Potentially one of, if not the, worst Walgreens in the entire United States of America. Either the workers here do not care, or they’re not trained to perform the jobs, or the manager is just plain incompetent. Maybe a combination of all of the above. Even refuse to operate the print machine with random various excuses that make no sense.. it’s almost comical.

Found the store clean. I usually price check using the app, and it didn't work on many items, so I had to have them scanned and decided at checkout. Then, some things rang up on sale at the register but didn't show the correct price in the app?? Madecit harder to shop effectively. There was one person at the registers and one stocking...other that the pharmacy.

Management is horrible, I had a curb side order and manager would not bring it out and stated she was not going get wet this is after she called me to say it was raining and wanted make sure I still wanted my order I stated yes I did. I get weather happens and no one wants to get wet but if you have curbside and weather is coming you need to either disable your orders or use the proper gear to service your customers. I've worked retail for years and customer service should always be your priority. If she wasn't so rude I probably would have said ill come back for it but she had an attitude from the get go and still wouldn't deliver the order as she should for curb side.

What is going on in your pharmacy? Filled a prescription and was told I would be notified. Never notified, not by text ,not by email, not on the app, not at all. But my biggest gripe is that I had a manufacturer's coupon which the girl behind the counter refused to even look at. It would have lowered my prescription by $200. I then made some phone calls and found out that they do in fact accept this. That Walgreens cost me $200. I stilllike Walgreens, never had a problem in the past but the one here in Crowley is awful. i doubt they will change anything because apparently it's been bad for a long time. Sad that people have to drive out of their way to get competent staff to help.

Y'all. This is absolutely the worst pharmacy located in the Crowley Louisiana location. Doctor from the local hospital called in some medicines last night for this pharmacy. Last NIGHT y'all. Came to the pharmacy after work at 3:45PM and was told all my medication wasn't ready because it was sent in the night before. They "DO" all the meds prescription that was brought in their pharmacy in the morning first. This absolutely makes no sense at all. AT ALL!!!

They forgot about me. I went in for a flu vaccine. I was told to wait, so I was patient. I waited for 75 minutes right by the window and nobody thought to check on me at any point. After that wait,, I asked to cut in line in front of someone to ask the ETA of how much longer it would take until I would get the vaccine. After asking, I was served instantly with a vaccine. I can't believe this place. This isn't a one time occurrence, either.. it happens very often that you will have very, very long waits. I will do everything I can to avoid this pharmacy in the future.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!! Dropped of my prescription at 10am, staff told me it would be 30mins. Called at 2pm and they still “working on it,” And it will be ready in 20mins. It’s almost 3pm and now they are saying another hour. Worst pharmacy ever!!!

Waited in line for 45 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my prescription with a sick toddler in the car and they closed the damned window as soon as I pulled up. SO SLOW AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Won’t be using them again!!!!

As a customer stand point, When someone like myself asks if you have a particular Ice cream after I seen it in the back on a pallet and your response is if it isn't on the shelf then we don't have it is just rude and unprofessional. Never wasting money at that location again.

I am about to write a review that needs to be heard...When has it BECOME ok for the a pharmacist to deny a prescription and or change the amount of it,that has clearly been given by a DOCTOR...How is this ok??? It is beyond my understanding of how this can happen... My Mom is 78 years old and has been denied her full prescription of her pain medication...When did it BECOME thier decision to dictate to anyone that has been given any prescription!!! This is controlling it themselves and saying that they can change the prescription, shame on this pharmacist!!! How is this legal !!!

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. The staff, including the pharmacist, have no idea what they are doing and clearly do not have the knowledge that is needed to hold the positions they hold. Never using them again. I gave one star because I had to, they deserve negative stars!

The worst pharmacy. All the other reviews are correct. They lose your information. They don't contact you if there's a problem. They are frequently are out of stock or don't carry common medications. The staff is rude and difficult to deal with and immature. I called corporate today and filed a formal complaint. I will never fill here again.

Drive thru is so slow... you can wait almost an hour..they do not make people drive around..they just let them sit at the window for 30 minutes or more when others call there prescriptions in on time and know there ready..it should be a simple pick up and go...it's ridiculous

I pulled up to the driver though and the line was to the road I'm in a rush so I went inside only to be ignored by the workers. It took me over an hour to get my meds . Crowley Walgreens really needs to get it together. Its always a long wait. Why is this?

I have always used walgreens ... over ten years.... I move to crowley and idk who is running the pharmacy but they are terrible! Not only are they always out of medicine and take forever ..... todayI go to fill my sons meds... same stuff every month and some how he is erased out of the computer.. no info except name and address... and sayed i cant drop it there without going home and get his s.s. card and medical card just to even drop it off and no explanation .. I will just go to walmart from here on out

One of the scariest moments in my life is when my medicine gets sent to this Walgreens cause their is no guarantee I will be able to survive the drive through line wait before the same illness takes my life
