Store is amazing but only thing even better are the employee's. This place has always taken care of our boat needs and repairs.When we come down from Arkansas and have a boat issue this is where we come. They have always bent over backwards to help us when we had an emergency repair to continue on with fishing trips. Skilled and always fair with their parts and labor. This is the go to place boat/trolling motor repair from Lockport to Grand Isle. The owner on two occasions personally took care of us on two trips when we had trolling motor issues. Would give this place 10 stars if it was offered!

Absolutely the best hardware and EVERYTHING YOU NEED store including sporting goods, fishing, marine, tools, electrical, plumbing, painting , HVAC, rentals, Stilhl products and much much more! Super friendly and super customer service. Prices are the best in town and if they don't have it they will order it or find a place for you. Ace hardware at its finest!

I hate to admit it, because I really liked Kief's, but you guys are pretty awesome. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and I've never left there without exactly what I needed. Little pricey, but I get that. To Hell with Wal Mart - I'd rather pay a little more than go there ... So thanks!

As a hardware store, Renovations is fine. But they lost our business to Morrison Terrebonne Home Center when it came to buying cabinets! Since my husband and I are renovating our demolished kitchen post-Ida, we started looking for cabinets and really liked the tru cabinetry brand Renovation offers. We had the measurements ready to get a quote from them (a service they offer for $150 per estimate), but the rep wouldn't give any information and kept insisting they couldn't quote us unless they went to measure the house themselves (a separate service they offer for $300). We tried to get the former service because we had all the measurements ready, but another local place now enjoys our big purchases.

Good selection friendly staff, yet manager policy "you buy it you use it you can't return it" it insures that anything for any reason used tested working or not can't be returned. That return policy makes for very bad customer service. This policy insures I will not purchase anything from them in the future. Very disappointed 😞
