Best haircut my dog has ever had. True experts- we asked to keep our dog’s hair as long as possible, and they called us during our dog’s appointment to let us know that it is best to cut it down to 1 inch. Never have I experienced this type of customer service when it comes to Grooming. We have a 45 pound Golden Doodle with hard to reach hair in ears, and sanitary places. They were able to do everything for him. Our pup is so happy! The blueberry scrub was a nice treat for my baby. His fur looks so shiny, and he smells absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough things! I will absolutely be returning to Off the Chain for all of my baby’s luxury services 💖🐶✂️

I've been bringing my mini poodle here for over a year. Roux loves going to the groomer and is never hesitant or scared. Tina and all the girls love on him and make us feel like family. He always comes out looking and smelling great. They have a customer for life!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. A different groomer company cancelled on me last minute, I called Off The Chain and they got me scheduled right away on the same day. I’ve been to different groomers before and most of the time my dog does not let them groom him, my dog is very anxious so for every appointment he has to be on meds, it’s hard finding a patient groomer for him.Off the Chain people were incredibly patient with my fur baby. Since the moment I walked in I knew my baby was in good hands. They let me stay until he got more comfortable being around them. Grooming didn’t take too long to get done. Price was very reasonable. They have gained a new loyal customer with me for sure. These people really care about your pets. I will recommend them.Thank you so much Off the chain!

5 Stars for a fantastic job and amazing customer service. Took my white GS for a de-shedding service for his winter coat. What a huge difference. Plus his coat is so soft And so white. Great job

I brought my Pomeranian there who had a very fluffy , full coat. He was knotty bc he hadn’t been brushed in about two weeks but he was not matted. They told me he was matted and if he could stay longer bc they were working after hours and using everything they had to get the “mats” out. I thanked them so much for taking the extra time and took my baby home. It wasn’t until the next day when I went to brush him did I notice the patches of thin hair. I knew he must be tender from all the grooming so I waited a couple more days to fully brush him and that’s when I saw how widespread it was. I’m not sure how this even happens but it’s like his hair is thin and his undercoat is completely gone. You can see skin yet the hair is still longish and has not been shaved. I don’t know if this was from some sort of mat remover chemical or what. I texted the owner and she said she was driving and would call me back and I never heard back. I am so upset that I let this happen to my baby as it must’ve been a painful experience.

I wish we would’ve gotten a picture of Petey that day… Petey is our Chinese crested. He looked absolutely amazing his skin was conditioned and his face and head were immaculate. Today was the first time I brought my Maltese Max here. It was by far the BEST experience I've had at a groomer ever. Everyone was so nice and Max looks & smells AMAZING. I went in with high expectations after reading about them but they exceeded those expectations. I will never take him anywhere else again!

We are visiting from out of town and my babies need their nails trimmed. Lisa at the front desk was super sweet and very professional. She got us an appointment on short notice and the technician treated my dogs like her own.They also have an adorable boutique of dog clothes and a barkers with healthy local made treats.

I have brought my chow chow here to get groomed since he was a puppy and he loves it! They truly take their time with every animal and don't rush them during the process, so grooming is a great experience for all animals. Everytime he leaves he comes back looking amazing and even seems less anxious after a day at the spa. I haven't tried any other groomers to compare this one to but I don't think great service can get better than this.

So its like you are family. They love and spoil my Fur Kid. This is the best groomer I have ever used. Each person who deals with my kid. Gives her so much attention. I drive from Baton Rouge to thier shop on Denim Springs. The new location is easier to get into. And, they have so much more room.
