found everything I needed and then some. Lol The staff is great!Going to home depot for paint. The girl behind the counter was quite knowledgeable and handled her customers with ease and care. Never getting flustered and always had a smile on her face. And it's the perfect color for the job.. Thanks again home depot staff.

I was called in for an interview. I worked my other job, then drove all the way from Livingston to Denham for this interview and waited 2 hours from the time I got off work for this interview. Walked in and she gave me a paper to fill out my availability. I asked her what shift they needed. She said she couldn’t tell me. Which was weird. I wrote down what would work with my first job then, and she denied me. I even told her it wouldn’t be a problem to change my schedule to work with the times they’d need me here. She still told me no because she couldn’t change it even though it was only a piece of paper that no one even signed to make anything official? Completely ridiculous. I’ve never in my life heard anyone have this kind of problem. Completely rude and a huge waste of my time. I never even had a real chance at this. Something needs to be done about this.

Bought the all-in-one washer dryer unit.. Bad unit, had less than 30 days and HD did not want to accept return. Had to call HD HQ to make the manager accept and refund my money. So sad, since now HD has the sole contract to provide appliances for military bases. So word to the wise (military personnel) if you must, buy on line or on base.

Every day this week when I come to the pro desk for a phone sale I wait in a short line and someone always walks up and skips me. I hate this store. It seems like they have their favorite customers.Today at 1:39 they lady at the pro desk watched this guy just walk up after I stood behind the previous customers and she's helping him with his card issue. The icing on the cake..she knows the guy. It's good to have friends and this home depot.

Wendy, the cashier up front is extremely polite. Very helpful and definitely an asset for good rapport with commercial customers. Thank you. I'd like to also mention that I buy a lot of landscaping products and plants and everyone in outside garden and the loaders have been great.

You can forget about getting any help from the staff here. Two men stood by my truck and watched me load 40 bags of concrete but neither lifted a finger to help. I will go elsewhere next time.

Be wary if you buy a Christmas tree here. They have all the wrong trees in the 54 dollar slot and they are all actually 69 instead. Make sure you don’t get shocked and screwed at the register like we did

Asked for assistance in lumber didn’t have quantity I needed. Told us to come back in 30 minutes would get lumber and load on shelf. 30 minutes no wood and two guys no where to be found. Not a way to do business. Went to Lowe’s and spent my money.

Employee helped me without me asking. Guess he could tell i was confused. Lol. Anyway I never go into a store and get asked if I need help anymore so that definitely was a major plus for me.Update: I still get asked if I need some help just about everytime I go and if they can't help me they get someone who can. Not crazy about the long lines at the return desk but it moves pretty quickly. Over all I still give it 5 stars.

Don’t go to this place on the weekend, but if you have to make sure you bring your card in from the shopping cart corral because they never have any inside. Unfortunately Home Depot supply is limited on some items because their supply chain is getting hit hard by Covid and inflation.Update: Three weeks later. Cart corrals are empty and all carts are primed inside the store entrances. But now the wait to check out is 45 plus minutes. I have to stop coming on Saturday’s.

The Home Depot, it is a nice store were you can get all you home building needs. The customer service was good. We were helped by a guy that knew where the parts were that we needed and lead us right to them. I enjoy there wood section because of all the different types they have. I will be back to this Home Depot again.

Visited Home Depot in Denham Springs several times over the span of a week. Had the best experience with Shalena in the paint dept. She was knowledgeable and personable. I was glad to see her each time I came in. She had the best attitude when fielding all the customer request. She single-handedly ran that entire dept by herself. Even when a rush of customers came through, she didn’t waiver. Each person was greeted with the same friendly smile. If I owned my own business, she would be exactly the kind of person I would want to hire.

I purchased a lawnmower. The sales lady was super helpful. Got to register and cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. She called over another associate to help me get mower loaded in car. He also was helpful. And friendly. That visit to Home Depot was best experience I have had in a store in a very long time.

Staff and management are excellent! Completed several major projects over the years. Recently purchased a refrigerator and it was damaged during shipping from the manufacturer distributor. Joyce went above and beyond to arrange for me to temporarily use the damaged refrigerator so that I would have something to keep my food cool until the new replacement refrigerator can be delivered. People like Joyce make this Home Depot special. There are many others. Leadership and service like this is rare!

Customer Service here is the worst I have ever experienced. I brought a mower in for repair 31 days after I bought it and it was over the limit. I had to pay for a warranty repair, while it was in repair they ran over it with a forklift. They wouldnt repair it or refund the money I already paid. The mower was not repaired and they wanted more money for the repair and would not acknowledge the damage by the forklift. The wheel was sideways and wouldn't roll. The air filter was ripped and hanging off. Sad I had to make 4 visits and still no fix.

Was in the paint department one young lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. The other young lady was not as knowledgeable and not as helpful actually told us the wrong aisles to look on to find things. I understand we don't always know where everything is would like you just to say I don't know.Went to the wood Department had a young man helping us we wanted a sheet of wood and some others were working on it and he said what he would come back when they were done never saw him again. But that was okay because the other two gentlemen that were working with it helped us and cut the wood to the sizes we needed and we were very happy with them. The cashier was courteous and nice.

Yesterday I went to this home Depot and went into the rental section. I was looking to rent a carpet cleaner and they had several in stock but none of them had the attachments to clean furniture. Kenny who waited on me was very nice and very helpful. He explained a lot of people rent them but don't return the attachments. He was very nice he got on the phone and called several home Depot until he located one that had the cleaner with the attachments gave them my name ask him to hold it for me and I went to pick it up in Hammond. He was very helpful and I really appreciate it thank you Kenny
