I use the place quite a bit, my only standing complaint is the parking lot. The spaces are a little small or seem to be a little small and customers from Binny B's next door have a bad habit of parking in the hotel parking lot. There's not that much room to begin with so they kind of throw a wrench in the works. That's why location only gets three stars, because of the parking lot. I'll be checking in tomorrow again but this time I'm bringing my ADA service dog with me. I've had several hotels in the past react with everything from passive aggressive behavior to outright hostility. If you do not see an edit on this post after tomorrow then they were fine with my service dog. But if there is an adverse reaction I will be sure to put it on here so that anyone who has a service dog will be aware ahead of time.

There is a full size fridge, electric stove, microwave, plates, utensils, and some Tupperware in the room! The bathroom has full bottles of soap, shampoo, and conditioner! Water pressure and water quality were very good too. AC blows cold and bed was comfy. Lots of desk space in the queen bed I had too. They have a decent wing place and a fun pipe sports bar next door to the hotel. Great place to stay at when you're traveling to Fourchon or Cut Off area. Would highly recommend!

Pretty nice place to stay with family. Free breakfast next door was good. The staff was very friendly. Only negative was that house keeping did not come after the first night. I'm not sure why.

140 a night and terrible service. They say they are pet friendly but that's a lie. They have one small area to walk your pets next to the gazebo. Well a large party trashed the area to the point trash was all over the pet area. When I asked about it they said they can't do anything unless someone tells them. They should have someone checking the grounds and trash cans daily. Also understood that no one would enter the room if the pets are in it. However we left our pets in the crate like we are supposed to and someone clearly entered the room which railed up the dogs causing them to scratch the carpet. Yet they insist no one entered the room. But last I checked towels don't magically pick themselves up off the floor. Stay away from here especially if you have pets.

This is always my preferred hotel when staying in Galliano, LA. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are reasonably priced. There is a small gym next to the self-service laundry room, although you can drop your laundry off at the front desk in the morning if you don't have time to do it yourself. Aside from that, there is a small restaurant, a car wash (7' clearance), and a Wal-Mart within the immediate vacinty.

This is an excellent IHG property. I had the opportunity to try two rooms while there (because of my travel arrangements, NOT because of any problem with the hotel).The rooms are spacious with plenty of desk and counter surfaces to spread out. Each room had a kitchen that was well kitted out with utensils, pots, plates, etc.The bed and linen were extremely comfortable. The pillows suited me quite well; I got good sleep during my trip.The bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The towels were new, thick, and soft. This hotel used wall-mounted dispensers for shampoo and shower gel. I like this for reducing plastic waste from the tiny bottles.The air conditioning unit in each room was up to the task of fighting off 90-degree high-humidity weather.The only negative thing I could say about this property was the rate. For this area, I think the rate was too high (as was the Holiday Inn Express next door). The rates are out of proportion to the area.
