Man o man.... The other reviews on there for the 4.8 rating must be employees. Definitely don't trust these people for quality grooming. Belittling responses.... should have gone with my gut after talking to the girl on the phone. Extra charge if they move. Extra charge if they find a matted spot...extra charge if they take too long to groom. Extra charge for weekends... All without notice. Been doing fine at the regular groomer at half the price... Buyer beware
