A couple of days ago, I was doing the self check out thing, and the associate that's usually standing in that area came over and asked me how I was doing and if I found everything that I needed. I found it very strange because I don't remember the last time a Walmart associate asked me that. I told her that I was fine and that I got everything, but the truth is: No, they never have at least 50% of what l am looking for. It has always been that way at Walmart, and since the pandemic, it has gotten worse. They discontinue items that I've bought there for years for no obvious reason, even though the manufacturer still makes them. They only carry the super giant size of the basics, so I am constantly throwing away the giant size of perishables because I am one person! I don't a 55-gallon barrel of catsup!Update, came here today 5/18/20 23, and one side of the entrancedoors were closed because too many people called in sick. That's straight from an employee!Update 10/26/2023: Tonight I'm arriving at 10:30 pm to get a couple of things. Unfortunately for me, they now close at 11pm. I grab my things and when I get to the front, there's a line of customers waiting at the self-checkout. The kicker is, there were 8 self-checkout, only 4 open, 4 people using them, 4 customers standing in line with 4 self-checkouts closed! Why? Isn't that the point of having self-checkouts?. That's par for Walmart. Disappointing for the customers.

Walmart is always a shoppers fav, and this location is good for all the needs of the shoppers. Customer service is helpful and seemed genuine in explanation of goods and products location throughout the store.

Omg we've been to Walmarts all over the country and this was By Far the cleanest, and most stocked Walmart I've ever seen. We were Blown away that Walmart can look this good!! Fantastic job Crowley Walmart!!

We went to Walmart yesterday in Crowley because it is more convenient for us being that we live in town. They have a couple lines open and the lines were extra long. Where are all the workers and why do they never have any more than two registers open at a time.

Clean store but gets busy and not a lot of cashiers I think only one was open on a saturday. Long lines on self-check outs.Trucker friendly store; easy in-out parking lot.

I have had issues in the past due to treatment from workers but it is nice when you do get those sweet people that do help out. Thank you to the ones that respond back to you and help fix a problem that other workers made

Got charged double fees (which are supposed to be regulated by the state) for each of the four tires purchased. They called the duplicate fee a nondescript, generic "tire fee" but it was the same amount and for no other/different reason or purpose than the first fee.

I wish it would go back to being a 24 hour store. The only registers that were open was the self checkout and the line was LONG. Someone in alcohol area opened hers to check me out. Prices are just like everywhere else... HIGH. Good luck finding someone to help you throughout the store. They're either hiding, shopping for other people, or just nonexistent. Some days are better than others. I like the scan and go with Walmart+

I go here weekly but the clothing selection is horrible for women. Lafayette has more and better options on clothing. Always hrad to find something at this one. No T Shirts for women or just casual shirts.

If I could give Zero stars I would for this location or Walmart in general. Customer service is horrible. They offer delivery with Walmart+ that cost a yearly membership & they are failures at this store location delivery. Strike 3 you're out.They accept your order & give you time selections. I take a time selection for delivery & last 3 times I've had to cancel due to "delayed order". Delayed order meaning by closing time they tell you we can deliver tomorrow. This is unacceptable business practice.And to "compensate" me for my waste of time, frustration,etc Walmart corporation wants to offer me a coupon for say 10.00 but I have to spend 25.00 to use it. And I'm very limited on what I can spend it on.Ummm so what this billion dollar greedy corporation of Walmart is saying to me their "valued customer"( their words not mine) is we want you to spend $15.00 for you the customer's frustration, inconvenience & waste of time.I don't think so. This is so far 2 orders of $80.00 I've cancelled due to incompetent business.Both times I ordered because I was sick. But if I can get in my vehicle, then I can drive my business elsewhere right out of Crowley Walmart.

Was fully stock & clean. Definitely was surprised the vegetable and fruit area was clean because the fruit flies are terrible in some of these places. Had a lot of good selections and new products.

Trucker friendly. Easy to get a semi in and out of here so you can get qll your needs even meds too from the pharmacy. Staff seems pretty friendlyNo overnight parking. But there's truck stops near by b4 and after this location.

They have a lot of very nice clothes and jewelry at what I felt were reasonably priced considering the quality and company's the store carried. I was looking for something for my Granddaughter's birthday. I plan to take her there so she may select from a very nice choice of clothing articles. I'll even make sure she gets a look at their jewelry line. The employees were very helpful and friendly, even helping me with the selection of pieces of clothing. I enjoyed the visit. Please note, this was a man looking in a woman's store for his Granddaughter.

SLOW AS USUAL. I had to return an item and it probably took 30 minutes. There were 6 people ahead of me and only one person who was taking care of the returns. By the time I was finished there were over a dozen people in line behind me. No matter which Walmart we go to, they all have the same problems. Not enough workers and are always out of stock of so many things. I guess it's a sign of what the future is going to be like. The people who are working 'hard' are the ones that are 'shopping' for the online orders to be delivered or picked up. I am so glad that we now have a Costco to get the majority of our products. I also buy more from our Super One store and their shelves are always stocked. It's worth it to me, even if I have to pay more for what I am buying. The people that work there are always cheerful, happy and helpful. You will even see the manager stocking shelves if there's a need. I know that many places are short staffed and that makes a big difference for the people who are working there, but several places have plenty of workers and they certainly seem to enjoy their job.

I was trying to exchange a tablet that was purchased online along with a case for it and a case for my phone... It hasn't even been a whole month and the case for my phone is already broken so I cannot use it, once I received my package I learned that the case did not fit the tablet. When trying to exchange one or the other I was told I couldn't exchange only return because the funds were returned to the card and this was a gift so basically the person who bought the gift for me got their $$ back leaving me with nothing but pure aggravation. Customer service was rude the night before as well as that day! When he got his supervisor she was ride from the beginning probably because the customer service rep started off with an attitude! Granted the worker from the electronics department was super nice and walked me up to the front to help me out or at least try to.... I have only experienced this rudeness from the Crowley location! Recently moved here and will totally drive to Jennings to go to Walmart just so I don't have to deal with them anymore.... Most of the workers act annoyed anytime someone asks for help with the exception of a handful of employees... If I knew their names I would definitely commend them for their efforts in always helping others out!! Even if they have to go out of their way....

only cause I have people who work there that I know but there are other that have attitudes and not good at their job all they do is stand around and do nothing but watch associate when they should be doing their job or make up lies to get their workers fired.
