I was very satisfied with the service I received at this business! They are extremely friendly and honest people. They pay attention to your car and will take the time to make sure you are only paying for the services you need. While waiting inside for my vehicle I witnessed exceptional customer service, and it is very clear that this is a small business that cares about the community. After dealing with corporate, unprofessional, unethical and rude businesses, coming here was the best decision I could have made! I live an hour away but will make every effort to take my vehicle here for any services.

Went and talked to Randy on March 22nd and told him that I needed new brakes all around and that I had a messed up left rear rotor !! He told me to come early Saturday morning and they would take care of it. !! Randy was not there on Saturday morning !! They brought my car in and in 32 minutes they were done !! They replaced all four disc brake pads but never did anything with the bad rotor !! I asked the young boy working there how much and he said it would be cheaper to pay cash !! I said ok how much for cash and he said 340.00 !! I thought that was excessively high for just changing for brake pads !! When I asked for a receipt, he said you don’t get a receipt paying with cash !! That’s the last that they will see me !!!

Hands down the most honest and friendly mechanics in the Denham area. Prices are more than reasonable and they will tell you when you don't need something changed. I brought my truck to Purvis because the dealer said my brake pads needed to be replaced. Purvis took a look and showed me that I still had another 40% or so to go. They could have changed my pads and charged me, and I would have never known the difference. Great people to do business with.

Randy purvis is nice and charges a decent price. If your vehicle really needs something else he does tell you and doesn't make you feel like you have to get it done then. He let's you know and if you want to do it he tells you how much. Loved all the great service they all put out. Will definitely use them.

I called just a little after they opened and asked if they could replace my tire's stem, it was leaking air. They gave me a 40 minute wait time. I waited 40 mins, had it replaced, all my other tires were checked and filled, paid my $15 and was on my way! Fantastic customer service!

Went there a few months back for a tire sensor, instead of charging me for the whole thing and reprogram, Mr Randy checked other things starting with the valve stem instead of straight jumping into a sensor replacement. He was honest about the process and had me out in no time with just a quick valve stem replacement. My one stop tire shop for any of my tires needs, and fixes.

Best automotive shop around in my opinion. The staff were extremely nice and proficient in their craft. I went in for 2 tires and they were the only shop around that offered same day turnaround. I got there and it turned out i needed new control arms as well as tie rod ends. Mr. Randy took me into the shop and showed me exactly what needed to be replaced and how it would do no good to replace the tires and not the other components. He quickly got a quote together for me and I was astonished to see it wasn't through the roof. It was extremely reasonable, in fact, and even with the extra labor and work they still had it done before closing time the same day. I will definitely be back with my business from now on with all my vehicles. Fantastic service at a fantastic price!!

Getting ready for a road trip. Brought girlfriend 's car in to get it checked out(belts, hoses, fluids, brakes, etc). They checked everything and replaced air and cabin air filters and topped off anti freeze. Very reasonable. They are very friendly and informative. Randy Purvis has me as a customer for life. They are the complete automotive stop. They sell tires also. GOOD PEOPLE!!

My daughter recently moved to Denham Springs for her new job. I have always serviced her vehicles and made sure she was safe on the road. I did some searching in the area in hopes I would find a family-owned shop like ours who would do quality work and look after my daughter like I would. It did not take long on the phone with Randy to know I had found the right place for my daughter. Today I received a phone call from Randy concerned about something she had told him about her vehicle. As a father it was the exact phone call I would hope to get. Another father on the end of the line voicing his concern about my daughter’s vehicle. Exactly what I was hoping to find. Everything I have learned about Randy's business in conversation with him confirms what others have said. He runs a shop with honesty and integrity. Thank you Randy!

Honest and loyal. He may sometimes be a bit expensive but he does not lie or cheat his customers. As a female I've delt with shops who thought they could get away with stuff just because they thought I was to dumb to know the difference. Mr Randy has never made me feel like that. Even if I was to move away from Watson, I would still make the drive to have people I trust work on my car.

Randy earned my trust, big time.My steering wheel was wobbling, and my front tires were going bald, figured I'd take care of both problems. I told him flat out I don't know much and that I googled about the wobbly steering wheel - 3 different possible causes. I described it to him, that it wobbled even at a crawling speed. He knew right away it was a tire separating. Told me to run my hand across the front right tire, sure enough one side was higher than the other.So all I needed was two new tires, which I was planning on anyway. I stupidly gave him 3 different options to screw me over, and he didn't take any of them. Yup, Randy earned another loyal customer, I'll be going back for sure.Also, they have a dog and a cat just chilling around.
