First time there. Had an awesome experience. They were all very polite, asked if they could pet my dog or give her treats. I am a pretty anxious person by they made leaving the house and driving all the way to Crowley from Lafayette worth it. Rae was cool and patient while they helped me find certain items in the store.

I visited this store twice this week, both times making a purchase, but both times there were 5-7 employees standing around the register and not a one was paying attention to the customers checking to see if any assistance was needed. Both visits I walked the entire store looking for the items needed, and would give up and ask the crowd at the register. They would just point and direct but no follow up or service. As much as I enjoy shopping Tractor Supply, this location needs to address customer service before they lose them all.

Well, how many gallons of propane should a 7 gallon tank hold ? Does anyone else think it's odd that my tank took 8.2 gallons this evening at tractor supply. It wasn't filled on a scale, so I don't know what it's full weight was.I'd be interested to know if anyone else has had this "overfilling" experience.

The worst customer service ever. My Father is 86 years old and no one would help him with two peach trees. What would have happened if he would have fallen on the cement and injured himself. I am totally not happy with this store. We will not be returning to this store!

05.18..Great place for relaxed shopping and helpful, real people06.19..Had 3 experiences in a years time where the website shows product availability and it was not. Parts needed for Zero Turn, could have not wasted time. Went today and neither cashier, worker, nor manager could answer a question about an advertised special financing situation. I would have spent over $400 today if I knew the answer. Will check around

Great store with a very Friendly and Helpful Employees and sometimes you luck up up on those Awesome sales. Only thing I will say is that I purchased something that upon further inspection I noticed was not correctly assembled and or missing small nuts and washers.

Crowley tractor supply is a very neat store, well kept up. Very super nice employees and the manager Jeremy is a very nice fella. Not often you can go to a store and be greeted by very nice and friendly people.

They are over priced in many areas but they have a good selection of animal feed, decor, medication for animals, etc. If you do not have a local store for your plants, animals, etc. This is the place to go! Staff are usually always helpful as well.

Great place... Love the workers and they often have farmer market on Sat or Sunday I'm not sure which day... Supplies always stock up most of the time...

I learned something about Tractor Supply. Their store brand items are crappy and will cost you in the long run. I was looking for a simple three foot hydraulic hose. They had hoses alright. They were substandard to say the least. I needed a 4800 psi hose, they had 4000 psi. I needed same type of connector on each end, they have their cheap hose with a standard connector on each end that you must then buy an adapter for whatever you want to connect to. They must have 100 different types of adapters so good luck choosing the right one. I was there for over 30 minutes trying to find what I needed and not one person asked me if I needed help and I was three feet away from the customer service desk! On top of that they only had one of the adapters that I needed. I'm glad they didn't have the second adapter because it forced me to look elsewhere for what I needed. A friend referred me to Bumper to Bumper. Sure it was six dollars more, but well worth it! The quality of the hoses was top notch, thick and durable. They cut the hose to whatever size you need. They have a crimper to put on whatever connector you need. And I was in and out of the store in LESS than 5 minutes! I am done with Tractor Supply. The only reason I gave them two stars is because of their website which allows me to check stock and prices online.

I love tractor supply. It has a good supply of country style tree ornaments. The employee's are friendly and helpful. Look for all your pet supplies, horses, cattle, chicken and more supplies also. A must see!!!

Very poor phone service. Evidently only the manager can look up parts. And after waiting for over 12 minutes. I decided to spend my money elsewhere.
