Went in to load cash app. The young lady helping me was very courteous. Yet when she couldn't get it to work she c a lied for Marcus, her supervisor. He swiped my phone once. When I told him it wasn't going to scan he handed me my phone my money back and said family dollar does them and walked into the office. Having been in retail you never let a large sum leave your store without a transaction. He has no mouth and the poorest customer service I have ever seen in retail

I'd give it less if I could the staff are rude and wear cloths that show their underwear. I will tell everyone to avoid this place at all cost...........

The cashier was great. They obviously needed help in there. I believe they're looming to hire people. The store was stocked pretty well under the circumstances. It was a bit disheveled, but I found most of what I needed.

The last couple of times I've been in there it seems as if the staff is overwhelmed and exhausted due to the remodel. With that being said you can't get a buggy down the isle due to carts are full of merchandise, everytime I go in the working are running there legs off. This store stays busy and when they get busy they have to stop and come to the front to check some one out. I will gladly say thank you for the self check out for those of us who can use them. The older generation doesn't know how to do that kind of stuff.

Maybe I go in on "bad" days. Shelves are always empty, carts and buggies always in the isles full of freight. I've met one person in the store that was actually friendly, every other time it's bad attitudes and frowning faces and on their phones. Vendors always seem to be in and out but even they are standing around talking and on the phones. Maybe it's just the world we live in now...
