Zoe and brett provide the most consistent and quality service. They offered me a package that I upgraded to and let me know my dog had a hemmorhoid. I will only let Zoe take care of my dog. I appreciate the consistency at this location.

Had an amazing experience for my dog’s first groom. I called on a Thursday for an appointment, and they were able to squeeze me in for that Saturday! They treated my girl great and gave amazing recommendations. I will definitely be taking her back for more grooms by them!

Waited a month for an appointment. All things considered that was okay. Arrived on time today for my grooming appointment. I brought with me the requested vaccination records. So far so good. As we discussed the type of cut she would receive , I casually mentioned in our conversation that she had a heart murmur. That's when it all went down hill ! She told me at that point Petco company policy did not allow them to groom any animal with any heart condition . Told her my dog would be okay. I was told it was not going to happen. Explained to her I did not have an issue with the policy but was never informed in any way shape or form of this policy before my arrival. I waited a month for the appointment and took a half day off work for nothing! She called the manager up to talk with me. Had the same conversation with him. Told him I would post my experience. Told him at the very least he should apologize for my inconvenience. Said he would not because I said I would post this. If this is in fact Petco policy it should be posted and explained to all new appointments! From this day forward I would not even buy a dog biscuit from Petco!

Took the husky and golden retriever to get groomed here. It's a hideous disaster that reminds me of when I was five and gave my stuffed animals haircuts. Poor design decisions overall and very choppy with chunks where they obviously messed up and then maybe tries to sorta round it out but there is no hiding it.
