Every time I have been to this location, finding help has been near mission impossible, have not stepped foot in this store in 7 months! My son has been visiting this store regularly the last few weeks ( in the market to adopt a kitten) and has been to restroom several times, he says the restroom has looked exactly like this for 3 solid weeks now. Yes that is dead maggots on the changing table. And maggots in the waste basket. This photos was taking at store opening at 10 on Saturday.

Going to Petco is always a pleasant experience! They have the cat room, which is a tremendous bonus! Prices are great for better quality items, even multiple sale items for what we needed. The animals seem to be well cared for and the staff was all helpful and knowledgeable. No complaints whatsoever, as usual.

All employees here are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, but the shorter older woman is in there almost every time I go in, (Betty maybe) and she always, always goes above and beyond to help her customers. Very sweet, and makes her it her business to go the extra mile to make sure everyone gets what they are looking for

Better selection on hand than the petsmart on millerville. Food selections are not the exact, but we were able to blend and mix to make it work. Looks like this will be the go to for us for now since they seem to stay stocked.

This store is absolutely disgusting. The pets cages are dirty and not taken care of and it is absolutely heartbreaking. This places should be shut down or someone should come in and take over. The meal worms we were going to buy for our bearded dragon were already turned into to beetles because they had been on the shelf since the beginning of October.We waited for a while to get asked if we need anything. This place was just inhumane. These pets DO NOT deserve this.

I asked a young employee with dye in her hair for help getting the right food store my German Shepherd. She told me to choose the one with wheat and grains, which is bad for GS. Wouldn’t be leaving a review, but it seemed malicious that she specifically told me to get the one that was bad for my dog. Don’t know why they have people like that working here, your pet could get hurt!

Carolyn, closed the tills way too early. I had about $200 in items that I really needed...(puppy food, treats, etc. that a nice young lady tried to help me hurry along with), in my basket, but yet last time I was in, getting things for my new 9wk old puppy, she was sure to put things in my cart that made her some good commission...(things I didn't even think he was truly ready for). She kept saying "I do work here so don't think I'm some crazy lady that hangs out in here, bothering customers. She wasn't very knowledgeable either. She threw over $400 of things I didn't think my puppy was even ready for, but I went along with it, with the thought that "maybe" she needed commission. I will NOT be returning to this store ever again, because of Carolyn. I will go to PetSmart where they are open later and are more accommodating. I left the filled cart next to the counter and told her, I will not be returning...EVER!!! She was very rude, to say the least!!

Do not go here if you want fish you need to go to Petsmart.These people act like you’re a criminal and literally do an interview process just to get a fish it’s ridiculous and then they are super rude almost like they do not want to sell you fish Petsmart they just give you what you want these people drill you👎👎👎👎👎

I enjoy shopping g here because the employees are friendly. I enjoy bringing my dog on the trip with me. This store usually has everything I need; however, for this trip I could not find a nice sweater for my extra small dog. I do love the pretty pink sweater with pearls I found for my med size dog.

Employees are not friendly...They will walk around you while you're waiting for help...Finally after getting someone from across the store to help I picked out and purchased some fish.

I hate this store. I was in there looking for a specific dog food. I found the shelves almost empty where the brand should be. When I went to ask the lady at the front counter if they had any in stock she told me to find someone in that area and ask them. If I had seen anyone back there don't you think I would have asked them? Basically she was like, get out of my face I don't know how to do anything except press these buttons here on my POS. Won't ever go back...

The staff is always friendly. I like to order ahead of time and pickup. Selection is good.Amy went out of her way to show off some of her favorite saltwater fish (that were hiding and would have otherwise been unseen).

Ok, great selection, but I spent 125 dollars, and they wanted to charge me 10 cents for a bag to carry out what I purchased! Huh.... I had to ask the cashier to repeat what they had just said. Last time I will go here. Just lost another customer to Chewy...

The assistance I received from a young man retrieving the fish 🐟 I had picked out was wonderful. He took time to educate me on the fish I had picked out and recommended live plants vs artificial, it was a good idea, they were cheaper than the artificial. Their items on the shelf were marked one price and the register price was another. Example: The live grass was marked on the shelf $5,and the register charged me $10 a plant. If I would have known they were 10 I would not have bought them. Other than that it was a good experience.

Heather was an excellent groomer with my older dog. Would recommend to request her for grooming. Very patient and wants to make sure the cut is perfect.

Love going to this place bc the staff is so helpful! In particular karl is the most professional person and always very knowledgeable! Love his positive attitude . The Marnie life is by far more healthy than any other Petco. And they always have something new in stock

Extremely over-priced on the medication. Literally one and a half times the price for the same brand and amount of flea medicine as you can buy at Walmart.The staff there are nice, which is the only reason this review isn't a 1 star.

It's Petco...about the same experience I've always had, with wide aisles, plenty of stock, and cute animals for my 14-year-old to ask for. We went for a cage for the hedgehog after Amazon dropped the ball on a delivery.I may try taking the dogs here soon (black lab and mountain cur) and expect them to be as excited as they are anywhere else that has new smells. Maybe I'll update the review then.
