Went to Stine's today and got some stuff to fix my shower and my ceiling fan and I didn't have to go far and walk all over the store to find what I was looking for because the help was awesome took me where I needed to go and helped me get the right stuff the first time. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Thumbs up to the staff today . Keep up the great work 😀

I would had given this place 5 stars had it not been for the lack of service during check out. I walked across the street to shop here because as I travel, I like to support small local places as opposed to larger chains. I wasn’t aware of this place, I just stopped at the Tractor Supply adjacent. Instead of going inside Tractor Supply, I walked across the street to shop local. This place is the kind of place that you love to visit. It has everything that anyone would need to get the job done, and employees that help and make sure you know how. I found and purchased the three items I was in need of, but when I got to the register, the young man couldn’t even put his phone down and stop texting and watching TikTok to check me out and acknowledge that I was helping support his job. I’m so sorry, but, I may have not been able ti get everything I needed across the street, but I would had got treated well as I handed them my hard earned money. Work on that, and this place is a gem!

Very helpful and had what I needed2nd update: I was called and spoke with a nice young lady who informed me that I had a couple more days to go and pick up my purchased materials. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and will be returning to get my materials and purchase more.1st update: I was sadly disappointed in my experience after I got home to realize I didn't receive my (4) - 1"x4"x8's. I called on Sunday morning and asked if I could pass by and get them during the week and was told that if I wanted to come get them I had to get them on Sunday before 3 o'clock. I live in Eunice and was not able to go get them, I guess you guys will just be able to keep my money without providing my product.

We love going shopping at Stines. They have very friendly and knowledgeable people working for them. Their prices are better than the other lumber stores. We always end up buying other things that we didn't know we needed. So much fun.

I have been a Stine's customer for 50 plus years. They were my place of choice versus the "BIG BOX STORES". Yesterday I purchased a lawn mower from them, assembled it and mowed approximately 100 feet and stopped to pick-up some debris, the lawn mower would not start again. I returned it to Stien's and of course the mower started. I expressed my lack of confidence in lawn mower and if I would have to wait 30 to 40 minutes every time I had to stop for any reason. Long story short, the "BIG BOX STORES" have BETTER return policies.NO LONGER A STIEN'S CUSTOMER

I knew what I wanted when I went into Stine. As I was deciding on what would work best I was asked by 3 different workers if I needed any help. There were 2 workers at the registers. They both were friendly and talkative.

My car got dinged and didn't notice until I got home so I called Stine's @145 today and asked if they had cameras to see if they could see if anyone hit my car and the manger said yes and they would call me back well 3 hrs later they never called back so I called Stine's back and he said he was busy and when he had time he would check the cameras and call me .... Well it is past closing and I never heard from them.... I totally understand he does not have time it is not his problem my car has nothing to do with Stine's!!!!!....

I called Stine Crowley to see if you had 2-five step stringers. You said computer said you did have just 2. I asked if you could check if they were really there. You said there was no phone in the lumber yard, but you were certain. I drove 20 miles to pick them up and - you only had 1. Luckily Lowes was only 1 mile away and they had two. Guess what next time!

Prices aren’t that great and it always seems like I’m the only person shopping there. Workers aren’t usually going out of their way to provide service and almost seem to try to avoid you altogether. Weird overall shopping experience.

Horrible customer service the guy who helped us in lumber didnt want to work nor has a work ethic he got mad cause he had to move bundles to get to the lumber we needed then when he was on the forklift he was spinning the tires and operating it recklessly almost crashing it multiple times. The entire lumber dept and crew is unorganized the lumber we needed was in stock but not in correct place which made it very difficult to find what we needed
