My last trip to this store was last week. Blame this one on the "security guard" or who ever he was. He told me he did not want me in the store with my scooter. I use a scooter because it's more efficient than a car, it's better for the environment, and I'm 63 and couldn't walk the distance to the store. Not wanting to leave it outside, I brought it in and just walked it around with me. I never once got on it or rode. Yet this guy couldn't stand for that. I felt like Jesse James when I was accosted on the cereal isle. I didn't ask him what he had against me walking around with my scooter, but if he had a problem with me rolling it around, it is foldable and portable. I could have easily just carried it around. This, all grown up hall monitor, didn't explain exactly what the problem was. I doubt if he exactly knew himself, but what he did accomplish was to run off a regular customer, a mistake that I would bet he has made before.

The girl Alexis was very rude. She had so much attitude to my husband and I for no reason. The workers are lazy and it took me 45 minutes in a line with 2 people with maybe 7 items altogether! I am extremely disappointed. We go all the time during the day and everyone is amazing & we are in and out, but tonight I was very unsatisfied. Definitely do NOT recommend!!!

Went in today to pick up a few items and of course only 1 cashier working, I went to self checkout scanned my items , the whole tome I was at self checkout screen was showing attendant needed, I finished my self checkout and paid with card putting pin number and all. Attendant walks up and clears "attendant needed " on screen as I began walking she says you have to pay, I say I did with card , She say in not nice voice no you didn't . Then presses more buttons says oh sorry in low tone. My last visit to Super One and I am sure Super One is losing cutomers daily because of poor self checkout and the people the have monitoring them

The store is clean and people are friendly but pickup is a hassle and virtually non existant on the app. Every time I have tried to do pickup on the app. I get an error message and you can't start a return online. Their customer service lacks a lot. The store opens at 7 but customer service desk opens at 9 but they don't tell you that. Why can't they have someone working the desk from 7-9? At least Walmart has someone at customer service all the time

Let me just clear something up before I give my review. I had always brought a propane tank into stores to either refilled them or exchanged them and I never had a problem until last night. I even went into one store and shopped for over an hour with the propane tank in my buggy. Last night I went to numerous stores to find propane. All out, I guess because it was late at night and a day before Easter. I dislike shopping at Super1 Foods because of their high prices but since my roommate likes to shop here. Convenience reasons because our house is nearby. Anyway. I was attack by 3 workers. Came running at us yelling you can't bring the propane tank in here. Get it out now. Just a yelling and screaming and no explanation why. I already suffer from mental health issues and this caused me to have an emotional breakdown and panic attacks. For future references please put a sign saying Absolutely NO Propane Tanks in the store.

I had a bad experience from super 1 foods the meat I got was not what I expected it to be because I bought some seasoned pork and it smelt the human urine so bad it smelt my whole house up so we were not able to eat supper t I threw it out the prices for the meat were very high and there was no taste in the meat the other meat that I bought

We go shopping for groceries here when visiting family for Christmas. 🎄 This is a clean well organized store. There is a large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The cashiers and other staff were friendly. Overall an excellent shopping experience.
